I signed up for a month of tanning here because it is within walking distance of my work. I brought my coworker with me so she could sign up as well. The girl at the front desk has no idea what she is doing. We paid for 2 separate memberships - I did one month at the level III and my coworker did 5 sessions of the level V. Clearly two different packages and price points. After paying, the receptionist proceeds to tell us we can go in either bed 4 or 5 & that it was up to us which one we wanted. It does not make sense on why we can pick and choose beds when they are supposed to be different levels and one is significantly more expensive than the other. She also both put us in for the wrong time. Mine was too short and my coworker was in too long and burned her stomach and thighs. The second time I went in, the same receptionist checked me in and went back to clean the bed because "someone had just tanned in it". While back there, she broke something and the entire salon heard it shatter. She came up and informed one of the hair stylists that she broke something & went back to clean it. I waited almost 20 minutes before she came back up to put me in the bed where she had just broken whatever it was. If I had the option of going in other beds, why did I have to go in the one that was potentially unsafe? I walked back to room 5 and immediately noticed the ceiling fan light was off in the room and the chain to turn it on was broken. I had to get undressed and put my lotion on in the dark. When I got in the bed, it was cold. Every bed I have ever tanned in is warm when a person uses it before me. Then I began to question how long the bed sat dirty for in between clients and on top of looking for shards of glass before laying down, I am doing it in the dark. I tanned and left as quick as I could. I had high hopes for this salon and was excited to use it as my quick relaxation spot on my lunch, but I will not be back. Complete waste of $60. I'll stick with Palm Beach Tan even though it is more pricey. Read Less

I was excited to get a spray tan before my trip to Hawaii and so I made an appointment with Anita Benavides at Exclusive Spa. I arrived at my scheduled 7pm appointment and the girl at the front desk said Anita was not there and she would text her. The girl told me she was on her way so I took a seat. I waited over 30 minutes, while seeing everyone who worked in the salon leaving for the night including the receptionist. No one gave me an update on the status of my appointment or where the person doing my spray tan was.  Since my flight was was early the next morning, I finally told the last stylist in the building I couldn't wait any longer. A very good place to get your haircut.  I've been using Danielle for almost 3 years now and, overall, have been extremely happy with her service.  Her innate ability to style my hair that best compliments my face shape and features along with her attention to detail, are particularly good, and I believe these traits are challenging to find in any hair stylist.  Fortunately, Danielle has the experience and these skills to do a wonderful job. On the rare occasion that something was amiss on my hair, Danielle would take a sincere effort to understand why and make thoughtful suggestions that result in an even better cut than ever before.  I have really appreciated these incremental improvements over the years. The only draw back is that she appears to be quite busy and one would need to book her in advance a week or too, but she's definitely worth the wait. Read Less

Mondi does an incredible fire cupping healing process in her session! She is caring, intuitive with your needs, and able to provide a positive experience. The increase in circulation her methods provide has to be experienced in person. A one hour session is reasonably priced, and you will feel yourself transported to a peaceful place. Although the location is near to the downtown Santa Rosa construction, park in a near by parking garage and make time to take care of you! There are a few red marks from the cups which go away in a few days, all part of the increase in circulation process. I would recommend to anyone seeking increased circulation and less pain in the back, this really works well... Very nice staff at the salon too and an overall positive place. Read Less

Fire cupping therapy Cupping-therapy Cupping has been used in China for thousands of years as a way of alleviating local congestion and stagnation of blood flow. You could think of it as a ‘reverse’ massage as a vacuum is created in the cup by means of heat and suction drawing up the underlying tissue. The cup is left on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed and local healing takes place. The cups can then be moved with the suction in place to manipulate the unde...rlying tissue. It is excellent for stubborn or ‘old’ muscular knots and tension and is an extremely effective deep tissue massage therapy as it can affect up to 4 inches of tissue.
