The owners and technicians are gracious and lovely. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and am thoroughly satisfied with the service, cleanliness and environment. This is a great place for a quality mani pedi and an enjoyable experience. My mom and I frequently call in for an appointment and are always happy with the results! There's a good range of color options, comfortable seating and I appreciate the variety of nail services available. Leslie has been my nail lady for over 5 years and she does a supreme job every time! I receive compliments all the time on my nails. I prefer to have my nails thin so they look natural. People are always shocked to know that they are acrylic. I'm pretty rough on my nails and even though I ask for them to be thin I can't think of one time I've had a broken nail. This is my go to place to get my nails done for special occasions such as prom or homecoming. Tommy is great at doing acrylics! It costs about $40 to get them done which is pretty normal for San Ramon. If you were to get gel nails It would be $35. I love coming here because they're so friendly! Love this nail salon! It's a nice, warm, and inviting atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly!! I came in on a Saturday and luckily was able get my nails done. It's definitely busy and crowded on the weekends so I would recommend making an appointment beforehand. I love this salon they people are friendly, and entertaining, they even had a male worker which I thought was a refreshing change! I loved my nails they stayed on for so long! And they looked amazing even up to the week before I took them off, I got an acrylic set with color changing gel polish over it, it was so beautiful! They would normally look ombré but when it got really cold it would be dark blue and when it was warm they got lavander colored. The service I got from this salon was a walk-in shellac pedicure.I will start with the pros...The salon itself is pretty nice; it's a good size, has lots of pedicure chairs and looks clean for the most part. They do line their pedicure tubs so that's a plus in my book. They have a pretty good selection of regular and shellac polishes. They were nice in that when I picked out a white shellac for my toes they warned me that white shellac can tend to turn yellowish in time. I appreciated that they didn't just give me what I asked for and I did end up changing my color choice because of it. The person who did my toes did do a pretty good job and I am satisfied with how my toenails look.On to the cons...The staff wasn't the friendliest. This was my first time here and they didn't really greet me; they pointed to a chair and told me to sit down. When I went over to the chair there were a bunch of pillows on it, which is nice to offer to customers but they didn't move them for me and I felt awkward because I didn't really know where to move them to. Even when I was trying to move the pillows and figure out if the chair had a massage remote nobody ever offered to help me. After sitting someone started the water in the tub, never asked me how the water was like most places do, and the water was pretty cold actually. Then after starting the water they didn't pay much attention to me and the tub almost overflowed. I had to get the attention of someone to tell her it was about to overflow. Even though it was very close to the top they never let any of the water out so I was uneasy with moving around because I was worried it was going to make water spill out. They did seem a bit overpriced to me as well, a regular shellac pedicure was $40 and I wasn't completely satisfied with the buffing of my heels; not much time was spent there.Overall, for me, part of the reason I go to a nail salon is for the pampering and the experience, not just to simply get my nails done and over with. It's a way I treat myself and I didn't get the pampered experience here so it was a little disappointing. This was by far the best full set of acrylics I've gotten maybe EVER.  The owner was very attentive great communication skills friendly, witty and funny!  The best coffin shape I've gotten a very smooth application and each step was completed with extreme caution, and very meticulous.  He even trimmed my cuticles at no extra charge.  This is my new go to place. This is my 4th time coming here for a gel manicure, and I have been very happy with my experience ever time! Each time it lasts atleast 2.5-3 weeks and has not lifted or cracked. They always take their time and really make sure that you walk out of there satisfied. And they have a stamp card too! After 9 visits your next one is free. Definitely worth it. Read Less
