Come here cause I was given a gift card. Never, never again the place is dirty they are super under staff, I had an appointment and I still waited😡.the price it so high and the quality is not even near. What they charge. Don’t waste your time. Have to go back because one of my nail broke sadly the same person that did my nails was the one that had to fix my nails file complaint and I didn’t pay for the fix but never again

I would give this place a O but the lady did a good job with my Gel manicure so that's a enough for 1 star.  I bought a groupon so decided to check this place out. At first looks place looks clean but really it isn't. The chairs are dirty, pillows, dust everywhere. It took the lady 1 and 45 minutes for my gel manicure and regular pedicure!! I sat in the salon for a good solid 2 hours (not 1 customer walked in during that time) there were 3 other ladies getting pedicures while I was. After they were done, the employees didn't even scrub down the foot  spas.... GROSS!!  They do not give foot massage or hand massage  and charge a crazy insane extra for French tip or calluses remover $10 any extra service, crazy!  I can't believe it took almost 2 hours for manicure/pedicure and had NO massage!!!! The lady at the front desk just sat there looking bored. I mean she could of been dusting the chairs, actually cleaning the spas like they are suppose to in between cleanings.This place is disgusting and overpriced!

I went into nail garden today. I got a full set and a pedi, my 19 year old son for a mani/pedi and my 11 year old daughter for a mani/pedi. First, Katherine did my full set  and they are amazing. So we'll shaped! Not too thick of thin.Of course, my nails took longer than my kids. My daughter is on the autism spectrum. Katherine and the woman doing my son's name (I didn't get her name) were not only welling to engage with my daughter but keep her happy and entertained. That is so rare to find in any customer service. I was able to get amazing nails without getting stressed out will keeping her happy. I can't repeat myself enough! Most people don't understand how rare it is that I can have have a relaxing time while keeping my daughter happy. As got the shop, it was clean and open. They were able to fit my son in at last minute which was awesome.Just so everyone knows, I was in the cosmetology industry for several years and I had a great experience. ive tried 4 other nail salons in the 3 years I've been here and I am by far the most satisfied with nail garden.

I spent over $40 on a fill and gel manicure. The esthetician denied seeing the hairs from her brush stuck in my polish. Four days after this visit, my manicure is chipped, and I have to come back for a fix. I drove 30 miles to come back out here from Culver City, and they called me and hout before my appointment to tell me that the person doing my nails is going to be an hour late. This was a really awful experience. I'll never go back.

I would rather go somewhere else to get my nails done way better than pay $40 bucks for a fill that was a bit horrid. I don't know if it was just the person that was selected for me.... Or they're just hiring people that does average nail work for a "high end" place. On the other hand... No one was rude, it was actually a calm environment. Also, they do have a wide selection of different nail polish colors and in different shades.

I would give this place a O but the lady did a good job with my Gel manicure so that's a enough for 1 star.  I bought a groupon so decided to check this place out. At first looks place looks clean but really it isn't. The chairs are dirty, pillows, dust everywhere. It took the lady 1 and 45 minutes for my gel manicure and regular pedicure!! I sat in the salon for a good solid 2 hours (not 1 customer walked in during that time) there were 3 other ladies getting pedicures while I was. After they were done, the employees didn't even scrub down the foot  spas.... I went into nail garden today. I got a full set and a pedi, my 19 year old son for a mani/pedi and my 11 year old daughter for a mani/pedi. First, Katherine did my full set  and they are amazing. So we'll shaped! Not too thick of thin.Of course, my nails took longer than my kids. My daughter is on the autism spectrum. I spent over $40 on a fill and gel manicure. The esthetician denied seeing the hairs from her brush stuck in my polish. Four days after this visit, my manicure is chipped, and I have to come back for a fix. I drove 30 miles to come back out here from Culver City, and they called me and hout before my appointment to tell me that the person doing my nails is going to be an hour late. I would rather go somewhere else to get my nails done way better than pay $40 bucks for a fill that was a bit horrid. I don't know if it was just the person that was selected for me.... Or they're just hiring people that does average nail work for a "high end" place. On the other hand... No one was rude, it was actually a calm environment. Also, they do have a wide selection of different nail polish colors and in different shades.
