Worst nail salon. Very unfriendly and poor service. Today I went in and asked for my nails to be cleaned and trimmed. I recently broke my arm and may need surgery so I wanted no polish. I wanted them cleaned because I was unable to do it myself. The girl took out clippers and clipped them. Briefly filed the corners and said "there you go" and then walked away. No soaking, cleaning, or cuticle work. Charged me $6 for her 5 minutes and walked in the back. I will never go back and I do not recommend that anyone go there. Very nice and accommodating.  Unfortunately every time I've gotten a shellac manicure the polish starts to peel off after around 5 days.  Very weird.  I have switched to another salon to see if it was my nails that wouldn't take the gel but at the new salon the polish stays on for well over two weeks.  Not sure if it's the quality of the polish or the UV lights, but as much as I like Suzanne and her sister I can't afford to get my nails done every 5 days. I initially decided to come because of the 9am opening time. I discovered that they are not only friendly but do quality work. They take their time and make sure you are satisfied with the results. Worst pedicure ever!! She drew blood clipping my big toe. She was super rough digging into the skin around both big toes, and I can take some pain. This was excessive. She scrubbed with the sugar(?) scrub and the coarse scrubbie that they use to get the bottom of your feet, on the delicate skin on TOP of my foot and shin! wtf?!  ouch!! I didn't say anything about the big toes because they were a mess. But the rough scrubbing over every surface, not just the bottom/heels- that's BAD practice!She doesn't communicate, she just taps my feet when she wants me to do something and I have to guess. Use your words. Am I lifting/repositioning or putting it back in the water??Again with the tapping when my feet are already up and ready for polish?! I need you to tell me what you want me to do! I had a good experience.   I think people should remember that these are hard-working people who do quality work.  Customers who breeze in with a pretentious manner may not get the warm greeting they think they deserve.  It was my first time going here and my mani & pedi was thorough and the ladies were kind.  Good nails used to be my go to place, but things have changed in a negative way over there-not sure why.  The price at quality wasn't bad and I'll be back.  Thanks ladies. Disappointed for the last time. The convenience of being able to drop in and get a pedicure is no longer worth the poor quality service. I have had good pedicures here before but there is one particular girl who treats customers as an inconvenience. Seems more interested in being on her phone than giving a quality pedicure. I came in today because my favorite nail place is closed on Sunday's. So first, they had no AC on and it was 94 degrees today. Second, the workers were not too friendly, Third, the pedicure was too quick and not relaxing like I hoped it would be. This review is long overdue. I've been a faithful customer for 16 years. I got my first full set when I was 16 years old when Pam's mother in law was doing my nails back then. It's a fun, friendly environment. All of the girls now you by name, even when calling in to make a last minute appointment. They remember every conversation they have with you and catch up with your life at every appointment. Most importantly, they always have time to squeeze you in when you desperately need to be seen. Love this place. It's the only place I go consistently to get my nails done. I usually come in for full sets and pedicures and they're both always fabulous. I love this place. Sometimes I find myself here for two hours after I'm done getting my nails done just hanging out with the girls. Suzanne, Thuy and Pam always take care of my sister and I here. They're so friendly and accommodating. The place is always clean and all the other clients here seem to be regulars as well.
