I found this place on Yelp and it was nearby so I thought I'd give it a try. The environment was very laid back and cozy. The staff was super nice and welcoming. However, I was a bit disappointed in the service I received. The top (not the tip of the nail, the surface) of my nails got filed with a very heavy duty nail file, my cuticles were barely tended to and not all may nails were the same square shape as some came out crooked and uneven. I have very strong nails that never break but due to the harsh treatment they received I have already broken two nails. Just had the absolute best experience here!! I went to M & T Nails yesterday for a pedicure because I'm going to Florida tomorrow and clumsy me, I chipped my toe nail off my suitcase! I went back today and not only did they not charge me for my mistake, they repainted it and gave me the nail polish to take with me to Florida! It was fabulous and I highly recommend their salon! i went here a couple of times niki did my nails and i hated them ! the first set was okay they were uneven and they didnt have my size tips! i had to go back one week later to a fill because she didnt do my nails right the first time and when i got my fill she did a horrible job! where my old acrylic was you could see under the new acrylic and all the dry and nastiness ! if you do go here do not go to niki ! they talk bad about every body who comes in and if they dont like you they wont tell you they will just do you nails bad!Read Less

I moved back to Santee recently and didn't have anyone I trusted to cut or color my hair, so I called around and priced local salons.  I called impressions and spoke to Jessica, I was immediately sold by how knowledgable and friendly she was. I made an appointment and took my daughter and mother in law with me, for moral support..lol.  When we got there Jessica and the owner were there and made all of us feel so welcome and they were so down to earth.  Jessica did an amazing job on my hair and her pricing was a good 40 to 50 less then the competing salons in Santee.  This is where I will be going from now on for every service they offer.  Great, great, great place.
