Great place if you are with Nicole. I get my brows tinted every month here. The past 2 times I was here I was with Debbie and she did an AWFUL job on my brow tint. I had to ask 3-4 times for her to clean up the tint she got all over my skin, and left the shop with tint all over my face. Very very disappointed. The gals at the w3rd shop do a much better job. Best brow bar in LA. They know what they are doing and specialize in it! Their knowledge of makeup and skin is also #flawless. I absolutely love this place!! Any place that gives you free liquor is a winner in my book! But in all seriousness, I love it for many more reasons. The greeters (aka young gentlemen working the floor) are extremely professional, kind, and efficient. I have never had a disappointing experience! I have a standing schedule with Lana and she is amazing! I look forward to my mani/pedi appointment every time. The color selection is exceptional, the Netflix choices almost feel... like they are from my own library, and the atmosphere is fun, laid back, and comfortable. It does get busy, so I recommend to plan ahead, everyone knows that walk-ins are rarely accommodated to the standard they expect. Clean, excellent work, and they stand by it. If fingernails chip in 3 days or toenails chip in 5, they will fix it. In all the times I had my nails done, I never had to take them up on that warranty. Also stocks Sparituals (none of the deadly-5 ingredients). Read Less

I normally like this place because I've always received good service and they have always taken me as a walk-in with no problem. However, today when my daughter and I walked in 10 degree weather at 5:30PM (they close at 7PM) they turned us away saying they were booked for the night and informed us that there is a salon a few doors down from them that may be able to take us.
