I think this was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. I had them remove gel from toes and fingers, and asked for a standard mani/pedi- no gel.

I think this was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. I had them remove gel from toes and fingers, and asked for a standard mani/pedi- no gel.
I have a burn on my ankle from the callous remover solution. I asked her to asked her to adjust the bag and told it was burning and she just kept working on toes until I made her stop and wipe off the area.
She used tools that weren’t removed from an autoclave bag.
They only put one coat on my nails and had to clean the polish off of my toes with acetone because the first technician was rushing to get to her next client. The second technician had to clean up the polish and finish my nails. She asked me to pay her before doing my nails And, immediately after adding the first coat lifted the arm on the chair, helped put on one flip flop and halfway put on the other before walking off. They were rushed, sloppy, rude and charged me $55 for a bad experience and crappy product. I will never go here again.

I'm giving two stars for the fact that my manicures/pedicures from here usually last longer than other places and the nail techs do a good job. I have though experienced having them be too abrasive trying to get a hangnail out on toenails and causing pain, or doing a super brief like 10 second massage on arms or legs instead of one or two minutes. All this considering I usually spend $60 every time I'm there...so not ideal. But my issue with this place is the ladies who are at the front I guess kind of managing the salon can be super rude or unfriendly. I've been here countless times over the span of years! You spend 60 and walk out ungreeted and it just doesn't feel good after being a customer for so long. I live so close by and was ok to spend the extra $ for convenience but not when you feel the management is so rude to regulars and not friendly or warm to customers.

I went here because it was in a ritzy part of Santa Monica and I was expecting service to match the location. The lady gave me many cuts, made me go get the nail Polish instead of showing me the samples, and didn't give me a proper hand massage...she literally stroked my left hand and completely didn't do my right hand. I gave this place a two star because the nail shape was good, but now I have scratches around my fingers that hurt.

I've been going to Nail Spa Lane for years. They give the best, most long lasting mani/pedis hands down! You can always walk in. I've rarely waited more than 10 minutes. My favorite employees are Kelly, Holly, Lisa, Mia, Nona, and Mia. They do an amazing job with great attention to detail, at a really affordable price.

Just moved to area and was excited to try a new spot. Employees were friendly, however my acrylic nails were poorly done, especially for the high price they charge. Bumps everywhere, uneven, already cracking, and not done complete. Pedicure was good and clean. Let's just say I will not be going back for acrylic fill.

Mindy is a nail artist and has turned my nails around. My regular manicure lasts for a week and my nails have never been this long and strong. I recommend making an appointment and allowing yourself time to score a great meter spot. Not the cheapest place in town but Mindy makes it worth to return. My mom is a regular as well and luckily turned me on to this place.

I tried it out because it's the closest nail place to my home but won't be going back.I didn't like that the girl who did my pedicure was texting intermittently instead of focusing on the job at hand....
I tried it out because it's the closest nail place to my home but won't be going back.I didn't like that the girl who did my pedicure was texting intermittently instead of focusing on the job at hand.The entire experience felt pretty rushed. For a $26 pedicure, I guess I expected something a bit more than what I'd get for one $10 less (which are easy to come by just down the street and elsewhere in Santa Monica). There wasn't really much of a foot massage at all, or anything to set this apart from a $15 pedicure. I'll go the extra distance to a cheaper spot next time.

I have gone here for many years and have never once had a bad experience. The spa is clean always, the chairs are kept nicely. The workers take extra care to make you comfy and happy. Their foot massages are wonderful, you can also get a shoulder rub at the same time. Service is fast and reliable. No reason to go elsewhere really. As usual, Yelp reviews rake everyone over the coals,but not once in years of steady service have I ever had a bad experience. Yelp reviewers need to get a life!!! Give this place a try please!

I think this was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. I had them remove gel from toes and fingers, and asked for a standard mani/pedi- no gel.
I have a burn on my ankle from the callous remover solution. I asked her to asked her to adjust the bag and told it was burning and she just kept working on toes until I made her stop and wipe off the area.
