It's a really cute place with jolly good people. The servers are always smiling and complimenting. It serves wine and beer to regular customers and their deluxe Hawaiian pedicure is just the thing one wants after a hectic day. Hong is extremely good with dip powder manicures and they are constantly adding colors. I’ve been here multiple times with my mom to get pedicures and it’s always been a pleasure. Mi and Hong always do a wonderful job. You get the full service and they’re lovely hosts and always offer drinks and check in to see if you’re doing okay. I’d recommend this salon to my family and friends. Read Less

ped starts at $30. $5 tip=$35 minimum. Free drink wine tea soda.... Nice Hawaii theme. Have ur own cubicle... I don't like that though. Very nice lady did ped. I am here to complain about the fact that I walk in at 2pm on a Monday afternoon in high spirits... to find two.... ONLY two other people getting their nails done, and being told, "sorry make an appointment for tomorrow".... First off,  do you know my schedule? I'm here... now.... because this time works best, CLEARLY. Didn't realize that for a simple pedicure in this rat hole you needed to make an appointment. It's not the fact that she turned me away, and that I needed an appointment, okay fair game but, this woman has some attitude on her. She had the nerve to look at me like I was the slow one.... SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE SO BUSY THAT I SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY KNOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.  PS, your communication skills are horrendous. Lastly, it saddens me because this was a gift (card) from my mother who HIGHLY recommended this place. I almost threw it in the trash as I walked out just now but, I am going to be returning the gift card to my mom. I would NEVER return here, even if it was the LAST nail place on this planet. I'm mixed on this place as I had a really great pedicure, but the manicure (done by a different technician) was both painful and sloppy. My mother and I went in last minute and both had great service for our pedicures with separate ladies helping us. However, for our manicures we had the same women who left both our hands bleeding day of and in pain the next. In addition to that, the actual painting was pretty sloppy as you can see in the photo. We were in close ish to closing so perhaps she was rushing, but it's frustrating to have your hands hurt a day later and your nails messy when you've just been to a salon. I'll probably give them another try because of the very good service and standard we received on the pedicures as well as proximity to my house, but not sure I'll revisit the manicure. Read Less

I got my nails and toes done here for the first time. The lady's are extremely nice. But I was disappoint with my nails. I got them done 2 days ago and the lady made my nails way too thin,they were like ruber and the tip broke off the next day. First and foremost, i love that there is parking! Haha. Staff there is friendly and easy to talk too. I started going there because of Laura. Shes been my stylist for quite sometime, and will continue going there as long as she is there. The salon is very clean and well maintained. I also really like that there are separate rooms, and not just in one where everyone is all close together. Also it doesnt get so loud. Im deaf in my left ear so thats really important. If you are looking for a nice place to take a group of ladies for pampering, this is definitely not the place. A great deal of what they say they offer on their official website is merely ""customer-seeking"" advertisement. A group of my family and friends (7 ladies) reserved a block of time for pedicures and/or manicures as a party. We anticipated wine and cake while be ""pampered"" but, in actuality, only received offers of jasmine green tea and ice water. When the owner was questioned about the wine and cake, she proceeded to speak in her native language to a staff person. Only after the conversation was concluded did she reply, ""What kind of wine do you want red or white? I didn't know you wanted wine."" WTF? At the end of our ""pampering,"" the women in our group compared notes on the experience. 3 of 7 women were thoroughly disappointed; myself being the most disappointed. 3 others were very quiet during and after the pedicures. Upon visually observing the work, I really couldn't see improvement on anyone's toes. Only one person was extremely excited about her treatment. My feet were soaked for maybe 5 minutes; after which they became cold as I sat through a lackluster experience. My cuticles were not properly taken care of; nor were my nails filed symmetrically. What was most upsetting is that the polish on my toenails, at completion, looked as if a five-year-old painted them. Polish either didn't cover all areas of my toenails or was sloppily painted over cuticles and edges. Maybe all the money that is being placed into creating ambience and advertising should go into improving technique and customer service. I regularly go to a spa in Fremont and am much happier there. My spa may not falsely advertise amenities but will give you what you pay for--excellent customer service and craftsmanship. Le JJ Belle should be ashamed of themselves! Read Less

I'm not much for people touching my feet and hands...but they were great! The ambience is fantastic...there's so much to look at. Very relaxing and friendly technicans...though the one that took care of me was pretty quite... My initial first visit was awesome! I was greeted with a super big smile (I think she was the owner??) and greeted me as if I've been going there for years. Friendly, professional staff, extremely convenient hours (open on Sunday!!!), easy parking, and expert nail technicians, all in one place? I've had acrylic or gel nails off and on for approximately 25 years, at various locations in this valley, and this is the best my nails have ever looked.....My pedicure was wonderful, and the massage chair was a great surprise.
