The question becomes, why even offer a "regular" manicure whern you will do it so half effort that it has no chance of lasting? It's the Santa Rosa way. There's no competition like in a city, so everything sucks. She tried to talk me into a gel and I didn't want gel for many reasons and so she did a quickie bad job on a regular.  I get regular manicures all over and they last at least a few days, this didnt even last 10 hours. Awful. Awful awful awful. They made my cuticles bleed, they didn't put my polish on evenly, there were fuzzies on most of my nails from the towel and they didn't even pull them out. Didn't clean up the edges of my nails and I have top coat all over my fingers. She didn't speak to me once, and they wanted to charge $15 for the colour I wanted. I only go here to get my nails done because it is close to my house. It's usually not too busy. Do not get any designs on your nails because they are not good at it. They will have one person start and do most of the work and have another finish. Very pushy and if you are not in the position they want you in, will pull you without pleasantly asking. Read Less

I had my nails done at another salon in Rohnert Park and one broke withing 3 days,I decided to stop in to Super Nails out of the blue and they put a new nail on.  It looks so much better then my other the nails and I really liked the way she shaped my nail.They were extremely professional and I am now going back regularly.  The salon has a veryrelaxing atmosphere and the employees are all happy. I wish their abilities matched their kindness, it would be a great place. All the staff there are very nice, I've been there a few times (usually kicking myself afterwards for giving them yet another chance) and everyone is friendly. After my last experience, I won't be going back. My nails and cuticles have been damaged. They use a grinder on your nails if you get a gel manicure. I removed the gel as gently as possible myself after the last gel manicure I had there grew out. My normally healthy nails were frail and peeling until they grew out. This does NOT happen to me if I get a gel anywhere else. This time I went to get a gel manicure (I was desperate and under a time crunch) and I asked them not to use the grinder. He did anyway and ripped away my cuticles. My blood was floating into the water that he had me soak my nails in after he ground them, and then used the cuticle cutter. He told me I was bleeding because I had waited too long in between manicures and that if he hadn't done that, my nails would have cracked from my cuticles being too long. He was very nice about it, although not at all apologetic, and VERY misinformed. After he ground my nails I mentioned how disappointed I was that he had damaged my nails from the grinder and he showed me a wall of different, more expensive, gel colors that don't require a grinder. Used to come here all the time before I moved away because they always could squeeze me in last minute. This is my first time back in a long time and at first my gel pedicure came out sloppy, another technician noticed without me saying anything and fixed me right up. I have a pedicure every 5 weeks and I love the staff and the pedicure at Super Nails.  Mia is usually the one who does my nails, but everyone is very friendly.  My husband even goes now with a friend ....... it's their man cave they say.  My appointments are always at 11am and I've never really had...maybe one or two times.  Not a big deal.  Prices are right and they do a great job. I went yesterday to get a pedi and get my boyfriend a mani.  Don't get me wrong the girl doing our nails was super sweet which transferred to the strength/force she did our nails with.  I asked multiple times for her to go harder and "get in there" concerning the corners of my big toes. It looks like all I did was paint them without any kind of cleaning or trimming anything. Sadly I won't be returning here again. Not worth the time or the money spent. I'm a regular and prefer my fingernails natural so I just get pedicures. Great value, nicest people ever. Love this place! Avoid! I went in for a fill, one day later already lifting in areas. After the nail tech tried to put polish on and she couldn't get it right I told her gel is fine. Well, it wasn't fine...lumpy and had air bubbles and all together missed areas. So when I thought this couldn't get any worse, she pulled a bait and switch on the price from what was quoted in the beginning. Arrived at Super Nails for appt  at 5:15. Mia was sweet but may be inexperienced. Polish was bubbled on pedicure and manicure. She redid the manicure and then left red residue all over my hands and my toenail polish is rough and bubbled. I didn't get out of there until 7:30 and I am very unsatisfied with the results.  It took over 2 hours for a crappy job. I won't return. Read Less

Seriously worst shellac ever. I've gotten shellac before and I know it's not the "grease on my nails" making it peel off in the first week when they are meant to and usually last 2-3 weeks. Many of the nails had really bad bubbles and then the bubbles started peeling on those nails. I went back for them to fix it and they were so rude. Never going back. Read Less

This nail salon is hit or miss. I have had a few great pedicures here, and the prices are not too high. However, things went downhill when I opted for the shellac manicure they suggested. Different people were rushing around, doing different stages of my manicure. When I left I noticed there was shellac polish around my nails and on my cuticles. The manicure lasted a few weeks, as advertised, but things once again took a turn for the worse upon my next visit. I simply wanted the shellac removed and a french manicure. The woman seemed disgruntled. She didn't properly remove all of the shellac polish, cut my nails in an odd square shape, barely filed or buffed them, and then apparently missed the fact that I said "french" manicure. I did not have much more time, so I gave up, paid and left. My nails were shaped unevenly, and the sharp square shape led the corners to get caught on clothing, etc. I am pretty sure that was my last visit.Like I said, I previously had good pedicures here. The man (I forget his name) seems to do the best job. If you go here out of convenience or lo w prices, just stay away from the shellac. They seem to be taking shortcuts with it, and my nails are not in very good condition now. Read Less
