Love love love these ladies and this place. Been going for years now and always feel welcome. They took extra care of me when I was pregnant and have been known to hold my wiggling baby on occasion as my polish dries! Thanks Tracy and team!

If you are a person of color, do not go to this nail shop they will refuse service to you. I went to this place on two occasions where they were empty and refused service to me said they where busy and could not take me. I came at 11:25 in the evening with no one in the shop for a simple polish change and was told they could not take me and where waiting on there late 11' o'clock appointment and if I didn't leave they would call the police. I am an African American woman and I felt very sad that there are people in this world who really discriminate against people of color and that day I experienced it first hand. The owner also walked up on me as if she was going to put her hands on me, saying "do you want to argue with me" because I asked for a number to make a complaint.

Awesome experience! I was away from home and couldn't stand the gel polish on my fingernails another minute. I called High 5 and got an appointment an hour later. I was in and out in less than half an hour, and the price was cheaper than it would have been at my regular salon in Redwood City!

Got a Gel mani/pedi here recently and it turned out great!! The girls are so sweet and the atmosphere in the salon is very relaxing and quiet. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I first went in as a walk-in for brow wax and tint, and received attentive and friendly service, in a clean and soothing environment. They took care of me in a timely manner, but didn't rush my session, and the result was just right. I have returned based on that experience and received another positive brow experience with Tracy, and a last minute haircut and style with Hai which was also professional, pleasurable and with great results!I am very grateful to find an affordable place in Marin with all the above qualities. I can't wait to try their callous treatment, a service I have been seeking but not finding til now. Thanks Tracy and Hai!

If you are a person of color, do not go to this nail shop they will refuse service to you. I went to this place on two occasions where they were empty and refused service to me said they where busy and could not take me. I came at 11:25 in the evening with no one in the shop for a simple polish change and was told they could not take me and where waiting on there late 11' o'clock appointment and if I didn't leave they would call the police. Awesome experience! I was away from home and couldn't stand the gel polish on my fingernails another minute. I called High 5 and got an appointment an hour later. I was in and out in less than half an hour, and the price was cheaper than it would have been at my regular salon in Redwood City!

I first went in as a walk-in for brow wax and tint, and received attentive and friendly service, in a clean and soothing environment. They took care of me in a timely manner, but didn't rush my session, and the result was just right. I have returned based on that experience and received another positive brow experience with Tracy, and a last minute haircut and style with Hai which was also professional, pleasurable and with great results!I am very grateful to find an affordable place in Marin with all the above qualities. I can't wait to try their callous treatment, a service I have been seeking but not finding til now. Thanks Tracy and Hai!
