Nice ladies. Service is fast and by that I mean as their working on you and see another customer walk in they’re rushing to finish to take the next client. They don’t see quality care for returning customers they rush for clientele so they don’t go pay else where. you’ll be disappointed the polish doesn’t last and every service they offer it’s an upcharge. French gel manicure, very neat and clean lines, no fuss, no complaints. Took about an hour including cutting nails, filing, soaking, cuticles, buffing, two coats of the French tip and a sheer sparkly pink for the rest of the nail, and then a top coat. $32, not a bad deal. Read Less

I stopped by cause I was visiting a friend in Cupertino. It's a very nicely decorated, sanitary, clean place, and the price is reasonable. I got a manicure and an eyebrow and lip wax. It was a walk in so I had to wait for about 10 minutes for a tech to finish up the customer she was working on. The lady who did my nails filed them to the perfect oval shape that I wanted (something that not many people can perfect). Her name was Terri, I believe. My waxing was done by Hannah. She was very gentle and quick, so there was no pain at all. My eyebrows had a weird shape due to a mistake from the last time I got them waxed. Hannah did an amazing job shaping them with a natural looking arch. My first time at Petite Nails,When I walked in I was amazed at how beautiful this salon was.  Then I was greeted by Hannah, a fantastic business owner and amazing nail artiest.I had a pedicure, she made me feel relaxed and pampered. I asked if I could order coffee from next door and they kindly placed and picked up my order. Hannah did my full set, they came out perfect. Natural.  I was impressed. The employees were very friendly and sweet! It looked busy when we came in but I give this place 5 stars because they made sure any walk in to warn about the long wait. Also while still giving that positive attitude to each customer. Their interior is super cute too ^^This was my second time doing my nails at a nail salon. I'm from Vegas and the nail salon I went to the first time wasn't as nice as this place (it was around noon and they acted like they hate their job) but anyways, we came around the hour right before closing and had to wait for a while. Hmmm... i was so excited to see another place with 4.5star reviews unfortunately to deserve 5 stars you got to be a lot more than any regular nail salon which this place is, a regular joint. From the start you need to have exceptional professionality in scheduling clients and small service pluses like greeting clients with a smile, seating them down, starting off the massage chair, asking if they need water or tea... non of this was there. When i asked for the remote of the chair and turned it on I must say the massage chair was amazing. But thats all it really had going for it. The manicure and pedicure itself was not very good. It must be very neat and tidy to receive 5 stars but it was rather messy, something I could do at home. I called in the day of to make an appointment and she asked me to come in at 1pm which was less than 15 mins within the time I called. I got there at 1pm and waited 30 mins before I was even seen by a technician. My pedicure was done first and then she made me walk over to the tables bare feet to get my manicure done. I guess she didn't want to give me the paper flip flops. I paid $50 shellac mani and regular pedi. It took about an hour for the mani pedi to be done after she began.During my service, I heard her tell another customer that came in to come back in 20 mins. I really wanted to like this nail salon.  Everyone that works here is very friendly and nice but unfortunately I have to rate them based upon the actual nail service.  I've been here 3 times and every single time I regret it.  Here's why:1. They always make me wait a LONG time even though I always make appointments first.  2. Nails are always very sloppy. The polish is never even and smooth- there are always streaks or uneven coats so that it looks like my 10 yr old niece did it.3. Not a very wide variety of colors.  I can never get a basic candy apple red or pale pink.  And if they do have it, it's almost empty or the polish is lumpy.  Sorry I won't be coming back.  Like I said, I really wanted to like this place that's why I kept giving them more chances.  But time to find a new spot :( Read Less

I am confused as to why this place has such high reviews. It is a clean atmosphere, but the owner is out to nickel and dime you to death. There is an up charge for everything and they didn't offer common courtesies like water. I wasn't impressed with the gel pedicure I received. They're very friendly and professional. The service was good as well. I went there only twice. I actually have my usual place to go to. However, the girl usually does my nail went on vacation. So, I'd decided to try a different place. I chose this place because they have good reviews and are close to home. My first impression of them was their good customer service. I booked my 1st appointment last minutes for 530pm on Thursday night. Although they were busy, the manager still managed to add me. She cared enough to call me ahead and explain that I would have to wait when I came in. Most places wont because they would expect you to wait like it's the most natural thing. I didn't wait that long for my appointment, around 10 or 15min. I had pedicure and gel manicure done. They took their time to do my nails carefully and professionally. It was 730pm by the time they completed. Their closing hour is at 7pm. I was delighted. Many places usually do really quick and careless, so they can leave on time. I like their service. I've been here about three times now and their service here is incredible. I typically get Acrylic nails with gel or regular polish. If you come here and you're not Vietnamese they will bad mouth you and try to rip you off. So I'm at work and I had some free time and decided to come over to get a pedicure since I'm right next door how convenient right? I gave this place a chance for my business but my first time will be my last time, and here's why:So I entered and asked if they have time to give me a pedicure and they said yes then they were saying to eachother "this girl keeps walking back and forth" well duh? I work next door? Why does it matter if I walk back and forth? Before she began on my toes I asked how much for a gel pedicure, the lady replies 38, I'm like okay, whatevs. As I'm sitting there getting my toes done they were talking about how I look familiar and they were arguing back and forth about how I look like this "mexican girl" that's been in before and one lady was like "no this one is more light skinned than the other one" then another lady laughs and goes "well who cares all Mexicans look alike" and they all giggle.This was the most uncomfortable gel pedicure experience I've ever had because instead of setting a UV light on top of my feet like most places do, this lady would stuff my foot inside a UV light machine.. don't you guys have anything more modern? That machine is clearly for your hands not your feet that's why my feet didn't fit in there.. when she filed my toe nails she went in too far that it would hurt, still hurting right now as I'm writing this review. And last but not least, when I was done I got up to get my things as I'm on my way over to pay the lady yells across the salon "38 dollars" and the lady at the cashier goes  "whoa 38?" And the lady that worked on my nails was like "yeah it's almost time to get off I gotta hustle to feed my kids" everything they said were in Vietnamese thinking I'm not Vietnamese but I understood EVERY WORD they said. I saved my fluent Vietnamese for the very end so they could feel stupid and hopefully this teaches them to be more cautious of what they say in the future. Added to my review in response to the owners comment below:Dear Hannah, What do you mean by my feedback is NOT TRUE? So you're basically saying I just made up my whole experience? I have no reason to make up lies about your business. I'm sorry that my honest review offended you but I was even hesitant to write a bad review because I am next door but I couldn't resist because I was that upset. What I said above in my review was nothing but the truth. Please point out where in my review did I disrespect anyone or use impolite language towards anyone? If anything I was the one being disrespected by your workers. If you guys knew I was Vietnamese, I'm sure you guys wouldn't have said anything. I was really looking forward to loving this place because Hannah, the owner, is so kind but I'd have to rate this nail spa 3 stars. Off the bat, you can see the place is clean, nicely decorated and well lit. There's a chandelier in the middle of the room, which helps makes the place look elegant. Hannah did one of my cousins manicure as well as mine while two other ladies worked on my other cousins. While talking with Hannah, I figured she seems like a genuine person, wanting to provide the best nail service to her customers and we really appreciate that. What I didn't like or understand was that when we were made suggestions on our nails, we were not notified of the extra charge it would cost. For example, I did a plain gel mani and she asked if I wanted to do a glitter ombré on the tips. I thought it would look pretty so I agreed. Maybe this is the typical tactic that's used to get the customer to pay more, but I would have appreciated the honesty that it was going to be an additional price. In the end, it was $5 extra and she only told me this as I was about to pay. Also, one of my cousins wanted white nail polish done on her nails, but her manicurist said, "no, you shouldn't do white. We'll do blue." Note: This is the same cousin who was left on the spa chair after her pedicure because they completely forgot she was supposed to get a manicure too. After she was done with her mani and pedi and getting ready to pay, Hannah and two other manicurists were talking amongst each other on what amount to charge her. They took a while, and I would have thought they would give a small discount for forgetting about her manicure, but no. It was $64 for a regular pedicure, gel manicure (of a color she didn't even ask for) and for two simple designs on each ring finger. Again, was really hoping to like this place, but as a first experience, this didn't impress my cousins and I that much to return, at least for a while. Read Less

I sent Hannah a message through Yelp for a next day appointment, and she responded right away. I was able to get an appointment for my nieces and I the next afternoon. Hannah was very professional, friendly, and attentive. She was consistently checking on the other customers ensuring their satisfaction. She also did my gel manicure. My nails have ridges, sunken cuticles, and are very dry. This required her to spend extra time. She really paid attention to detail and made sure they were in the proper condition for polish.My nieces' nails also turned out great (see photo) Their technicians were super friendly. Loved the nail shape from Jenny! She knows how to make your nails look thinner and fake a nice nailbed.  She was a perfectionist and fixed the white polish that I had gotten on my ring fingers, as there were streaks running through it for some reason.  Pedicure was not AS nice (another nail tech) as the polish was painted a bit on my cuticle which drives me nuts. Stay away from the cuticle for the perfect clean look! Also they have both UV and LED lamps apparently, so ask for the LED if possible to protect your skin.Otherwise really recommend this place, will definitely be back. Great prices! Read Less

This place was extremely busy for Mother's Day but treated each customer with poise. The owner went around to each person and made sure they had everything they needed, or if there were any issues to tell her. My nails look amazing. I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure. Petite Nail Spa is a hidden gem. The new owner, Hannah, took over the space of the former Lakkar. They have 5 modern pedicure chairs with jetted soaking tubs that are comfortable leather with massage!! There are also 6 manicure stations. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The staff are a bit quiet and mostly speak among themselves though they are polite and do a good job. This is not a bad thing at all as it's nice to relax with a magazine or chat with a friend. The prices seem fair, the staff seem comfortable with each other and the facility is always VERY clean. This is my go to mani pedi place. 😃Read Less
