Clean. Convenient location. But, Service on acrylics need to improve. The woman that does my nails is not gentle around my skin when shaping the nails.

The ladies were very nice and sweet, although did not do the best at acrylics. My nails were grinded and filed very roughly to the point where some areas were raw and stung when their different solutions were applied. The sides of my acrylics did not reach the very edge, were jagged and looked very messy. I paid $45 which is very expensive, considering the poor application. I will say they stayed on for a long time, so that was good.

My nails were done so horribly here. I just wanted gels but they didn't want to hear it and they applied acrylics so poorly, I chopped them off as soon as I got home. Their polish wiped off so easily,...
My nails were done so horribly here. I just wanted gels but they didn't want to hear it and they applied acrylics so poorly, I chopped them off as soon as I got home. Their polish wiped off so easily, it was so uneven when I got home. And I sat under that stupid nail dryer for an hour! Never coming here again. No wonder it was so empty on a Saturday. I gave them a $10 tip because I felt sorry for them.

Went today with my girls and got the best service!! Amy was so funny and made sure we all were happy. Got mani-pedi for all and daughter got her first set of acrylics! Didn't try to oversell us and gave the girls design and glitter. So relaxing and gals spoke English and also included us in conversation! Will be back again!!

A delightful place for a mani/pedi! The girls are great -- friendly, professional and beautiful work! And the location is great! But ... it's the owner -- she's a piece of work -- terribly unfriend...
A delightful place for a mani/pedi! The girls are great -- friendly, professional and beautiful work! And the location is great! But ... it's the owner -- she's a piece of work -- terribly unfriendly, ungrateful for the customers that frequent there and looks downright miserable most of the time -- not to mention she shares her small bottled waters with a select few. I've recommended friends more than once, who went and came away happy with their nails but won't go back because of the owner. She better improve her attitude and image fast -- there are tons of other good salons nearby!

Had a really good experience at the Galaxy Nail Spa across the street from where I work (AT&T in San Ramon.) They took good care of me- the pedicure was one of the most relaxing I've had. I had a "pink and white" job on my nails, and by polishing them when they grew out, I've been able to go 6 weeks without a fill! That's way better than the 2 weeks I used to go with silk. They are very nice, took good care of me and did a careful job on my nails. I'm going back!

The ladies were very nice and sweet, although did not do the best at acrylics. My nails were grinded and filed very roughly to the point where some areas were raw and stung when their different solutions were applied. The sides of my acrylics did not reach the very edge, were jagged and looked very messy. I paid $45 which is very expensive, considering the poor application. My nails were done so horribly here. I just wanted gels but they didn't want to hear it and they applied acrylics so poorly, I chopped them off as soon as I got home. Their polish wiped off so easily, it was so uneven when I got home. And I sat under that stupid nail dryer for an hour! Never coming here again. No wonder it was so empty on a Saturday.
