Came to this place for the $25 manicure pedicure on mon - thurs which is a steal in LA. The woman at the front was super nice, they didn't have space but I put my name in and she called me 25 min later to come back. The place is nice and clean you only get to sit in massage chairs for extra. 45 min and nails were done so I thought it was all good. BUT six hours later my nails were completely destroyed. $25 because they do not put anything on top to protect it and don't warn you. Sigh. So had to take it off and it was a waste. Read Less

My fav place of all time. Will go nowhere but here. Sandy is an amazing girl who can do your gel nails in a quickness and they last up to 3 weeks. I have been coming here for 4 years and Kim the manger is always so kind when booking appts. She is very family orientated and professional. Also makes sure her customer feel comfy. I am super picky and anal about my nails and I LOVE DELUXE NAIL BAR AND SPA. I am a regular here, and generally only go to Tracey because she does an absolute perfect job! She is polite, attentive, and encourages you to relax while she works her magic. Since I am a working woman, I make appointments ahead of time. Kim, the manager, is always helpful and works with my schedule. If they are running late, and lets be real, it happens, Kim calls me to let me know. As far as cleanliness, it doesn't get better than this. PS. My regular manicures last at least 7 days and my gel manicures last 3 weeks. This place is the real deal. Look no further. Read Less

Don't go to this place! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! The color of my nail started to change into a weird yellow 12h after I did my manicure there. I posted a review with pictures on yelp if anybody needs to see them. I did a gel manicure with a normal pedicure and, the color I originally picked was a white with pink undertones. The person who did my nails was really rude and kept blaming me for her mistake. She could not shape my nails properly, I had to ask her to reshape them. Then she didn't apply the color properly on my nails and she basically told me, in a mean way, that I moved my hand in the machine! I went there with my boyfriend and despite not being happy with this all experience, we just decided to be polite while checking out. I was writing tips on the receipt and they directly asked for cash, which surprised me. My boyfriend gave them cash and they did not even have us a smile. This atmosphere was terrible and that was even before I knew my nail color would change into a weird yellow! The person did not take the time to apply the chemicals properly, that is why the color changed. She did not even dried my toes properly either which made the color uneven. This kind of work is totally unacceptable! I went back the next day to complain and ask for a refund but the manager apparently left home and it was 1pm. I went back there the next day to complain again and for a refund and, the manager ended up yelling at me. Yes, I am serious! I explained my issue and I told her I have been to many different nail salons and this never EVER happened to me in the past. She was not happy that I posted a review about her business on yelp and I simply told her that I posted the truth and I have pictures to prove the unsatisfying results. This is a vietnamies place, and they probably don't know how business works here in the U.S. She started to make a HUGE scene in front of everybody! She kept yelling at me that I am a lier and that I shouldn't post reviews. That was just so crazy, this all situation never ever happened to me in my life until today. She acted so unprofessionally and she was not even able to fix this issue. She just kept going back and force from the register to the back room, while yelling like a crazy person and I could barely understand her! She was so disrespectful and so unprofessional. It was totally impossible to have a normal conversation as adults because she does not have any management skills. She is not able to handle an unhappy customer which make her business extremely unprofessional! She did not give me back my money and I just walked away from this awful place. Love everything about this salon! Service: You'll be greeted immediately upon entry. There's usually someone available to help you right away. Everyone takes direction extremely well, and every nail artist does a great job. (Although Tracy is my favorite!) Ambiance: Cute, girly decor, very clean, chandeliers lining the ceiling, Bravo and CNN playing on the TVs and tons of seating. Dropped in by accident and got the best gel manicure I've ever had, it lasted one full month, which has never, ever happened to me before, I went back after four weeks to get another manicure with perfect looking nails. The longest my gel manicure from my regular place ever lasted was about two and a half weeks. Loved the "bar" experience and found everything scrupulously clean. I wandered into this place after my usual spot was booked, and I'm a convert! They don't do acrylics, so there's no super harsh chemical smell in the air. Most of their polishes are DBP/Toluene free. Cushy benches with rock covered pedicure spas instead of regular spa chairs...ahhh. The women all really take their time and do fantastic work. My last manicure lasted over a week and still looked perfect when I went back to get the color changed. Love it. Read Less
