Came here this afternoon to get some acrylics on because I have a hard time growing out my nails because I bite them off. When I made the appointment I let them know that my natural nails were short because I bite them and to please give me somebody with experience. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was a slightly tapered nail not too long. They were a little long when she first started to file them so I asked her to cut them shorter. She did but the shapes are all over the place they look like squares except my thumb nails that do look kindof like they have the slight taper. She also kept trying to get me to do the shellac which was $15 more and I had to tell her at least three times that no I did not want it. The skin around where she worked on my nails is tore up! I've never seen my cuticles or the skin look so terrible. I bite my NAILS but very rarely do I have a problem with any of the skin on my fingers and this looks atrocious. I am really sad that I wasted $30. I won't be returning and unfortunately could not recommend this place to anyone else.

I have been coming to SRNS even when it was Bollinger Nail Salon. Most of the staff is the same and remember me and my daughter even though I am an infrequent customer. I typically get my nails done for special occasions, so maybe 4xs a year. I get a basic mani/pedi and occasionally ask for Shellac. I have never had a bad experience here. I think the price I pay is reasonable for the service I am provided and the area we live. I have always gotten a hand and foot message, although I don't know if that is actually included in my service. They keep the salon clean, the chairs have been updated, and they now offer small waters if you're thirsty. I have never waited, and often call right before I drive down.

They seated me fast which was nice with no appointment. Place is clean and up to date modern design. They gave me a mini water bottle which I liked. The staff is nice. I got a pedicure and acrylic manicure. When I got my bill I was shocked. 78$ is extremely high plus a $10 tip $88 total! This isn't a spa and I didn't get a hand massage or parafin wax or anything just plain set! Ive had a better full set and never had to pay $50 unless I had pink & white etc it's a regular acrylic with white nail polish not anything fancy!! And it's not a good job. My nails seem uneven and wider than I wanted. One of my thumb nail doesn't have the gel topping on it and it's sticky really weird. I guess he forgot a finger. Pretty disappointed. I won't be back.

I was a bit disappointed to be honest. My nails look good and the place is nice. I've been here before, but it seems like things have changed a bit. It was better in the past. The pedicure I had today lasted 15 minutes at most. My friends person started 5 minutes before me and I still ended before her. I didn't get enough time to relax or get a decent leg/foot massage, and the water was cold. My friend and I both agreed that, that was the shortest pedicure we've ever had. I don't think I'll be coming here again.

I just got a manicure from San Ramon Nail Salon and what a huge disappointment!!!! The lady was extremely nice; however, she did a horrible job. I paid full price for a manicure which did not include working on my cudicles or a massage! Worst part is the paint job! It looks like a child painted my nails!! I was so upset! I will try to upload picture of the work! My nails were Fourth of July theme!

Eh. My mom is looking for a new nail salon, so we came for pedicures. Our pedicures didn't start until about 40 minutes after our appointment time. The water was cold. We told her, and she made it a little warmer, but it was still too cool. The pedicure itself took about 15/20 minutes and there's nothing worse than a gloved massage. Still on the hunt.

I had made an appointment last weekend for my husband and I to get pedicures. We showed up on time. They seated us, and we waited for about 15 minutes. The place was not busy, but obviously they were understaffed. They started on my husband's pedicure first, and didn't start mine until 25 minutes after our appt time. The lady I had was very nice, however I think she was new. She filed my nails really sharp at the edges, and got polish all over my skin which i had to fix and clean up art home. The lady my husband had coughed on him twice, and cut his toenails so short he got an infection in one of them and could barely walk the toe was so swollen and sore. The place seemed clean, but unfortunately we will not be back.

i wish there was a way to rate more than just five stars on this place. I've been to PLENTY of nail salons, and even though a select few were pretty good, they're NOTHING compared to this place. the employees are EXTREMELY experienced, very polite and friendly, and their nail polish application skills are above superior. I've always had trouble with someone going outside the lines with me eventually ruining my nails the next day. i don't even have to worry about that here; the polish is perfectly painted without them making a single mistake. the place looks very professional and modern, and everything is spotless. they're very hygienic with their materials, ensuring that everything they use is free of any germs. i honestly could not be happier with my experience here. if you want to go to a nail salon that's absolutely perfect, this is the place you need to be at.

I got toe nail fungus there. My sister-in-law got nail fungus at another Bollinger Nail shop. The one gal who gave me the pedicure was so scary, she wouldn't even try in keep a conversation or eye contact. We don't go there any more. It's hard to find a nail shop that's truly clean. These shops need to be inspected more often.

okay so I went there on my birthday. this is the first time I've ever been to this place also, but everyone I asked about where they'd gotten their ecrillics(?) from said they got them here. one of my friends and I went here so i could get the (fake nails) and so my friend could get a manicure. there are two around where I live and we go to the first one but since we didn't make an appointment they didn't have room for both of us at the same time(but they were nice about it) so they told us about the one not too far away. so we go there. they had room for the two of us so we go to get our nails done. i can't remember if they knew it was birthday or not, but they were all really friendly. my nails came out great, and so did my friends. normally i would've had to pay $55, and i can't remember how much my friend payed, but the lady said she would do it for $50. GO HERE! and they have them all over.

There are a lot of nail salons and most do a good job. But if you need to pick one for your regular location, this one should work well. It's spacious, professional, clean & attractive surroundings....
There are a lot of nail salons and most do a good job. But if you need to pick one for your regular location, this one should work well. It's spacious, professional, clean & attractive surroundings. Some services may be higher cost than some other salons, but not by much. They also have about 4 other locations in the east bay too

Came here this afternoon to get some acrylics on because I have a hard time growing out my nails because I bite them off. When I made the appointment I let them know that my natural nails were short because I bite them and to please give me somebody with experience. I had made an appointment last weekend for my husband and I to get pedicures. We showed up on time. They seated us, and we waited for about 15 minutes. The place was not busy, but obviously they were understaffed. They started on my husband's pedicure first, and didn't start mine until 25 minutes after our appt time.
