I'm very disappointed in this location. I walked in and told rep what I am wanting and she stated it's going to be a little wait. I said that was okay. I waiting for about 30-35 minutes. I was getting a pedicure and manicure with acrylics & shellac. The employee doing my feet was friendly but he was in a rush due to closing. He scrubed my feet and was very unsure of what to do on my nails. He called another employee over and he moved me without doing my nail polish on my feet... which was about 5:30 PM. I was so confused on why he couldn't put nail polish on my feet. I've never had this kind of service from Ambiance. I then was moved to the employee which was very pleasant to speak with but was in a rush as well to get finished before closing. I kept letting him know I'm not happy with how this is going I feel rushed. He was finishing on my hands as I let him know my feet weren't done yet. He starts on my feet as ANOTHER employee comes over and finishes my hands. My feet look horrible due to painting my feet under the table. I see they were ready to go so I didn't realize my nails are sharp at the ends. I've been a loyal customer to the Ambiance in Hyde Park with my nail tech Jason which is out of town right now which lead me to this location. I'm unsatisfied and would like a full refund due to poor service. See More

Went to pamper myself with a pedi and manicure on March 12th at Venetian Nail Spa in Deerfield, spending $70. Asked for a basic pedi($33) and I was charged ($45)! The polish from the manicure didn’t even last 12 hours!! The Polish started flaking and peeling off my nails! On March 14th I went back to Venetian to speak to someone. The receptionist said my boss is on vacation and there’s no one here to help you! Come back on Saturday! Poor customer service! An unhappy client!

My friend and I had the worst pedicures ever here. It started with them trying to upgrade from an already deluxe pedicure to something neither of us could understand without looking at the book. The gentleman that was doing my pedicure was sweating profusely. Just not a professional place.

I would not recommend this place. Yesterday myself and a friend stopped in after our appointment at the EWC and will never go back. The lady who did my deluxe pedicure pushed for me to pay more for a "natural" pedicure. I couldn't understand what she was asking and finally she showed me a book and after I declined she wasn't very polite. My friends tech was a male and he was sweating so bad that it was dripping into her water. He would also wipe his face and then touch her feet to finish. We didn't want to be rude so we let them finish and left as quickly as possible. The place looked very nice, but the service was a wreck!

I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience. I love this place! Yesterday I had my nails done by Teresa and she did a fabulous job...best one yet! I highly recommend her.

Never come here! mainly if you have an special event! I came last night to get a pedi and a french mani.... i got home took a shower and by the time both nails on my thumb finger were chipped.... sinc...

I came last night to get a pedi and a french mani.... i got home took a shower and by the time both nails on my thumb finger were chipped.... since they had closed i called first thing on the morning and spoke to guy named joe he told me to come and it would be fix.. it must be noted that is my wedding so after getting my hair done i came the receptionist nikky was great and had taylor fix my nails (taylor was great too) i decided to get shellac due that i fear my nails to chip and i agreed to pay the difference yet when it was time to pay joe had me pay full amount despite the fact that i showed my chipped nails and show pictures! never ever ever ever ever coming here again and will never recommend it! This is not how i planned on starting my wedding...

I'm very disappointed in this location. I walked in and told rep what I am wanting and she stated it's going to be a little wait. I said that was okay. I waiting for about 30-35 minutes. I was getting a pedicure and manicure with acrylics & shellac. The employee doing my feet was friendly but he was in a rush due to closing. Went to pamper myself with a pedi and manicure on March 12th at Venetian Nail Spa in Deerfield, spending $70. Asked for a basic pedi($33) and I was charged ($45)! The polish from the manicure didn’t even last 12 hours!! The Polish started flaking and peeling off my nails! On March 14th I went back to Venetian to speak to someone.
