Service depends on who you get. Some will get you a refreshing glass of water with fruit and ice with a bowl of munchies. Others don't bother. I like that the instruments are sterile and they have a clean set for each procedure. I've had several wonderful experiences, but this last time was sub par. Went for a pedicure. The gal doing my nails was not gentle. She cut my nails then proceded to emory the skin in addition to my nails. Ouch! She had long sharp fingernails so the foot massage was not pleasant as her nails shoved into the bottom of my feet. The leg message/scrub was minimal as was the foot massage.The polish application was fine. Then she convinced me to have a manicure in the chair. Not good. My nails were unevenly cut, again she filed my skin in addition to the nails. It took her all of 10 minutes and I was charged the full $15 even though I did not have polish applied. Won't bother to do that again. The language barrier was definitly an issue with this gal. Guess that's why I agreed to a manicure.

I personally liked my manicure but my friend is very upset with his pedicure. The lady (I didn’t get her name) cut his toenails improperly & can cause In-grown toenails.

My neighbor took me here for VIP pedicures. We had Theresa and Cindy do our feet...they were both fantastic. Talkative, gentle, professional and so nice. We got yummy little fresh fruit trays with kiw...
My neighbor took me here for VIP pedicures. We had Theresa and Cindy do our feet...they were both fantastic. Talkative, gentle, professional and so nice. We got yummy little fresh fruit trays with kiwi, apple and avocado slices and cucumber/orange/mint detox water. They used high quality lotions and scrubs and my legs still smell and feel yummy even after going to the beach after the pedi. They did a great job, I got the gel pedicure and my toes look so adorable. They did a perfect job. I cannot say enough nice things about them and this place. I can’t wait to come back!!! Thanks ladies 😀

My nails came out okay but my cousin had a terrible experience! She was supposed to go back to get her pedicure redone but had an anxiety attack and needed to leave! Now she doesn't want to get her nails done ever again! Not the cleanest of place either and a broken pedicure chair! We weren't offered water and tail mix but others coming in were offered the refreshments! Sub-par in my opinion!

Horrible service, my lady was rude and kept walking away and talking to other people. There were plenty of ladies there to handle them. She would blast my legs with cold water after she put the lotion...
Horrible service, my lady was rude and kept walking away and talking to other people. There were plenty of ladies there to handle them. She would blast my legs with cold water after she put the lotion on which is not relaxing. She couldn't just rub it in, and to top it off she makes a phone call and is talking to someone the whole time she's doing my manicure lol!

I will never come to this nail salon again I given them four visits to see if they are improving their work. I always get gel in my hand nails and the gel Started coming off within two days also I ask the women that was working on my nails to fix the Polish before leaving place the firts time because the Polish was lumpy and did not have a smooth finish it was uneven. "She told me its perfect your nails look good "She also sanded my nail too much that it was burning my skin when I place my hand under the UV light.
I wish they could improve their work because it's the closest place to my house and I do enjoy how they offers water and nuts but the jobs they offer its not up to my standards. Everyone I went I got cut or poor job done.

Worst mani pedi I have ever had! I usually do my own nails, but being pregnant I need help with my toes from time to time. After not honoring our appointment, the lady did not file my toe nails, or do my cuticles! I came in with week old chipped nails I did myself, and they looked way better than what I left with. I ended fixing my own nails that were painted horribly in front of my manicurists and he didn't offer to fix his mess. He also didn't massage me, I watched everyone else get their massage. I paid to be pampered and got horrible nails instead. I will tell anyone who asks not to come here.

This was my first time there. I won't tip ya if your going to be rude. I think I'll come back and see how it the second time.

Service depends on who you get. Some will get you a refreshing glass of water with fruit and ice with a bowl of munchies. Others don't bother. I like that the instruments are sterile and they have a clean set for each procedure. I've had several wonderful experiences, but this last time was sub par. Went for a pedicure. This was my first time there. I won't tip ya if your going to be rude. I think I'll come back and see how it the second time.
