Well it goes without saying her product is the best in the industry and is tough as nails without being full of harmful ingredients like MMA. I ordered product back in July and never got a shipping notification. Nearly a month later I called and was told the order was forgotten but it would be shipped out that day and would arrive in 7 days. 14 days later I called 3 times and never got a return call but was told by ups the item still hadn't been shipped yet. Absolute horrible service, the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and no follow up. Now I have to dispute with PayPal for my refund because they refuse to answer the phone or call me back. I have taken many beginner acrylic classes but nothing will compare to Tammy Taylors classes. The class is about 6 hrs, kit and lunch are included. Tammy teaches the class and she is very patient and thorough, she will teach you the basics from beginning to end, step by step. She will teach you the tricks & techniques that helped her when she was a nail tech, she is honest & will tell you that when she first started it took her 7 hrs to do her first pink/white full set. The kit that is provided is well worth over $150 in products & she gives you freebies in the class, she also has her kind assistants walking around helping everyone one on one. Her staff is so nice & friendly and will sit right next to you until you master the acrylic powder. All her products are awesome & she often has prizes/giveaways with purchase. I pray one day that she will open up her own Cosmetology school, she's is such a great teacher and really patient.
