I started going to this nail salon for about four months and I really like it. Cindy was the last person that did my nails and she was really caring. They treat you like family. I requested acrylic, but Cindy saw my nails and convinced me my nails were thick and healthy, further, there was no need to do acrylic. I did a regular mani rather than spending more money on acrylic. She showed me that she is not there to sell but to care for a client. That's priceless for me. Another factor I like this place is the fact that their gel  nail  product last over three weeks and doesnot crack or ship. I'm sad. I don't leave many reviews but I need to about my experience.My first time here today. Getting a pedicure and a gel manicure for a beach vacation. They were incredibly sweet. So nice! I came in for a mani-pedi. 9:30am  What started out as a great experience quickly ended when the guy came over to start my gel manicure.  He asked me the shape I wanted and I told him straight.  He proceeded to round out my nails.  They are all uneven. customers walked in and he became very hurried.  He cut my fingers and I had to constantly remind him to cover my entire nail with polish.  When I asked him to correct the mistakes he told me I had to come back at 3:30pm and he would fix them then because he had other customers coming in.The girl who did my pedicure was ok but she left a lot of the cuticles around my toes. Also, I asked for other services to be added before she began but since other customers came in she ignored the request and left to service them.   I will not be back! Read Less

Today I went to get my eye brows done I don't know if it's there wax or there product but it has ruined my skin! I got waxed at 10 am this morning it's now 8:30PM and my eyebrows look like this! It's horrible !! This business needs to get better products !!! This is horrible for there clients and I demand a refund this is so bad!! Read Less

Cane in for a fill. The guy told me to wait a few mins. Half an hour later and I'm still waiting. I don't appreciate being made to wait like that. Just be honest. You do this all the time you should be able to give an accurate estimate on time. They deserve the one star. Read Less

I've been going here for years with my mom. She is a regular here and insisted I get my nails done for my wedding. I got a perfect gel manicure by peter. It was my first time getting gels so I was nervous, but I am so pleased with how they turned out. My ladies and I also got pedicures and we were all satisfied with the quality and customer service. 2 stars. Would have given 1 star, although my past experience here was good for the price.Today, was different. Tried to get nail person to smooth rough skin. She just wasn't into it. After my pedicure, only one other customer in salon. Person doing my pedicure was cleaning the tub under my legs while I sat there for a few minutes to dry. No leg massage, no lotion on legs. There should be no star for this one. I went there for a wax. It out me $30 and most of the hair wasn't waxed. The worst part she asked for a tip while charging me. Awkward. So i gave the tip. I've been here twice and really wanted to love this place. But last time I went in, it took 20 mins after my appointment time to get a pedicure chair which is ok i didn't care. They were busy. But I never saw them wash the pedicure chair with a bleach wash after the lady before me so I was cringing the whole time. Then a woman next to me got up and they immediately started filling the tub up for another woman. There was no rinsing or bleaching not any cleaning. I watched the woman put her feet in and cringed again. So basically your feet are soaking in someone elses grime and blood and skin cells. I'm  a hairstylist and went to the same school as nail techs. We have the same cleaning  rituals. That being said, it was DISGUSTING! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Don't go unless u want an infection. I really enjoy the clean environment and friendly staff. Peter is by far my go to guy when it comes to acrylics and gels. He is very gentle and detail oriented which is a big deal because I am very particular about how it looks. The best part is all I have to do is show him a picture of the look I'm going for and I don't have to really say anything for him to do what I like. He is very skilled and makes you feel relaxed even though he works quickly. I  haven't gotten a pedicure there yet but that is next on my list with my next paycheck. Read Less

This place was amazing!  I was so nervous going in because I have been to places where yhe people are talking smack about you in a different language and you feel self conscious.  But this place was different, they made you feel at home and they treat you with kindness. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.  They do amazing work and the price is reasonable!  I will definitely will be returning and I suggest this place to anyone who what to feel pampered! This place was very good. This was my first time going and the guy was very gentle with my fingers (he had to take acrylic nails off before doing gel). He was nice. Place was clean and people were friendly. I enjoy watching CNN so it was pretty good that they had that channel on haha. They have many colors to chose from. I will definitely go back. Read Less
