I tried this place out because I didn’t want to drive to Fresno. I walked in and immediately regretted my decision. First, the windows on the front were full of fingerprints. As I walked to sit at the station I couldn’t help but notice the wall of mirrors were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. As I sat there getting my nails done I looked around and continued to notice how dirty it was. There was a layer of dust on the banister, the fan for acrylics was dirty. The floor, especially behind the pedicure chairs was visibly covered in layers of dirt and the trash an was splattered with liquid. Just seeing it made me sick, then I made the mistake of looking up and seeing the fan above me that has spiderwebs hanging from it. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down, it’s definitly not sanitary and I’m surprised no other reviews have mentioned the lack of cleanliness.

$43 for a pedicure that was worth half of that. My nail lady was kind but the others weren’t. Mine and the two girls I was with timed our “10 minute massage” and they were all 5 mins. They were in a rush. I won’t be going back. Not worth it at all.

I got my nails done here for the first time and I’m never coming back. The lady who did my nails didn’t even take her time she just rushed through it although she had just gotten there. The next day my cuticles were swollen and I had to take the acrylics off of 3 nails because they were hurting, throbbing and itching. I went in and told them and the guy says “it’s normal” and tells me why I took them off and that it’s my fault my cuticles are swollen because I took the acrylic off. Then I try to explain to him again that I took them off because I couldn’t stand the itching and throbbing and so he says that i might be allergic to acrylic. I’ve gotten my nails done at other places many times before and never had anything like this happened to me. He also said he would charge me an additional 8$ to put the 3 nails back on when I paid 40$ for the original nails.

I was happy with my first visit so I tipped well... I got the same gal on the second visit, chair #1, and I'm very unhappy. I went in for a fill and ended up with all new tips and the extra expense....
I was happy with my first visit so I tipped well... I got the same gal on the second visit, chair #1, and I'm very unhappy. I went in for a fill and ended up with all new tips and the extra expense. She proceeded to take all of the acrylic off, by slipping a tip between my nail & the old acrylic which took the tops of my nails off. Then she clipped all of my nails way down and added tips to all of them again. My nails were long enough on their own, so I'm assuming she did that so she could charge more for the visit. By the time I walked out, she charged me $40 when another place charged me $35 for new tips and gel. Too bad my neighborhood Nail place is overpriced and under educated on customer service. Oh, and while she was working on my nails, another gal came over and they carried on a long conversation.... have no idea what that was about.

I think this nail salon is ok as far as appearance goes, but go inside and they are very unfriendly and ignore you. The man that works in there is a stone face. These rude "so called nails techs" have no people skills!!!!!!! I have never been so appalled in my life. With people cutting back on exspenses like nails hair ect you would think that these asians would be more friendly ???

I tried this place out because I didn’t want to drive to Fresno. I walked in and immediately regretted my decision. First, the windows on the front were full of fingerprints. As I walked to sit at the station I couldn’t help but notice the wall of mirrors were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. As I sat there getting my nails done I looked around and continued to notice how dirty it was. There was a layer of dust on the banister, the fan for acrylics was dirty. I was happy with my first visit so I tipped well... I got the same gal on the second visit, chair #1, and I'm very unhappy. I went in for a fill and ended up with all new tips and the extra expense. She proceeded to take all of the acrylic off, by slipping a tip between my nail & the old acrylic which took the tops of my nails off. Then she clipped all of my nails way down and added tips to all of them again. My nails were long enough on their own, so I'm assuming she did that so she could charge more for the visit. I think this nail salon is ok as far as appearance goes, but go inside and they are very unfriendly and ignore you. The man that works in there is a stone face. These rude "so called nails techs" have no people skills!!!!!!! I have never been so appalled in my life. With people cutting back on exspenses like nails hair ect you would think that these asians would be more friendly ???
