The worst experience I've ever had in my life. The lady that did my nails (Louie) was constantly on the phone talking Vietnamese and using the phone for personal calls. She also swore and said the F word in front of customers. She was very rude and when she did my nails she hurt me to where I was bleeding, and she was very mean and never said she was sorry. She has only one thing in her favor and that is to keep her mouth shut and stop putting down customers. If some one has their nails done else where and it doesn't meet her expectations She tries to make you think she knows everything. Very unprofessional and tacky and doesn't talk to you when she is asked a question. She doesn't look up when you come in or greet you with a hello. Never ever go to this place unless you want to be treated horrible physically and mentally. The other girl that works there is Sarah and very sweet and does a good job. Sarah go find a better place to work. You don't need to be treated badly by her either. She has nothing going for her and makes people wait 30 minutes to one hour even when you have an appointment. No business skills at all and only cares about herself!!! So disgusting and no respect for others. Last Christmas I had an appointment with the Louie lady and when I arrived she wan't there at all. She was in another country. No phone call to tell me about the cancellation or anything. Big red flag if you go there. You deserve better treatment. Just pitiful. When I left no one was even there like most nail salons. Maybe they are realizing she is NO GOOD!!! Go to The Perfect 10 Nail Spa on Almaden Expressway they are very professional and take you right on time. All the ladies are good and so talented. I miss Mellissa but she will be back. By no fault of her own she was delayed for a flight, and missed my appointment and called me to let me know the details and did make sure to make it right. To most places id be just a customer but to Louie I was a person who's time was valued and appreciated. I can't wait to see what idea we will do next! We were a bridal party, and the bride put down a deposit for the owner louis time. Louis failed to tell my bride that she would be traveling back from Texas that same day. Our appointment was at 2pm, and we showed up on time. There were only 2 ladies there that had no idea about our group appointment. They started our pedis while we waited for louise. 5 hours went by without a word from that women! The brid and 2 bridesmaids were late to rehersal and as the maid of honnor i... took the hit ans completly missed the rehersal. We had to settle for a different nail because the girls there couldnt do what the bride wanted. Louis shows up at 7pm acting as if everything was fine. I confronted her and she blamed the airport. As a buisness owner she should have cancled a day in advance and given back the deposit.... Louise still charged me nearly 100 dollars for my nails and pedi. Which I should have objected too. Save your money and go to unique nails in Campbell and ask for mimi she can do your decrotive nails for cheaper and shes always on time! I travel and back forth to California so when I do have a chance to get my nails done I try and find a decent nail salon that would be my "go-to". I was pleasantly surprised by this salon! I've been going to a different nail salon for almost 10 years and over the years the quality of their service has decreased so I was in search of a new nail salon. Luckily my friend recommended me to Orchid Nail Lounge! Yesterday I went here for the first time and Louie did not disappoint! I scheduled an appointment with her in advance. I showed her pictures of the designs that I wanted. She took her time to execute everything that I asked for and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted! Her prices are affordable compared to the old salon that I used to go to and she does a spectacular job. I will definitely be back! She did have a few customers constantly interrupting her to ask if she was almost done after waiting only for a few minutes which slows down her process. So don't be a pest! Louie is a one-woman show when it comes to spectacular nail designs and lash extensions.  Louie's skills and care are out of this world! I love that she's always up to date on the latest nail art trends. Her prices for the level of quality and time she puts into her artwork is very reasonable to boot... I don't think I've ever paid over $50 for a set when other nail salons can charge up to $90 a set of full designs. To come here without an appointment is a mistake because Louie is always in high demand. I admittedly do have a hard time booking appointments with her to get my nails done but only because our schedules seem to conflict, but Louie is always patient and responsive to my texts! Even though she may be running behind, it's understandable because she takes her time with each customer and she's not going to neglect anyone!Louie always delivers my dream nails that are super IG-worthy. I mean, you know it's quality work when you're at another nail salon and they take a look at your 3-week old set and say they were done super well lol! My nails just dont look good at all there all different shapes, one smaller than the other, had my appt at 10am and had to be back at 6:45 pm to get one fix and re-do one, they did NOT charge me extra. I don't care paying but this time paying for my nails was not worth it. Read Less

Waited for 25 min beyond my scheduled appointment time, and asked the lady how much longer I'd have to wait. She said 10 minutes, but then decided to help someone who came in after me. I went here about 5 weeks ago, trying to find a new place to get my nails done, and I gotta tell you, they ROCK!!! I was very impressed. I wanted a fill with gel polish and the polish is still on!!!!
