Came before closing time and they were able to squeeze me in. My manicurist was really nice she is the last table in the back, I did not catch her name. Just did a plain manicure since I do not like getting sets too much maintenance for me. The polish I chose is not the best quality but I really like the color. I paid $11 for my manicure since they charge $1.00 to use a debit card. My suggestion would be to bring cash if you don't want that fee. Read Less

Kelly is the owner and I will tell you now ,so rude ! Very uneducated when it comes to customer service. I asked for their almond lotion and she said yes okay when I was about to pay I ask for the product (almond lotion) she says I'm too busy it takes too much work to get it for you. I never just randomly select a nail salon, but I was in the hurry and I just happen to drive by this place. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish I ended up coming out with blocks on my fingertips the nails were done poorly . They were crooked and gel polish was all over my skin aswell. Had a good experience overall. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a Mani/Pedi and Eyebrow wax. Pedi was done by the salt and pepper super short hair lady. She was super nice and paid close attention to polishing my nails. I had another lady for my manicure. I think she was the boss. she had longer hair maybe in her 50's, darker complexion. She speaks a little louder in volume but she was also polite. They were not pushy at all which is a nice change. I noticed a little mess up on one nail and she fixed it, and she was smart enough to give all other nails another coat of polish and they looked even better with the 3rd coat. She was very quick but, did a good job. I did feel a little rushed and tech told me they were short staffed today and they were starting to get a line up of clients. The same lady did my eyebrow wax. She made them a little thinner than what I usually like and have done at my other nail salon but they look fine over all. The lady who did my pedicure saw I forgot my flip flops and brought me the disposable flip flops. The nail color selection wasn't that great but i usually bring my own polish so no biggie for me. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Our experience was terrible. My 9yo daughter and I were super excited to get our nails done but when we got there the 1st thing we noticed was a small sized trash can full of discusting trash, gross. Another customer told one of the ladies that the trash can was full but she didnt seem to care. As soon as I sat down I told the lady I do NOT want my acrylic nails thick, I must've said it like 10 times and she disregarded my request, my nails were super thick and the quality was crap. I had to go to a different nail salon to have them fixed. Also her energy was frustrating, I know they were busy but last thing you want to feel at a nail salon is like you are a burden or like you are making them waste their time and its not like they are not getting paid for their services, not doing anyone a free favor. My girl wanted black and yellow Batman design nails. We told her and she said "No, can't do design, i don't do design". We were dissapointed but asked if there was any other lady that could do design, she said "yes but they busy". After getting my nails done, super thick, wrong shape, I had told her I wanted them almond shaped, even showed her a picture from my phone. She gave me square shaped 'cause according to her,  looked more "Natural". While we were there we also noticed that whenever new customers would come in, the owner would ask them "what you want?" they would say pedicure, eyebrows waxed, manicure, etc. Owner would say "one minute, you wait one minute" and made them wait, one customer waited at least 45 minutes, at one point she was ready to leave but the owner, convinced her to stay, sat her in one of the pedicure chairs and left her there, she mentioned that her water was cold from waiting so long. I told my lady which color i wanted, a light pink, she said "this is better" pointing to a grey color, i told her "no, I want light pink". She proceeded to look for it, took her about 10 minutes and came back with a light salmon, said she didn't have light pink and that this was close. The owner also looked like she was mad, speaking madly in her language.Terrible! So sad and dissapointing, I paid $20, no tip but I would've gladly pay $50 in order to avoid an experience like this plus my baby girl's sad face 'cause they wouldn't do her nails as planned. Worst experience EVER!!!! I went to get my nails painted here during my lunch break. My nails were kinda chipped and I wanted something fast, I walk in and they (3ladies) don't greet me or even acknowledge me. Ok, I just say hello and they tell me "what you want?" I tell them, they tell me to pick a color. They don't have a great variety of colors so I just chose a pink one. Before she even did anything to me the lady that was going to paint my nails said to pay.... I thought that was kinda rude. So I give her my card, than she said I couldn't use card because it had to be more than $5. I told her if she can just get the tip from there. She said yes, how much? I said $7 total. Than she kept asking how much of tip? Over and over. To dismiss any confusion I tell her. You know I'll just pay in cash and I took 5 dollars out and gave it to her. (I was gonna give her $1 at least of tip, since I only had $6 cash) I guess she thought I wasn't going to tip her so she started doing my nails and she didn't file them and she was slamming my fingers in a bad mood and kept sighting. I honestly felt so uncomfortable because it felt so awkward and the fact that she was slamming my hands just got me kinda mad. DO NOT COME HERE!I took in my daughter for her 1st mani and WOW do i regret it! The service is horrible and the place is just nasty!!! The ladies are super rude and you know they are talking about you. The woman was mimicking my daughter when she was crying that she didn't want to get a pedicure! Really?! I have been here a couple of times and have always been satisfied with their service. I came in today for a mani/pedi. The lady doing my manicure cut my cuticle so deep that it wouldn't stop bleeding. She was trying to stop the bleeding for about 5 minutes and she had to use this liquid (which stung) to seal the cut. There was blood under my nail and I told her I didn't want the gel manicure anymore because the cut was stinging. She insisted I do the manicure because she felt bad and said there would be no charge for the manicure. When it was time to pay, the owner charged me for the manicure and pedicure. I told her the manicurist working on my nails said she wouldn't charge me for the manicure since It was a pretty bad cute and I didn't want to continue. She refused and told me I had to pay. I use to come here very often because my nails would last forever but I stopped going because my nails started falling off within 2 weeks, before they would last up to 6 weeks. Me and my 2 sisters come here every 2 weeks or so to get our nails done by Diane. She is by far the best nail lady i have ever had. I've been coming to her for over 4 years, She is the sweetest and is very very professional she never niks your cuticles never leaves ure nails a mess they are always even and they dont fall off easily. Diane is on vacation right now and it suckkksss soo bad. Also Lisa is great at doing stiletto nails fyi. Read Less

I been coming here for over 10 years, Dianne is my nail lady.  She does a great job and I always get compliments.  I dislike the owner that is very loud when talking.  The tv is set to an Asian Chanel and all you can do is stare at it.  The place is wearing down and not being kept up.  Make sure you wear sandals when getting a pedi because if you have to get up to wash your hands you will find yourself standing on top of a very filthy sample carpet next to the sink. Stopped by on my way home and took a chance. Very glad I did.  Excellent Manicure and Pedicure, Just the way I like it, great seats so left completely relaxed and feeling very pampered.  I had a cracked nail that was probably going to get worse and they gave me a nail file for the road for when it did.  Everyone was genuinely nice.  Plus nice pillows for when you extend your arms!  If I'm in the area again I'll be back!   I'm not normally into feedback unless its exceptional service so there you have it. OMG never ever go here!!!! I work really close to this place so thats the only reason why i went here. First of all they did a horrible job so thank god they fall off in like 2 days. My fill-in was done wonderfully. Diane is friendly and very good with acrylic. My pedicure was a mess. I don't know what kind of crazy top coat she used, but I went kayaking the next day and had sand stuck in my nail polish . Yuck .The manager is loud and kind of irritating . I have been going here for over 8 years. Diane is the best manicurist! I am really picky about my pink and white acrylics, and she does an excellent job! She books up quick and is the reason that shop is doing so well. Definitely ask for her if you need anything. They also do waxing, although the woman who was great at it (Heidi) was fired. Read Less
