Very friendly but the quality is awful. I got acrylics and a few of the nails are not smooth at all! They have different layers on them which you can see just by looking at them. On top of that, I get squared nails and A couple of my nails are actually squared. The rest are just misshaped and look awful. Plus they over charged me by $20. Not worth it.

Do not go to this place—dirty and rude. The manicurists moves so fast that on 2 separate occasions, they cut my cuticle (bleeding) and then gave a half-hearted apology. Today I have this place a third chance, this time I brought my daughter, and the employees, speaking in Vietnamese I believe, were making fun of my request to not file my nails (my nails were already short as I had filed them myself) so much so that it was obvious to my 13-year-old daughter that two employees were laughing/making fun of me. We will never ever go to Malibu nail spa again. Save your money. It is not worth the pain or humiliation!

The gel manicures are some of the best in the city. The have an amazing color selection. Very spacious and if you call for an appt you can get "same time" quick service with a mani/pedi.On my last two appt I received a full set and then a fill nine days later. I had a nail break 2 days after the fill and my nails look just "okay". I had my nail repair done at US Nails and now that nail looks amazing in comparison.

Two weeks later and no chipping!!! I went to this place because I wanted to try somewhere new that was closer to where I lived. The shop is very clean and it was easy to get an appointment. I saw Jenny (who I will be requesting again) but everyone around me had fabulous nails as well. It was also affordable which is a plus. I've never had gels last this long! Thank you!!!

"The dried blood will go away in 2 days" - isn't that what everyone pays for when they get a pedi? I wish i could give this place negative stars. I had a guy (don't know his name). He instantly starte...
"The dried blood will go away in 2 days" - isn't that what everyone pays for when they get a pedi? I wish i could give this place negative stars. I had a guy (don't know his name). He instantly started scraping away at my toe harder than I've ever experienced and I instantly started bleeding. He blamed it on my skin. I've had tons of pedis in my life and never had this happen. Then he was so scared knowing what he did he barely finished the pedi. It was the worst pedicure I've had in my life. You can still see the blood. It's also concerning that the tools he proceeded to use as i was continuing to bleed were not kept in a sterile container. They were merely thrown into his tool box. He finished the pedi as i was bleeding and i never once saw him sterilize the tools. He then handed me the ticket and still charged me! I asked for a manager who didn't want to be bothered so he communicated in Vietnamese to the lady at the counter telling her to still charge me since I got a pedi. She said "the dried blood will go away in 2 days". They finally gave me $6 off but refused to apologize or acknowledge their wrong doing. They kept blaming it on my skin. Stay away from here if you don't like bleeding during a pedi.

Very friendly but the quality is awful. I got acrylics and a few of the nails are not smooth at all! They have different layers on them which you can see just by looking at them. Do not go to this place—dirty and rude. The manicurists moves so fast that on 2 separate occasions, they cut my cuticle (bleeding) and then gave a half-hearted apology. Two weeks later and no chipping!!! I went to this place because I wanted to try somewhere new that was closer to where I lived. The shop is very clean and it was easy to get an appointment.
