So I have only been here 2 times. The first time I came here I got a manicure and it looked really good. The second time I came here I came with 2 friends. We all got acrylics with a matte coating. Both my friends nails looked really good but my nails we really streaky and it does not look good. I don’t know if it was the person who did my nails or the nail polish but it does not look good. This place is amazing. They took my mother and I as a walk in. They also did my toddler and my niece a mani. My toddler messed up a nail and she fixed it, no extra charge. They did a fill on my mom and a custom cat eye. The lady who did mine took off my whole set and gave me exactly what I asked for. Super fast service on top of meeting our desires. Highly recommend!! I took my 10 year old Gia here today to make her feel special for the upcoming school week and unfortunately we got the meanest- most unprofessional -grumpy old lady! I tried so many times to engage or make conversation and she just rolled her eyes and was so rough with my Daughter. They're rude, they constantly burn my cuticles They leave my nails thick and crooked. It's convenient- but I'll never go there again. I don't think they remember or ever even knew to begin with what customer service is . I gave big tips 20$ for a fill is good right ?each time I got my nails done, hoping that this would influence a better result my next visit but it never did.My recommendation is to steer clear of this place. I hardly have time to get my nails done, so my only option are the nail salons at the malls, I will only go to your location! Worst $30 spent ever. The tubs I guess weren't working, so they had a bucket for your feet...the woman was finishing up on another woman's toes while I was soaking my feet and she comes over and uses the SAME utensils that she had been using on the other woman. She didn't even sanitize them or anything, I should've just left there but I needed a pedicure BADLY...she scrubbed my heels for about 2 seconds...and no massage. I will not be coming back. Okay seriously I went in here eight days ago for a full set acrylic manicure with gel. Seems like it was somewhat rushed through and a lot of the steps that other places have done were skipped. And I kid you not the very next day one of my left acrylics had broken off after I barely grabbed something! So a day later I go back in and she glued it back on. Would have been really nice until it broke again no more than a few hours later as well as my pinky just now! Wow what a waste of money I definitely don't recommend this place in the slightest. I will never return to this place of buisness. They are rude, far from efficient, and obnoxisly expensive.you can buy the gel set up for home and get better results!!!  i just recently moved to the area and started going here only for location convienence and lack of knowledge on where else to go.   My own nails are long and healthy and only wanted gel painted on them. My first time going all the girl needed to do was briefly shape and paint. I wasn't completely satisfied at the job done but it was decent. I wanted the tips painted white but the girl told me no it would look bad. So I went with all pink and then a simple design , they charged me $60 for that!!  Unfortunately I went back 4 times after ( hoping things would get better )  NOPE.  They do not use salon quality equipment either. Oh and to remove the gel they put nail Polish remover on a cotton ball and wrap your fingers in tin foil! How ghetto is that?! Anyways the LAST time I went ( and final time ) the lady started to remove my Polish , wrapped 3 fingers.. Another customer walked in and the lady tells her where to sit.. Looks back at me and says "I am busy" gets up and goes does her nails instead!!! Then I sat there for 12 mins, another girl starts my nails.. Finishes wraping them in foil and gets up and leaves. I sat there for another 10 mins and ANOTHER girl starts my nails. It litteraly took her almost 20 mins just to remove the Polish !!!! I got all one color and she still charged me $40. So I went here today out of location convenience, because my usual manicurist is away on vacation.  Since I broke a few nails I decided to remove the remainder & get a new set.  Now I did see the 2 star review but also read some good reviews & decided to make the gamble.  I will say I wouldn't do it again. I myself am a licensed cosmetologist & used to do nails. As a treat, I prefer to have someone else do mine though. So I know what to look for and how they're supposed to be done.   The manicurists were friendly when I walked in. The salon was busy, which is usually a good sign. However upon sitting down I told my manicurist I wanted white tips.  As she proceeded to cut the tips, after asking and me telling her I like them medium long,  they were barely longer than my fingers and almost all were too wide. She then applied the acrylic and proceeded with filing.  Never asking me what shape I wanted. Only asking if they were OK after she finished. I prefer very square and walked away squoval/semi rounded. No 2 nails were the same and most weren't straight.  Then while filing she cut me with her dremel, which can happen to any manicurist,  but she just apologized and moved on. Never really finishing that nail. After having me wash she applied a gel top coat,  without ever asking if I just wanted clear. I did, however I prefer clear Polish because gel stains on me at work and my nails just look dirty until my next fill. When she was done she asked me if I liked. I just replied yes,  feeling obligated not to hurt her feelings and just left. I wad disappointed but viewed it as I paid for what I got. Once I got home I re-filed to make them look the best I could.  Now I just have to wait for them to grow out  to  finish fixing them. I learned my lesson & won't likely be a return customer again, even to try a different manicurist. I'm very happy with the service I received yesterday here. I went in as a walk in for a shellac manicure and only had to wait 5-10 minutes before somebody could help me. They weren't overly crowded but the technicians are thorough. That's what I like. Although I am a customer and was waiting for a service the techs didn't rush what they were doing with the other customers to get to me right away. I would rather someone take their time with others that way I know they will take their time with me as well. The tech did a great job on my nails and although she did his job quickly I wasn't being rushed out of there. She is just very good at her job. I love the way my nails turned out and I will be going back in two weeks for another shellac manicure. Read Less

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have never been more unsatisfied with my nails. Huge waste of $30. The nail tech that helped me rushed through, spending only 15 minutes on my gel manicure. The edges near my cuticles were so sloppy and uneven, and when I asked her to fix it, she told me it was just the lighting in the salon...when I got outside into the sunlight they looked even worse! The day after getting them done, the gel peeled off of one of my nails completely. I am posting a picture of what my nails look like two days after getting them done, and it's far worse than my gel manicures usually look after 2+ weeks. DO NOT spend your money here! I am a die hard fan of getting my nails done so I know what to expect from a decent place. This is one. Everything is clean and organized. They use good quality products and beautiful colors so I could really feel the difference from other places. Techs are very friendly and skillful. I came in when they were pretty busy but the lady did not try to rush me out nor skip and steps and I would really appreciate that which let me really enjoy my time. Reasonable price. 've lived in the area for years and I've seen the place but never stopped in until today. OMG out of all the nail places in the area this is by far the best. I am so happy with the work that was done on my nails. Got gel set and the woman who did my nails did a phenomenal job. Staff was awesome as well, friendly and attentive to all the customers. She is so neat, the salon is very clean and her work is spectacular. I am always pleased with her design work. Her no chip manicure always lasts me 2 weeks minimum. My son's girlfriend and I went there today for pedicures.  We sat down and the chair was broken and no massage settings either.  They had to give me a pillow for my back because I was sitting so far back.  It was dirty and the girls that did our feet spoke in their language the whole time. Late one evening during the holidays a couple years ago, I desperately needed a manicure and the only place open late was the mall so I came here. I got a gel manicure, like always, but that manicure was the 1st one that lasted even longer than 2 weeks! I always ask for 3 coats because they usually start to peel after a week or so but these didn't so I went back. Same great result! This is my new nail place! It's close to home with convenient hours and I've never had a bad mani or pedi here. In fact, i usually get lots of compliments on my nails! Horrible experience ever!!! I had never been to this place before. My sister and I walked in for pedicures. We were told they could only do 1 now and the second one 15 mins later!! Seriously?! So we were asked to come back in 30 mins which we did. I had to wait for like 10 mins for the lady to be with me. I sat there ready with no feet in water nothing! The lady didn't talk to me at all. Mind you my sister got started before me and I was done before her! The lady rushed through my pedicure and I didn't get to enjoy it at all! Then they left us in the chairs for 40 mins without acknowledging us once! Here's the clincher their website said pedis were $20. Upon checkout we were charged $25 and we mentioned it all the lady did was point to their price list! Seriously?! I've been to many nail salons and this one was by far the worst I've ever been to! They charged me 5 dollars to take off a gel coat when I was getting a fill anyway! Who does that?
