First impression was this place is clean. I was excited to go in with my friend and have a relaxing time together. Unfortunately it was by no means relaxing. I walked in and was asked to pick a color after I let them know I wanted a mani/pedi gels. I was asked to sit at mani desk, then I was asked to get up and move to a pedi chair. There was a huge language barrier, which became frustrating. They could not understand what I was asking for. I had to repeat myself multiple times. They didn't ask how short I wanted my nails and cut them way too short. I was so upset. I sat with foil/cotton on my nails for way too long. I was concerned about the time because it polished remover sitting on my nails. I decided to not have my nails painted gels. Everything was taking way too long. I had gel polish removed from both my hands and feet. I received a complete pedi with gel polish. I had a simple mani with no polishing. She didn't buff my nails smooth enough. I had to go to CVS and purchase a buffer because my nails were snagging on my sweater. She cut me and burnt me with the power tool. Attractive and clean. Nice selection of polish. Had to wait ten minutes after my appointment time. Asked operator to cut my nails short but she didn't. The basic, $27 pedicure didn't even remove dead skin. That's $10 more! Very disappointed and won't be back. Read Less

I called to schedule an appointment for a pedicure, and they told me to come right over. Upon arrival (15 min after the call) I walked in to "do you have an appointment" and I said yes. The woman said "pick color" and then another woman said "any chair" as they were completely empty (with 4 employees). I walked over to a chair and was redirected to a specific chair. I sat as directed and put my feet in the bowl, there was old and cold water in there. From across the room... I was told to get my feet out. So I did. I sat there for a while waiting for further instructions. Eventually she put a plastic bag in the bowl and told me to put my feet in, not once asking how the temperature was. The woman then got up and walked to the front desk and had a 3 min conversation with the receptionist. Whispering. Finally she came over and started. But the receptionist came over and whispered in her ear, looking at me and giggling. At this point I almost walked out. But I didn't. I guess I a sucker for shitty service. As I sat there 3 other women came in, each was greeted with similar lack luster enthusiasm and "did you schedule appointment" statements. None of them had scheduled appointments, but I assume the staff knew that as they were completely dead with nobody but employees there. The woman was rough and twisted my feet and ankles into uncomfortable positions and when I moved my foot to get more comfortable she pushed against me, resisting my body shift. Finally I had to tell her that I was uncomfortable and she had to let me move my foot. This continued for the duration of the pedicure and then she walked away to help another customer and did not say one word to me about being done or waiting or even paying. I sat there for the normal time to let my toes dry and got up to leave. Another technician said "let me help you" when I started to move to my shoes. I walked up front and paid, the most I have ever paid for a pedicure in Sonoma County (and I've had a lot). I will NEVER return to this "spa". Very clean, modern feel; A place one may go to relax. On the pricey side but not outside the range for the area. People who work there are efficient, polite, and do not overwhelm you with fake servility. Unfortunately my pedicure did not last more than a week - a pedicure! Pedicures last longer than that! Manicure (gel) also disappointing in life span. They have all sorts of extras but they will cost you. They do offer gift certificate cards (not all places do). After reading a few reviews on yelp I chose to call and make an appointment for as soon as they would take me. They were super nice on the phone and made me an appointment for 3, I called at 2:15. I ended up arriving early about 2:45. They were busy but super accommodating giving me colors to pick from and the lady who I'm so sad I didn't catch the name of was so sweet. She seemed busy telling her coworkers how to go about things and where to find them. I didn't mind at all because she did an amazing job and I loved how quick she was! I got a gel manicure in a beautiful dark purple and the application was wonderful and even. I'm a hairstylist and I have done nails in the past and I was so impressed worth how clean the salon was! I work in skin care so I usually subconsciously start checking things like are the bottles labeled, are the implements in a single use packet etc. and i really appreciated how clean this place is! the chairs are clean, unstained and not torn at all, they used a different liner for each foot bowl and had single use packages of everything. it made me feel super safe so i actually really felt able to relax. the service itself wasn't anything special at all. the woman obviously wanted to be somewhere else doing something else. the nail polish on my toes looks fine though! and the staff seemed professional even though they were disinterested. i'd probably go back Read Less

After reading such great reviews I can't tell you how awful my experience was. I had a pedicure that was probably the worst one I've ever had and they charged me $27 for this 'service'. The application was sloppy, and while trying to put my shoes on, she had to redo two toes because she kept smearing the Polish. There were more manicurists than clients; yet myself and another client still had to try to get someone's attention so we could pay them and leave. Read Less

I was really excited to get my nails done here. Loan gave me a manicure. I was disappointed when she cut into my cuticle on my pinky finger and I started bleeding. After that I felt like she was rushing to get through my manicure to socialize with her coworkers in the back. I had a minute and a half massage (when they massage your arms before they paint your nails). Overall I am giving them two stars because I felt that I was being rushed out, but the shop is nice and seems to be very clean so I will be going there one more time to see if I have a better experience. This is only the second pro-pedicure I've ever had. I was greeted by a friendly host and whisked into a chair immediately, without an appointment. My technician was extremely gentle and skilled while communicating every step of the pedi process. We had an excellent conversation comparing the education systems in Vietnam and the USA--fascinating. I will definitely come back to enjoy the aqua walls and a soothing pedicure. Read Less
