I have seen so many bad reviews for this place. They are wrong! I came in to try it out and just looking for something new. I did have to wait over an hour because I did not have an appointment but they do a great job. They are clean, nicely decorated, staff is very nice, and they do art on nails. I loved the service and the work, I never had a complaint and I couldn't believe the negative comments. However, today I was so disappointed with the professionalism. I went in for a manicure with gel and there were only 3 customers including myself in the salon so it wasn't busy. While getting my manicure, the girl was going so fast she clipped my skin, which caught me by surprise and she did apologize so I let it go. She proceeded with my gel and by the 3-4 coats I could tell she was struggling but I didn't want to give her a hard time so I patiently waited (she wasn't done anyways). She continued to pack on the coats, and brush the sides of my nails with the acetone. When she said she was done I couldn't believe my eyes. After the hour and a half, my nail beds were messy and I had some spots without nail polish, to say the least it wasn't worth the $26 she was trying to charge me. She attempted to file the nail polish off my skin and clip whatever was left over. When I expressed my concern she tried to say that it was because my nails were very oily. She called 2 people over and I have no idea what they were saying among themselves, she then tried to charge me $15 for the manicure. She offered to take my gel off but she'd still charge me the $15, one of the employees joked around and said, "maybe next time". If I could, I would give zero stars, I was very disappointed and I cannot believe that neither of them spoke up and agreed that the work was terrible! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. This is by far the worst nail salon. The workers act as if they don't care to have any customers. The wait time is ridiculous. Workers take their time and their work is not even good enough to be taking as long as it does. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Read Less

They definitely need to brush up on their customer service. I walked in (no one else in the waiting room) and was asked what service I needed. I figured I'd be next, but within a couple minutes other clients started showing up. Some had appts, some didn't.  I sat for 15 minutes and was never given a time frame  of when I'd be next. How hard is it to acknowledge a client and give a time frame? I'll paint my own nails before I  go back there again. Read Less

I had my nails done in southern CA & was up in Selma for Easter weekend. I broke a nail on Friday so I came in on a Saturday to get it fixed. Just ONE NAIL. When I walked in they were full so they told me to come back later. I came back later & they gave me attitude. All I needed was ONE NAIL FIXED not hours & hours of work done. She ended up doing my ONE NAIL & I was better off having it broken than how she "fixed" it. It was pointing upwards & crooked to the left. Here's a picture to show you ladies. First impression wasn't good. We made an appointment and I even called to confirm we could all sit together and they said oh yes we are available and we get there and wait for 15-20 minutes before we sit down. Then one of my friends didn't even get a nail tech until I was done with my pedicure. I'm not sure who my tech was but she wasn't very good. I went in for a mani pedi both with gel. The pedicures as pretty mediocre as was the manicure. also get bad ingrown nails on my big toes so I asked her not to clip them and she tried to and I kept pulling my foot away because I do not want anyone messing with that area of my foot. I had to tell her several times. I've had too many bad experiences and several procedures to correct it so I do not want that done. Finally she got the picture and put the tool away. Then when she did the gel on both my hands and toes she was super sloppy. She kept having to clean up the polish on the edges. I've done my own gels and it really is not that hard. If you paint it properly, slowly and if they do it right then there is less chance of lifting but she just did not care. $58 was such a rip off I would never go back to this place even if I'm desperate. I would give no stars if I could! I had Lynn unless this lady was at Lynn's chair. I said I wanted a manicure all she did was take of my precious polish and expected me to pay for that?! I asked her to clip them and shape them isn't that part of it? And she acted so shocked if want that. She left them real messy polish all over my skin and she didn't even go to the end of the nail yet alone cap! So very disappointed. Read Less

RUN!!! I went in for a back fill. I've been getting my nails done for years (6), and have never been so abused! They were very rough and CUT my fingers!! And the finished products looks SO crappy. I'm counting the days until I can safely remove them :( Read Less
