Took my 6 year old daughter here for her first pedi!! Nail polish was lifting off by next day. Went to day to have them resolve the problem and insulted my intelligence by saying they only guarantee 1 to 2 Days before polish comes off if you don’t do gel nail polish. Sorry but I’ve been going there for awhile a DON NOT get and my pedis don’t peel. So spending $20+ for a 6 year old to get a pedi and it to peel off will be looking for another place!!! I came here with my sister for a pedicure and my sister got a fill in. I always come here with my cousin but wanted my sister to try them! They did an amazing job! We both love our nails. I had Tina for a pedicure and she was great! I highly recommend her and my sister had Diane she also did a great job! Everyone is so friendly and nice. The guy at the front was very nice and helpful. Went here for the first time I changed my hair color. Stylist burnt my scalp so badly with the hair dryer that I was bleeding. I was scared to get my hair done for several years after that. She pretended nothing happened and kept trying to get me to quit fussing. Still tipped well, but didn't seem like the staff cared much about the customers. Read Less

I have been going to this owner/ hair stylist for years. At the beginning things were great. She was a great stylist and colorist. As years have gone by, her abilities as a hair stylist/colorist have deteriorated. There have been countless times I've gone in and had to go in on a second appt because she got the color wrong. A have been in tears a few of those times from sheer frustration. Recently she has raised her prices considerably. I could understand that if she was perfect everytime, but that is not the case. My last visit was last week. I went in for color and highlights. My appt was at 930 but had to wait on her finishing someone else so my appt didn't start 1000am. I was already getting frustrated but was hopeful. She put on the color which looked really dark. Then washed that out and applied the red highlights. I like a lot of highlights all through my hair. I've been getting this for years. After being there for 3 hours, she blew it dry and guess what? You couldn't even see the highlights. She has done this before. Plus my hair was a very dark shade of brown which I never get. She knew she made a huge mistake but of course as always, here come the excuses. And she told me I had to come in next week for her to redo the red highlights. Great, another wasted day. But of course she gave me her new inflated price of 130.00 and I didn't even get a perfect job plus had to wait 30 minutes for my appt to start. This is the LAST time I will be going to this stylist. I went to this salon 3 times, I really liked their work. On my 3rd visit the young lady didnt wait long enough for the polish to dry before the acrylic was put on, causing the silver polish to go over the red tips. No big deal just needed it fixed. The man running the front offered me a $5.00 discount HA!! I didnt have time to get them fixed so i called the next day, i told him i really wasnt happy and needed them fixed. i went in the following day and all 3 ladies were sitting there with NO customers and he refused to help me. he said I needed to call first and he had appointments coming.(so much for the "walk ins welcome" sign in the window) Of course he didnt want to fix the mistakes for free when he had paying customers coming. very very poor buisness decisions!! I will not be returning...if you mess up, you should take ownership and make sure the customers leave happy. Read Less
