Excellent massage with Vica, facial with Candy and Pedi with Christine.  It was extremely relaxing and very enjoyable.  The providers were all very professional and the environment at the spa was very nice and relaxing. When I checked out the cashier at reception did not know that I was using a gift certificate even though they had requested the information when I made the reservation.  I was disappointed that they charged me $ 25 additional, even though supposedly all the treatments had been prepaid by my son who had given me a gift certificate for the full package.  They explained that there had been a price increase, but only when I questioned the charge.  I feel that if they had issued a gift certificate, they need to honor it for the price they charged when they sold it and not surprise the customer in this manner.  Aside from this, it was a good experience. So relaxing, helps clear your mind for a while. The signature pedicure that’s 80 minutes long a bit pricey but it was so worth it. The staff was really nice, there’s complementary tea that and the lates magazines in the lounge room. If you get a massage you can also get a robe to wear. Read Less

This is my second massage to Me Spa. If you arrive at least 20 minutes prior your appointment, after slipping into a heavy rob, you are first treated with a complimentary foot soak and warm neck wrap. Hot tea & cucumber water are also available. While I had my first massage a few months ago by a young lady, today's by far  this was the best I've ever had! My masseuse Tye was incredible! After the 50 minute deep tissue massage, I feel so much better, he worked out so much of my tension from theses last 4 weeks of stress from the fires, evacuations, work, life etc.The massage oils are pleasant smelling and natural. I don’t like this Spa’s policies and customer service. I woke up with a head cold and they would not allow me to reschedule my appointment. Instead they are redeeming my Groupon which was $130 because I did not cancel within 24 hours as is the policy. That is a lot of money and a waste because I do not want to spread my germs. This place may have given me the best massage of my life but I will never know as they have treated me like a sack of meat with dollar signs attached to it. I hope they reconsider the policy and consider a more relaxed policy. I understand charging a set late fee but not 50% of the service or redeeming the full Groupon. Read Less

This place was great! The massages are pretty typical but the signature pedicure was to die for! I was so relaxed I fell asleep. Next time I want to try a facial and I would DEFINITELY get the pedicure again. It was a great experience. First time here in Santa Rosa, and at ME Spa in general. The place is much bigger inside than it appeared outside. Perhaps because it's in a strip mall? The lobby smelled divine and the ladies were helpful and friendly. I went with a group of 5 girls and we were thrilled when we got the menu for our foot soak in the waiting area. I picked the Frangipani in blue agave bath bomb and my toes were happy. For my service I had chosen the Signature Body Polish for 50 minutes and added the scalp massage enhancement (15 minutes). I was expecting to go into a wet room, like the Korean spa I am used to going in Los Angeles, but the room looked like a regular massage room. Areci used the dry brush on my legs, stomach, arms, and back. Then applied the white tea and ginger oil and sugar scrubbed the different areas while keeping the rest of my body warm. Everything was great, I even started to doze off, until she patted my back and told me that her time is up and that she'll wait for me outside whenever I'm ready to come out. I asked if she did the scalp massage and she said that she didn't know she was supposed to, so she would go ahead and tell the front desk to alert it off my final bill. I obliged (I see my personal chiropractor every 3 weeks so no biggie). When I opened the door, Areci told me that there was a mix up and she offered to do the scalp massage if I still wanted to have one. I thought, what the hell, I'm here, you're here. Let's do this. Well, as much as I love me some scalp massage, Areci's scalp massage fell short of anything that I should be paying $20 for 15 mins. It felt reminiscent of my husband's fingers caressing my hair and head. At times it felt like I was giving myself a head massage with the head rake. Before I knew it, time was up (again) and I was left dissatisfied. I paid twice the price for half the service I would've gotten locally. Yesterday was my first visit to Me Spa and my Boyfriends first ever pedicure, they did not disappoint! I was seen by Corina who was simply PHENOMENAL. She was genuinely sweet and made me feel so taken care of. Her massage skill first of all was incredible! Her hands felt like silk and her pressure was so on point! My legs, feet and toes were scrubbed, soaked, smoothed and pampered to perfection. My toes came out looking really cute with her recommendations on color :-) I will never go to anyone else for my pedicure needs! She is a true Pro and loves what she does!My boyfriend being a first timer was blown away by Katie who took such good care of him. She made him feel comfortable enough to even fall asleep during his pedicure! He gushed over her massage skills saying how amazingly soft and yet strong her pressure was. I've never treated myself to a spa pedicure, at least never like this. Was it pricey? Yes, yes and yes again. However, it was well worth the $105 (with tip) for the 80 minutes of heaven my feet experienced. I actually fell asleep, twice! The music was perfect, Corina was an angel who worked real magic on my tootsies, and the amount of time was perfect. I would so do this again, and would recommend my friends do the same. I recently visited ME spa last weekend, and my overall experience was good. The ladies working there were sweet and helpful. However when booking manicures online, the description of the manicure itself included a hand massage and great lotion and a complete cuticle and nail fix. But I did not receive all of that, she massaged my hands quickly, did her best at cleaning up cuticles but still left quite a bit. The products they use are much nicer than most, which was a plus. I would've given this place a 1 star if it wasn't for the amazing massage I received. I got the deep tissue massage and it hurt, but it was a good pain! I felt a lot more relaxed after. However, the low rating was because of the manicure I got there. After my manicure, my skin right below my nails began to peel and I began to get a fungus like thing on the top of my nails. I went back and they were only willing to give me 60% off ANOTHER manicure...like the first one didn't do enough. I had to apply Neosporin on my nails every night with band aids for them to heal. I seriously love this place. I frequent a Spa in Corte Madera and sadly, their Spa doesn't even come close to Me Spa. I first went to Me Spa because a friend of mine gave me a gift certificate and I temporarily lived in the area. I couldn't believe how clean, accommodating and relaxing it was. Lacey was my massage therapist and she wanted me to have the most relaxing experience possible. I felt so incredibly pampered and renewed when I walked out. I can't get in with Lacey any time soon (that's how good she is), so I am going to a different person next time. Thanks for such a great experience. I've been to some very high end spas before and I was pleasantly surprised with the ambiance and how nice and relaxing the ME Spa was for an normal day spa.  I booked a 50 minute couples massage and they requested we come early for a complimentary foot soak before the massage.  They allowed us to bring in our own champagne to drink during the foot soak and they kept it cold during our massage and brought it back out for us after the massage.  The 50 minute couples massages were full body massages in a dim tranquil room.  The women's area for changing and getting ready after the massage was large. They had changing rooms, showers, a large mirror area for multiple women and a few magnified mirrors to use.Their staff was very attentive and professional; making sure we were comfortable and relaxed the entire time.If you live in the area or are going to be in the area of Santa Rosa I highly recommend coming here for a spa day. I came here for the first time to get a Shellac Manicure.. the atmosphere was nice and relaxing, staff was friendly.. I hate to leave a bad review but for the price I paid I did not like how my nails came out.... its been a few days and one of my nails is already chipped........ my cuticles look terrible.  The lady who did them was very very nice I liked her but I just can't get over how bad my nails came out. You're better off going somewhere cheaper to get your nails done. I got a giftcard for my birthday, so I chose to spend it on a 60 minute advanced facial. Check in was fast and easy, and I was taken back to change into my robe. I LOVE the robes! So heavy, comfortable, and soft. Really luxurious feeling. Then, I was taken to the 'relaxation room' for the remaining 10 minutes until my appointment. I was given a hot neck wrap which felt SO nice. It made me feel so relaxed I almost didn't notice that I wasn't offered a foot soak at all! The ac was on and my toots got pretty cold, but my esthetician came out promptly. I forgot about my cold feet the second I got into the facial bed... It was heated and felt so great. Amber was my technician and she did an amazing job. We had a nice talk about my skin and she was very knowledgable and gave me some great recommendations. I'm what you might call a "regular" at ME Spa, Santa Rosa.  I started going to ME Spa (back when it was Coldwater Creek) in 2011.  The spa is conveniently located in Montgomery Village and perfect if you're looking for a relaxed day spa experience.  ME Spa is not your over-the-top luxury spa. If you're looking for that experience, I suggest the spa at Sonoma Mission Inn.But if you're looking for a clean, friendly, cozy day spa for your manis, pedis and such, ME Spa is a sweet little gem and perfect for "regular maintenance."The reclining pedicure is a slice of heaven on earth. If you've never experienced a reclining pedicure, wrapped in cozy blankets, lavender eye pillow, soothing spa music, and amazing foot massage - you're missing out.I've had massages and facials at ME Spa as well and honestly never had a bad experience.HINT: ME Spa Santa Rosa is a busy place, so don't wait until the last minute to book your service.  I always book several weeks out.  RECOMMENDATION: Try the reclining pedicure if nothing else.  It's so so worth it!  Try not to snore. I came here on May 14th for a mani/pedi. The technicians did a very good job. My nails were cut to the length I wanted and their color selection was pretty good. I loved the pedicure chairs and took a little nap while getting my pedicure.  The ambiance is very nice and it seems  clean as well.One thing they could improve on is letting clients wait in the relaxation room area until  their appointment and having amenities like sliced strawberries, apples, etc.  Their prices are on par with Burke Williams  so they should definitely step things up a notch in that area. I received a gift card to Me Spa from co workers and decided to save it for a special occasion. Today is my birthday and I spent four hours in total complete heaven!! Everything was wonderful from the friendly staff to the warm neck pillows (they keep changing them out so you stay comfortable) to the soft robes. I will be back again!! My massage was the best one I have experienced only to be topped off by a pedicure that can only be described as blissfully relaxing. I finished with a pretty manicure. My wife got a Groupon gift from a friend for her birthday for a 60 minutes manicure w/ free gift here. Her appointment was at 1pm. She arrived 10 minutes early and wasn't seen until 10 minutes after 1. She was never offered tea or coffee yet others in the waiting area were. Her manicure was just okay. She liked her one color polish just fine, but most of the minutes entailed her soaking her fingers. I was waiting fer her in the parking lot and when she came out at 1:50, I asked why she was done 10 minutes early. She said they were finished. So her 60 minute manicure was more like 40 minutes and she never got a free gift. She will never go back here and was not happy at all. Elements was way better. Read Less

This was my first experience at ME Spa and it was a birthday treat to myself.  I had read all the reviews and had pretty high expectations about my two treatments - a Signature Facial and a Deep Tissue Massage, both one hour treatments.  There is something about a spa in a shopping center that I just have a hard time wrapping my head around.  This used to be the Coldwater Creek spa, where I had visited years ago for a pedicure, which while it being great, it was very expensive.  Looking at the spa menu when I booked, I could see that the treatments were a little less expensive than some of the local higher priced spas in Wine Country.  Here is the review of the two treatments.  The Signature Facial was quite nice and I felt that the Esthetician was experienced and knowledgeable.  She also had great hands for that facial massage I love.  All in all, that went well.Now on to the massage - this was one of the worst one hour deep tissue massages I have had ever!  The gal (message me if you want to know her name) seemed very nervous and rushed through the entire treatment.  Between her intense deep breathing, her heavy shoes on the floor and her apparent nervousness, there was no way I could relax.  Plus, she had basically no technique and had no clue what a deep tissue massage was supposed to be.  For $119 I want my money back!  What a disappointment.  Unless the spa offered me a no charge repeat of the massage, I won't be going back.  Thought it was a waste of money. had a horrible bikini wax & mediocre massage there. on top of that, i booked the massage for after the waxing (who wants a massage BEFORE a bikini wax?) and they switched the services on me when i arrived and couldn't accommodate the original bookings (so the massage was essentially wasted). bikini waxes shouldn't take longer than 20-30 minutes (mine took over an hour). the massage was mediocre at best and as for the waxing nightmare: I LOST SKIN. more than half of the hair was simply torn, not pulled out of the skin (it looked like a bad shave job) and the girl ripped off several areas of skin, leaving me bleeding and sensitive for several days with wounds that took two weeks to heal. total disappointment for a 'destination spa.' nice atmosphere but save your money for a place with more experienced staff.
