First time coming here was amazing, she did my nails quick and did them beautiful, everytime after that was trash. Horrible service, made me wait super long to send me to the wrong girl even after I asked for someone in specific, takes their favorite customers first (without appt) and makes you wait extra long. Came here for the first time (and last) ..Only because my son had a soccer game nearby so I thought let me try it out ..My nails were so bulky!!..  I had another lady names Rosa redo them and they looked slightly better but still  a very lazy job..I don't recommend this place and I will never return. if I could give 0 starts I would. Me and my two friends came in tonight to get our nails done, we were the last customers of the night. & I got the worst service. I always get my nails done & it doesn't ALWAYS come out exactly perfect but if I ever mention it they fix it right away no issues (other salons). But here, she was so quick to finish my nails you can tell she REALLY wanted to go home bc she didn't do them evenly(I asked for the almond shape), my left thumb nail was completely slanted so I asked her to fix it bc it didn't look even. She continued to say it was "the powder" that made it look different -- which made absolutely no sense. I had to mention THREE times that it just didn't look right to me. Until she said "what? You don't like them" I got upset at her tone & I said "no actually I don't like it, can you please redo it." She seemed very annoyed & continued rush through my nails carelessly. She finished right away while my other friend was still getting her nails filed she didn't do the gel correctly either. I'm not really the one to complain but looking at my nails, I've never been more dissatisfied. The lady that helped me packed and left to to car, so I ended up going to another worked & I told her I just didn't like how they turned out she said "why didn't you tell her" spoke in Chinese and walked away, didn't even get a chance to respond & then the lady that helped me came back and they continued to speak amongst themselves while looking at us as I waited for my friend to be done. RUDE! & so I began to tell the boss & as soon as I started to tell her my reasons as to why I was dissatisfied with my nails the lady that helped me began to SCREAM and argue and clap her hands at me. real mature way to talk to customers. I work at customer service I know how people can get so in no way did she have the right to talk to me the way she did when I wasn't at all being rude. I said I wouldn't be coming here again, & again clapped her hands and yelled "GOOD THANK YOU". She didn't want to be there, she rushed through it all and did and shitty job, she knew what she did was wrong, that's why she stayed to see if I said something which I did. I had the best experience at this place. I moved back to Santa Ana and was trying to find a nail place over the past year 1/2,  I haven't found a great nail place till now. Henry, did my pedicure and let me tell you this guy definitely took his time and did an amazing job! Now prior to this I came with really shitty nail work from another nail place. Which LY LY fixed my prior full set that I got last time with that other shitty nail place. I had a fill and pedicure with gel on both my hands and toes, paid 55 bucks for everything! Definitely, found my new nail spot. I would really recommend Henry and Ly Ly for sure. Read Less

Im so disappointed! I had a full set nails with gel pedicure this are the worst nails i have came across! Im literally in shock that the person that did my nails was the manager tammy and she stated if i didn't like them i should have rosa do it?!! They are a really low quality salon down to the 99 cent store lotion they used to massage my feet. It was extremely hot in here and their polish selection is all of the low quality colors you can find at the swamp meet. A regular pedicure is $14 and that's a lot for the service I received. I only came here because I was in the area with my husband and needed to kill sometime. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone Read Less

So I came to this place on a whim due to I needed an emergency mani/pedi when I requested what I wanted all the employees just started having a conversation amongst themselves for about 5 minutes without guiding me to a chair or anything. Then an elderly woman guided me  to one of their spa chairs water was cold and my feet soaked a total of 2 minutes when my nail tech started to work on my feet. She didn't introduce herself or anything she "attempted" to cut the cuticle of my toes but was very unsuccessful. The lady that did my manicure was nice but her work was less than pleasing. She cut me twice and left cuticles all over my nails no scrub, no oil, no massage which I was getting the "spa mani pedi" . Safe to say I won't be going back again. Prices are cheap but not worth it if you're going to get crappy service. Read Less

I've been coming her for a while.  My nail tech guy moved so I had to find someone new.  I came across this place since my mom likes it here.  The staff is really friendly and patient.   I love the fact that they are not in a rush to get you out.   They do waxing also and their prices are decent.  If you get a pedicure they massage your legs with a sugar scrub that smells awesome.  Their polish selection is small; but,  I always bring in my personal bottle (I have too many).   Overall I have been pleased with my experience here.
