Very dirty salon. Nail dust everywhere. The waiting room chairs were severely stained and ripped. The massage chairs had the inner stuffing coming out. I walked out BC if they are willing to show this level of filth where the customers can see can you imagine what the back looks like? Read Less

Pleasantly surprise! Didn't expect the A+ service, friendly banter, and amazing massage chair ( I may have to move in soon). Came in 1/2 hour before closing, took their time to do great job, instead of rushing me out the door as soon as cc cleared. I was recommended to come here by a friend, since I needed a short notice mani/pedi in the middle of rush hour none the less, and they had enough stations to accommodate the rush. I was extremely happy with my manicurist at the great job she did and the price was fairly reasonable. Will definitely be returning again! Read Less

I read the reviews before going, and I was shocked at the job I got done on my nails! I had to go to another salon to get the work done! I asked for short nails 4 times, and got super long nails! I asked for square but round on corners I got square! I asked for thin acrylic I got thick.. when I went to get my nails fixed at another salon they too were not impressed and said they wouldn't fix it! I had to do a soak off so they could start over! I was not at all happy with paying $40.00 for the service I got! Communication needs to be better with clients! I gave it 2 stars because it was clean, and because they had a tv going for customers! I am new to the area and was in desperate need of a pedicure and chin waxing. I apologized to her and said I would return for a manicure, but for now my feet were in such poor condition and that I was in dire need of a "shave". Pauline was so gracious and was courteous enough to ignore the condition of my feet and the beginning of a beard. Based on that alone, she has my loyalty. I've tried quite a few out in the area and finally a NEW SPOT and I don't have to drive all the way down to LA anymore for my OG salon. Been coming here for about 3 and 1/2 years. And I have to say I never walk out disappointed. Mike never fails on my nails & Pauline always makes my toes and eyebrows look amazing! I have never been to nail salon so many times in a row and been so happy. What makes it even better is its 5 minutes from my house. So it's perfect in every way.
