I will definitely go back & have my nails done again. I'm extremely hard on my hands. I am a Cashier 2 days a week and a Dental Assistant 4 days a week. I wash my hands constantly there so its to be expected my nails and hands are very abused! So I was shocked when my Gel-fill lasted 3+ weeks & looked great the whole time!
Debi did such a good job. She's very meticulous. I plan on going back to her from now on!
Plus, there's a Michael's next door to boot. What a bonus!

I went in today for a wash haircut and flat iron. Needless to say I was very shocked when I went to pay $55. I asked why?? They said they put a treatment on my hair which I NEVER asked for and was told never about the $15 extra it would be!! I very clearly told the hair person I wanted a flat iron she began to curl it when I again told her what I wanted!! She put some kind a mouse in my hair which now looks like straw!!! Very unhappy and will not recommend to anyone!! I called back to speak to manager and she said there must have been some communication problem!!! I was very clear what I wanted. I will NEVER return!!

I have been going here for years and was very a disappointed. Ever since new management took over it has not been good. Came in for 2 pedicures and within mins of being done we were getting kicked out. We were the only 2 getting pedicures so it wasn’t like there was a crowd of people waiting. Ended up getting polish smudged.

I told the man doing my toes that I only wanted the basic pedicure. He must have not heard me because I got charged the more expensive pedicure. When I told him that sounds expensive, he said that I got the callous removed too. I told him I didn't ask ask for that.
He wasn't friendly and I'm annoyed I paid as much as I did for a mediocre pedicure. Would definitely not recommend this place.

This place in under new management. It used to be Focus Nails and Spa but now it is Rio Nails and Spa. I have to give this place 5 stars because they do a good job and very accommodating. When I was not satisfied with my manicure, they were very quick to fix the flaws on my nails.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had getting a manicure and pedicure. My nails were clipped and left square cut, not filed into a round shape. The pedicure was one of the most painful due to the tech digging her nails in and appeared to do it intentionally. Then what would be considered part of a typical service, they charged extra. They will never get my money again.

They are extremely deceiving here! The pricing says $12 for a haircut but when its time to pay they will tell you it is $25. I came in the other day and she used a spray bottle to wet my hair and cut it and then told me it was $25, even though the sign says $25 for a wash, cut and style. They are pushy and annoying. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

I will definitely go back & have my nails done again. I'm extremely hard on my hands. I am a Cashier 2 days a week and a Dental Assistant 4 days a week. I wash my hands constantly there so its to be expected my nails and hands are very abused! So I was shocked when my Gel-fill lasted 3+ weeks & looked great the whole time!
Debi did such a good job. She's very meticulous. I plan on going back to her from now on!

I have been going here for years and was very a disappointed. Ever since new management took over it has not been good.
