To be honest i was really disappointed with my nails that I had got done I had asked for a certain design which was posted on their wall saying they could do and she completely did a totally different design that was simple just some lines the lines were not straight and they were messy I'm the type of person who doesn't really like to say much so I just let it be and I just won't get my nails done there anymore I don't understand why they would advertise something and she could tell me that she could do a certain design if she couldn't I should have known because my boyfriend's sister had gotten her nails done there before and she did not like them in fact when I got home I actually colored over the design with glitter nail polish because of how much I didn't like it Read Less

Cindy's Nail Salon and Spa has reopened with new owners and great service. Salon has all new equipment and even a "princess chair" for the little ones to get their own manicures and pedicures. The lady doing my nails was actually eating while she was doing my nails. Nothing seemed clean, and I felt like I needed to wash my hands with hot, soapy water at home once it was done. They were all also very unfriendly, and I got a weird vibe that they hated I was there. The actual job on my nails was just okay. They cut them down really short. Read Less

I used to go to Cindy's to have pedicures and manicures every other week. The girl who did my nails was great every time. I spent a lot of money there. I went in one day as a walk in , I no sooner walked in the door and the owner Cindy, said we have no time for you , she didn't even know what I came in for. Basically just dismissed me. She was rude and had no customer service skills at all. I work right there but am happy to drive anywhere else to get what I need before I would set foot in that place again. Oh how I wish I could give more stars because Daphne and Cindy both are very nice and did a nice pedicure (Cindy) and gel nails (Daphne).  BUT, the place is so dirty.  Seriously... I felt uncomfortable even putting my hands in and on the UV light thing for my gel nails because it was so nasty.  I'm so sorry ladies - please clean up your shop. I went yesterday to get my nails there, it is by far the worse nail salon. IFirst of all they do not have much nail colors to pick from and it was dark. I went there to get shellac, the lady did such a horrible job. One of my fingers had wrinckles in it..when i told her about it she got all defensive and agressively started to get her instrument together to take it off..i wansnt going to let  her touch my nails anymore....I gave her $20 out of $25...but this morning everyone is telling what a horrible job they did. I got an appointment quickly. They have massage chairs that are great and actually give a good massage! My pedicurist massaged my legs and feet, (heavenly); as well as a really good exfoliation. All of me felt good and my pedicure was fabulous! I recommend Cindy's highly! Read Less

Went there for acrilic full set. During the appointment I pointed out to the owner (Cindy) who herself was doing my nails, that one of the tips is looking up, i.e. the nail has this strange unnatural look. She got really annoyed and started explaining to me that my finger shape is to blame. Then she pulled it out almost hurting me on purpose and glued another tip. It was slightly better. The really annoying part was that after this accident she was telling her other assistants in Vietnamese about it while still doing my nails and from the tone and their reaction it sounded like she was making fun of me. The result is much worse than I expected, shape of the nails is awfull, it's very uneven and it looks like I did my manicure at home myself. My sister took me to get a pedicure at this place for my birthday - I never had a pedicure before because I am possibly the most ticklish person ever. They did a good job though, and aside from a few very ticklish moments (e.g. that big orange sponge), it was a good experience. The people that work there were very friendly, and the massaging chairs were amazing. :) I would recommend calling ahead if it's a weekend though because our wait was 30 minutes. Read Less
