I was VERY pleased with the service I received here. I called to schedule an appt to have my gel nails removed and new ones put on for a holiday party I was going to. Some places will try and up-sell you the whole time you are there and Betty's Nail Salon in not one of those places.
In fact, Jenny was very helpful and conversed with me throughout my time there about how the nail polish I had on worked to apply (I had done them on my own at home). Never once did she talk down to me because I had done my own.
I was also impressed with the fact that Jenny apologized to me once because she and her co-workers were speaking in their native tongue. She then proceeded to tell me what they were saying.
Very clean and welcoming atmosphere, will definitely go back!

I wish I wasn't just visiting San Ramon, because this would be my nail salon! The ladies at Betty's Nail Salon are professional, friendly and most importantly do a fantastic job on your nails.
My boyfriend and I stopped here while on vacation, and could not have had a better experience. The price was right too! Can't beat that! Our pedis came with a great massage and even though they were busy, I was very happy they took so much time on us. I would suggest calling in advance, as it seemed they got busy and had to ask people to come back. It is a smaller place so I understand.
This place can not be beat! If you live in San Ramon this should be your fav nail salon! Thank you Henlen!

Got a pedicure here yesterday and it was amazing! The salon is super clean, which is something I always look for in a nail salon. They have so many colors to choose from and all good brands. My nail tech sat me down at a chair immediately after picking a color and got me a cold bottle of water. They have a couple different packages to pick. Henlen did an amazing job and even put some hot oil on a large bruise I had on my leg, so thoughtful! I can't wait to come back here for my hard gel manicure in a couple weeks.

If you want to enter a salon and make yourself feel better than when you walked in then this is NOT the nail salon for you!The nail technician that I had to comment on my sweaty hands. She even said that I need to get the operation that fixes this problem. I felt so uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to leave it was so unprofessional.

Mani and pedi was fine. But the WORST waxing job ever. Incomplete and not the best waxing product were used. When I complained, they offered to redo it. But honestly I got sick of it the first time around that I just wanted to get out if there. I had to go to another place to redo the waxing. The waxing lady kept on telling me to shave and that she shaves her arms and it's cheaper! Betty tried to make it up but the damage was already done.

It's very clean and modern inside here. The chairs are of high quality so it's very comfortable. I usually come to get a manicure pedicure and it turns out great every time.

I love this nail salon! Very Clean, extremely professional, wonderful assortment of polishes (high end) and lots of gel polish colors.Betty strives for excellence along with her employees. They only want the best for your nails and do not ever steer you to make money like all the other nail salons in Marin County. The price is the price, no nickeling and dimming like 3 sisters in San Rafael. Betty stays on trend with her colors and always buys new ones to add to her fabulous assortment. I'm a perfectionist and this place suits my needs. The relaxing atmosphere is also a plus!! The Best in Marin

Alright, I'm going to keep it real. This place is run on the cheap. Diane (my new nail love) lays down newspaper as she works, instead of a towel or paper towel. The ambiance is as expected...no bells...
Alright, I'm going to keep it real. This place is run on the cheap. Diane (my new nail love) lays down newspaper as she works, instead of a towel or paper towel. The ambiance is as expected...no bells and whistles. Very modest set up. Honestly, I could not care less about ambiance when it comes to my nails.. After getting acrylic nails for over 20 years, I have come to learn all that matters is the work. Am I right or what? I have only gone for my nails. I have not received a pedicure yet. The nails are AMAZING. Diane understood the shape I wanted ( which is rare). The salon has some very cool colors and the are all about business with good service on the side. Every time I go in, it seems the other 3 or 4 ladies getting their hands or toes done, have been going for YEARS. There is a strange sense of community. Very Cool.Diane works quickly and thoroughly as well. I do not give my blessing EVER with nails, but had to share this San Ramon secret. The problem is, if you all go I will never get my appointments again. HAHA Good luck with your search!

I was VERY pleased with the service I received here. I called to schedule an appt to have my gel nails removed and new ones put on for a holiday party I was going to. Some places will try and up-sell you the whole time you are there and Betty's Nail Salon in not one of those places.
In fact, Jenny was very helpful and conversed with me throughout my time there about how the nail polish I had on worked to apply (I had done them on my own at home). Never once did she talk down to me because I had done my own.

Mani and pedi was fine. But the WORST waxing job ever. Incomplete and not the best waxing product were used. When I complained, they offered to redo it. But honestly I got sick of it the first time around that I just wanted to get out if there. I had to go to another place to redo the waxing. The waxing lady kept on telling me to shave and that she shaves her arms and it's cheaper! Betty tried to make it up but the damage was already done.
