Gorgeous salon and great staff! I was taking a break from gels so I opted for their signature mani with hand massage and mask for a little indulgence. The service was HORRIBLE. I’ve never experienced such horrible service in my life until I walked into this shop. While I was getting my nails done by one of the ladies there she kept stopping just to continue to talk with her coworkers. Not once did she ever greet me or at least acknowledge me. Worst pedicure I ever had!! Had to listen to the three techs doing pedicures talk amongst one another the entire time. When a customer is paying for a service they should be the center of attention. We were rushed through our service because the employees were too worried about getting out front of the salon for whatever celebration they were having (FYI they were drinking). We were never even offered water when the brochure says "Complimentary Beverage For All Customers." All of this would be easy to forget if the pedicure was actually a pedicure. This place was pretty but since they were busy they rush you out. I went in with my cousin, her daughter (3yrs old) and my sister. The lady who did my sister was terrible. She rushed and finished her pedicure quicker than the lady who was working on my niece... a 3 year old had better service than the woman who did my sisters toes! Unfortunately the woman who was doing my pedicure was so busy talking to her coworker behind her she only did the scrub on one foot.   So one foot is smooth the other is not. She was very rough and it was painful. There was a child there with a smart phone watching some children's show so loudly that it overwhelmed the calming music. I gave this place one star because they are clean but sadly was super disappointed with this salon. They are rude, rushed, don't even ask you how you are, don't try to start any conversation at all. I went in for a fill and pedicure and probably the worst $80 I've ever spent. The whole experience was super rushed. I mean for both services I was literally out the door in 30 minutes. Sure some people might appreciate the fast service but when getting your nails and toes done, fast service often means poor quality. While I was getting my pedicure a guy named Henry started my fill. He was super careless, rushed and kept talking in their language to the lady doing my pedicure and laughing. I mean I don't care what language they speak but when they're around their clients I think it's rude. I am bilingual and I don't like to speak Spanish with others around someone who doesn't understand the language because they might get offended and think we're talking about them. This place is so far from paradise. I went in there about a month and a half ago with my roommate to get gel manicures. The salon itself is pretty and aesthetically pleasing but the staff are incredibly rude and don't really know what they're doing. My lady was giving me dirty looks the entire time and when i gave her simple instructions (i.e. how i wanted my nails shaped) she made me feel as though i was being an inconvenience. I also asked her if she'd be able to do a third coat because sometimes they only do two and her coworker next to her snapped at me and said "she's not done yet let her finish". I was sitting there miserable for 45 mins and couldn't relax at all. Then a couple days after we got our manicures, both of ours started chipping and peeling off!! My gel manicures usually last 3-4 weeks not 5 days!! I went back in to complain and thankfully they allowed me to get them done again. However they kept trying to say that it was my fault and that "my nails are oily". When i went back in to get them redone, i asked if i could get a different color since maybe that other polish was expired or something since it didn't stay on? the owner, i forgot her name but it begins with a V (Vicky?), straight up told me that i couldn't get another color and she doesn't care if i leave the salon happy or not. i once again sat in the chair miserable until i was able to leave. My gel manicure stayed on the second time but that was because they didn't put any oils or anything on my nails. If you unfortunately find yourself here and want a gel manicure, make sure they don't put any oils or anything on your nails because they're incompetent, it won't last and they'll blame you. I've been going here regularly for my fills and pedicures. Usually you get what you pay for. I went around 6 today (would not recommend) and I felt like my nails and toes were extremely rushed. They say they close at 9 but almost all of the ladies leave at 7:30. Three different ladies did my nails because I just kept getting passed around by the ladies who wanted to leave early. horrible horrible horrible. if i could leave 0 stars i would. i've been here one other time and the young lady did a good job on my pedicure. she took her time and cleaned my nails so good. for gel it was $35 i remember this clearly because i paid cash. so i took my mom today, excited because we both needed some relaxing and getting our nails done and cleaned. well let me tell you we walked in 5 minutes before 5pm they seemed eager to greet us and told us to pick colors. we asked for two pedis and one full set. when we sat down and wanted to settle in they started working really quickly after soaking my feet the lady doing my toes tells me it's $5 to remove the remaining gel on my nails. so i said okay that's fine. she proceeds to roughly take it off with a spinning nail buffer that they use to do acrylics. after she removed it she starts clipping my cuticles. and she clipped my skin so hard with the cuticle cutter. and didn't say anything and i told her that hurt. and she said sorry and proceeded to work. very rushed. she then washed my feet and gave me a 30 second massage and then started painting my nails. she did not even proceed to clean my nails nor file them. so she starts painting them and she quickly paints them 2 sloppy coats. and same with my mom. so then my 8 month old son wants to nurse and i proceed to take my nursing cover out and i put him under it. and while i'm nursing him. the lady doing my nails and my moms both start talking and staring at me. and making of faces at me. it was a horrible and uncomfortable experience. meanwhile all this they had been making nasty faces at my mom and i. so after 15 min they're all done. and the lady who did my moms pedicure walks away. without putting a top coat. and sits in a chair and the lady doing mine quickly gets up after finishing my nails and proceeds to do  her coworkers mani and pedi..... we were shocked because they were still on the clock. and after they finished up 30 minutes for 2 pedis and 1 full set... not done well at all. our total was $105. i was super disappointed. I RECOMMEND TO GO TO MARLOW NAILS THEY DO AN AMAZING JOB AND ONLY CHARGE $30 for gel! and $35 gel acrylics. and $18 for regular pedis. i did tell the guy working there about our experience. we did not tip because we felt mistreated. there were 2 other ladies sitting on the chair getting pedis when we walked in there and by the time we left they were still there getting worked on.... do not recommend. go here for a half ass job. Walked with friends, about 6 girls and i wanted pedicure and 5 girls wanted just nails polished. The gentleman told us to cone back if 45 minutes because they were really busy. When we came back, he had 5 spots for pedicure ready and i said we need 1 pedicure and 5 nails polish changes. I typically only come here for Henry to do my nails. Today he was off so I got a new set by Lee. When she was taking of my old set she took half of my nail off of both my thumbs. I asked her for my nails to be painted a certain way so when she painted them wrong I asked politely for her to fix it. I could tell she got irritated. Toward the end of the appointment I asked to get a couple gems put on. At this point she rolled her eyes and didn't say anything. If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment to get my nails done today and waiting about 15 minutes to begin. At the very beginning my lady started cutting my cuticles and cut me pretty deep on accident. I understand, accidents happen. She tried cleaning it and compressing it 5 times and it continued to bleed. While we were trying to wait for it to stop I got a my eyebrows done, hesitantly. Afterward I was still bleeding and wasn't looking to have different tools near my wound and blood messing up my gel, so asked to come back next day. After being home almost three hours, still bleeding and gross. I called to ask for free manicure next day and he said he might be able to give me 20% off. After I had paid full price for my nails. I drive 35 mins to get my nails done here because the atmosphere is relaxing, and I am very happy with my nails when I leave. Horrible experience! I had Michelle do my nails and I'm picky. She took forever and every time I would say how I like them she would talk crap about me to her coworkers. At the end she put way to much too coat and painted over my cuticles so within a few days my nails were completely lifted off and had clear gel overflow on the sides. Also when she had me wash my hands before painting I could see some nails already lifting underneath. She does not know how to do nails. However Henry seems nice and seems like he knows how to do nails. Next time my nail lady isn't available I will have to wait for her instead of being inpatient and going elsewhere. I paid for a full set, my total was only $35 I gave $40 I was going to leave a tip but I didn't like how they assumed I was leaving one they just kept it and gave me no change. Great ambiance, very clean and appealing. The staff are professional and positive.I was a walk-in and had a shellac pedicure. It was one of the best I've ever had! They did a sugar scrub early on and also did a thorough massage at the very end (because we all know it's really about the massage, amirite?). I asked for a design, "something pretty" and was given a beautiful row of three flowers on each big toe. Recently discovered Paradise Nails, Naomi is my girl!  She does it all, and is really good. She's done waxing and acrylics for myself and my tween daughter. She colored and waxed my daughters eyebrows, and waxed her upper lip. It was her first time and she felt very comfortable with Naomi. She got the look she was hoping for.  A gentleman did my pedicure and he did a wonderful job, he was very nice and skilled with polish and art. This is really overpriced because I know nail salons that would charge that for both mani and pedi not just for a basic pedicure. PLEASE READ THIS!!! This nail salon is illegally overcharging credit cards. I went here last week and had my nails done and a week later I noticed an extra charge on my credit card. I had a gel manicure done for $25 and I gave them a $5 tip, when I signed the receipt I put a total of $30, makes sense right? Well they added $5 to my credit card without my permission and my credit card statement showed $35. I called the nail salon and spoke to Naomi, she told me to come pick up my money.I went to the nail salon yesterday and met with her. I told her what she did was wrong and this is considered a CRIME! She told me "most people don't notice the extra charge" OMG! can you believe this blatant nonsense? I told her I also wanted my tip back and she's lucky I'm not reporting her to the police. She was so rude and disrespectful. She was telling me how I wasn't allowed back at her salon again? She didn't even apologize or even act like it was a mistake. These people are scamming and illegally overcharging customers a few dollars here and there. It's probably true most people may not notice an extra charge, but doubling a tip to 40%?!
