I've been coming here for years. The girls are so sweet and they do a wonderful job. Introduced my mom to this place and she's now a regular! they also do eyebrows awesomely and cheap, literally for $10. Super quick and they turn out beautiful, I swear I've gotten compliments! Way better than dishing out $20 for the brow bar in the mall like I used to.Also got my one and only set of acrylics here and they turned out so beautiful. Sorry but if I'm paying for shellac, my polish should not peel off after less than 24 hours. This is after having to have a second person re do my cuticles. Also, I don't really need a pedicurist to tell me he likes one of my tattoos better than the other. It's rude. Feel I wasted my money and will not be back. Read Less

i was desperately in need of an eyebrow wax, and happened to be in the area when i saw this small salon in a small-ish strip shopping center.  i walked in and asked for the price of a brow wax and was told $10 for both eyebrows...pretty low price when compared to places closer to where i live.even though they were pretty busy on a saturday afternoon (not surprisingly, esp since it was a gorgeous day out), one of the ladies was willing to take me in right away, and have another client wait.  i felt bad and asked that client whether it was ok and she said that she was a regular and wasn't in a rush and didn't mind waiting a few minutes.  this is a pretty good sign!the aesthetician took me to the back room, where i told her i needed a brow clean up, then she went ahead and waxed and trimmed and shaped my brows back to what they were about 4 months ago.  i looked in the mirror and saw 2 cleaned up brows, evenly shaped with even thickness.  the whole process took less than 10 minutes and i was very pleased with the results.  i left her a $2 tip (20%) for her quick work and accuracy in shaping my brows.  $12 total is a great deal in this day and age, esp when other places charge $15-$20 for both brows, before tip is included!it's too bad this place is a bit far from home, but i know that if i'm in west san jose again, and need a brow wax, i can come here and expect great results.parking can be a bit tricky here, watch out for the 15 minute parking spaces, and be prepared to park on the street if needed. Q Nails Thank You !!!  After several searching I have found Q Nail.  Perfect French Manicure !! A family member referred me.  I  have been here twice already, two different girls.  Both women did an excellent job.  My nails last for a month and I come back.  Finding a nail shop that you are happy with is such a battle.  Atmosphere is the usual nail place.  Not much of a wait.  The women are very talkative, nice, polite.I also get my waxing done, eyebrows and lip.Price $$$ is average,  even on the lower range.  So ladies if you find yourself reading this check out Q Nail ! I needed a gel acrylic fill and decided to come here since they were open, being Easter Sunday. Jenny did a fantastic job  making my nails look so natural and beautiful! The price was 30 so I added on a nice relaxing pedicure for 25 (5 more than regular for extra oil massage)It was so nice that I wanted to stay all afternoon! Read Less

I've been really happy with Q Nails. Amy and Kim have given me really good fills for my almond nails. I took my mom in to get a pedicure and she said it was the best pedicure she's had and my mom is really picky. I can't remember the name of the woman that gave her the pedicure. She wore glasses. Never been here before usually I go to another salon but stopping here was the best thing I could have done. The staff is all very nice, but when I like the best was that they took their time with my nails and took really good care of my hands. Definitely returning! Read Less

Ok, I know I know I love all my places, but damn, after the debacle I had at the last nail place, I HAD to go back to my ladies at Q nails. I've been coming here now for about two years, and NEVER have I had bad service.Their nails last forever, and they have the most talented manicurists ever. My girl (gads her name escapes me) is the BEST. She is so freaking talented. I basically let her do her own thing when I go in there because I trust her.
