Worse place to get nails done I went 2 weeks ago for my first time and I had an unpleasant time the nail tech HANNA was really rough she cut 3 of my fingers tips while filing she seemed to be in a rush the place was not even full. All the nail artists do an excellent job and are very nice and respectful.  They use high quality gel nail polish, my nails don't ever chip. I recommend all my friends and family to them for their gel nails and pedicure. Read Less

I'm happy to say I'm very satisfied with my visit here. Nina did an amazing job with my gel manicure, and the owner or manager working was so amazing and friendly, she gave me honest advice and helped me pick color that best suited me. You can tell she really takes her time to make sure everyone feels welcomed. Went to get nails done for 1st time. When I first got there the waiting area was not that full but by the time I got taken in there were not seats left. I may have waited 15min-20 min but what do you expect on a Saturday? Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The nail technician tried to up sell me on a more expensive package but I was not interested. I really liked my nail color and how they came out ( no design but one nail was a glitter nail polish). $45 for everything. Remember to bring cash tip. The first time I came here they were ok, nothing spectacular but at least my pedicure looked good. The manicurist cleaned my nails, trimmed them and painted them. I also waxed my eyebrows- they get 2 stars for this not the nails. But this last time I stopped by.... wow! I went In with teal polish and planned to get pink as my new color. The lady did not trim my nails, or clean them. And the polish was the worst, I had pink in the center but the edges were still teal.I paid them AND gave her a generous tip, however I will not return here again. Read Less

This place its OK... its realky hard to get the good ladies to do the nails i feel like they give a lot of priority to regulars more then any other customer every time i go i pay more and more for the same service .. last time i went witch was yesterday i got short nails and i paid 8 dlls more then when i get long nails with gel color ... like wtf there are a few that are really good but cuatomer service sucks i feel like every customer shold be treated the same and this place doesnt do that at all .. my sisters n laws, mother n law and my self used to go here and now im the only one that goes one in a while cause its the closes one to my house .. but i really think yesterday will be my last time going there for sure ..!!! Honestly it's a hit or miss or it'll be great if Cindy's their since everyone will be on there toes last experience there was on Chinese New Year with Nina she would sneeze not cover her mouth and than blow her nose or wipe it and just touch my hands like nothing sloppiest manicure ever not even a proper coating of the clear gel. I went in for my first time and my nails looked amazing Veronica talked me into also trying out eyelash extensions. To which she included is refundable. I spent over $100 only to go back 2days later to remove the eyelashes. I did not receive a refund which was Fine. My nails didn't even make it 2weeks. Very disappointed.
