So i came in for a full set and asked for a coffin shaped nail, medium length. She suggested i try the dip method instead of the usual way you do acrylics. I asked what the difference was an she told me it would last long, not damage my nails as much, an was overall better so I agreed. After she was done my nails weren't coffin shaped at all just a basic square (still got charged extra for the "shape" add-on), she didn't clean under the nail so they were extremely sharp on the sides an under to touch, and the paint chipped off within 20mins of me leaving.... i was really disappointed because it seemed like she rushed through doing my nails an didn't make sure they were done the way I wanted them or even made sure they looked nice at all... on top of everything two of my nails fell off the next day. Complete waste of money and really disappointed I didn't get what I had paid for . Also my friend who came with me asked for a fill and to keep the coffin shape as well... they filed down the top an didnt adjust the sides to make the "coffin shape" so she just had stubby looking nails. Now that lieu is gone, the quality of service has gone down. I get acrylic nails done, I've been back twice since finding out that lieu  no longer works there and both times my nails did not go a week without breaking. I'm now in search of a new salon. I called and made an appointment for 5 of us to go in for my friend's baby shower. When we arrived, they were incredibly rude and told me there was no appointment and that I must have called a different place. I showed them the call on my phone to their salon and they still wouldn't take us. Terrible experience and customer service (and ruined the baby shower plans!) Read Less

If you're lucky enough to find the salon in Saratoga, they will completely take care of you. I've been  coming over 2 years and I love how my gel manicures last over two weeks. I needed a last minute gel manicure and came across this place and saw the great reviews. I must say, this place lives up to its ratings! Staff are super nice and they take care of your nails. When they they took my gel off, they were super gentle and careful. I hate when people file my gel off because it makes my nails weaker and thinner, however they were great and made sure not to harm my natural nails. At first I wanted to do a french manicure and then I saw they did holographic nails and decided to give it a try. My experience was amazing and the nails turned out so nice! Also when you do gel nails, they give you gloves to cover your hands to protect you from the UV light (so considerate). Prices are way cheaper than the city, my holographic nails were only $35!Overall, definitely coming back, they do great designs and exceptional service! Read Less

I stumbled on this place because all other nail salons were closed on sunday (today) and I needed my feet/hands to be worked desperately before the week begins tomorrow. I checked online yellow pages and a few minutes later, landed here. the ladies -Holly specifically was so warm and effusive and the two proceeded to care for me immediately. There was no one else (presumably it was late in the day and close to closing time?) so i got a lot of TLC. The costs are reasonable and they simply take their time doing a a GREAT job.
