Went on Thursday, March 1st and was over charged. When my future daughter in-law called they required a $20 dollar deposit to hold the booking and they said it would go towards the services. We had 2 pedicures done which added to $55 dollars which then I added a $10. So that ends up being a total of $65 dollars. I paid for the services which it didn’t even show the $20 taken off that they already charged her!! So what was supposed to be a $65 all together charge ended up bein...g me being charged for $65 and her $20. This is ridiculous! In addition, when we left we booked a mani, pedi, and a 45 minute massage that the woman never booked. She said she would move the deposit over to the services for today but she never did because she never booked the services for today to begin with. Not overly impressed. I had never been there but thought I would stop by and check the place out to get my eyebrows waxed before I brought my daughter there to get her nails done. Yes, they were busy but not any busier then the place I normally go to in Chesapeake. So I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed. I was told immediately no. I love this spa. I have been going here for about 8 years now and the quality has consistently been amazing. Last week I went in for a fill and it was done by Loy. She did an alright job, but my pinky nail on my left hand broke 5 days after I got them done. I went back in today to get that one nail repaired and I had an amazing experience. I walked right in and there was no wait. Kelvin worked on my nail and did a phenomenal job. It was probably the best service I have ever had anywhere. I treated myself for my birthday and this experience was not great. I was expecting a luxury service and this was “maybe” one step above your ordinary strip mall nail salon. Not personable, the space is small and cluttered, most of the Zoya nail colors are old and sticky, and my nails were not shaped uniformly. I couldn’t relax because I had to watch the nail tech and show her which nails she filed unevenly so she could correct them. The color I chose was thick and almost emp...ty, so I asked if there was another new bootle; the nail tech waited until she thought I wasn’t paying attention and put some damn acetone in it to thin it out instead of getting a new bottle. When I need a manicure or pedicure, this is the spot for me! I love how the shop looks and how convenient it is to local Santee area where I live. Also I can make appointments ahead of time and they are always honored without me having to wait in line for my turn.I normally get the gel acrylic nails with a design which normally would be over $40 but since hey had four square where they give you deals they your phone I get $5 off my designs or get a free French tip! These come in handy when I'm on a budget. I definitely recommend them if you are a nail fanatic like I am! Read Less

This is my typical go-to spot.  I never have any issues with them fitting me in and the technicians are usually pretty nice.  Prices are decent, and they have a rewards program which I appreciate.  The place doesn't look the cleanest and could use a sprucing up, but it's definitely not dirty.  I've never had any issue feeling as though the equipment was dirty either.  I will continue to come here. I like this nail salon. They spend a lot of time cleaning your nails, trimming cuticles, etc. Any manicures and pedicures I get from here last awhile, and I don't have to wait too long for my service. My daughter usually comes with me and gets her nails done too. They are super sweet and patient with her (she's 6) so I appreciate that.The price is reasonable. I drive across town for this place! They are kind, clean, affordable, and efficient. Plus the gel manicures last about a month. I booked appointments for 7 people and briefly mentioned it was a bridal party. Not only did they accommodate us on short notice, but they had champagne waiting for us and balloons for the bride's pedicure chair! Jennifer gives the best manicures, but everyone is great here! 3rd time here and it's been pretty excellent service. Not too long of a wait if you don't have an appointment. The girls I've had really take the time to make it look nice. Only complaint is that the massage part is more like just putting lotion on you, no real pressure, but they do such a great job with the "prep" part before they paint, so I'll stick with 4 stars. i was overcharged $8.75 i simple error. It was refunded back. What is annoying is the manager never admitted a mistake. He acted like I was charged for a service I received like a flower or french tip, which I did not. I don't think I will return. WORST!!! The gal who did my nails had a perma frown on her face! Didn't understand what I wanted and didn't care. I had gels done, the following day they were lifting, coming off...why did I pay $38. Plus dollars to have it all come off with in 24 hours. They said come have them redone at no charge ..my nails and nail beds were so chewed up there is no way I could have let anyone touch them....too painful. I ended up with an infection, ...going to pay for my doctor visits? Prescription? worst part!!!! This place cost more than The jacked up nail job.
