I read all the bad reviews on yelp and they couldn't be further from the truth. This is my go to place. The people are nice and have great costumer service. Environment is calm and don't make you feel uncomfortable like other places do. For just $20 you get an amazing full set. Linda is the owner of this place in San Pablo and I must  say her customer service is terrible and not professional. She has no patience and she does a very fast job on you, secondly she uses cheap materials that definitely  damages your nails and third she is a cruel mean biased lady who always be shouting on her employees. She treats her customer very bad one day she turned this two sisters and told them to leave without doing full service and literally was causing trouble. Will never go back there again, paid $30.00 for fill and had gel polish applied. The worst job ever, left lumps and bumps, went back to have it done over and they wanted to charge me an extra 9.00. Do not come here! They do not know what they're doing. I tried this place, because I just recently moved to the area, and didn't want to drive to my regular spot in Oakland. I sure wish I had just taken the drive. I wasted $50 on this mess. My feet looks like they've never been touched, as well as my manicure. I walked in this place because it was close.  I wasn't even greeted.  The man looked at me as if I didn't belong there.  Anyways, I asked how long is the wait for a full set, he looked at me again with a disgusted look. I ask again, and then he says, WE'RE NOT DOING ANY NAILS, IM LEAVING IN 15 MINS.  Mind you there was a woman sitting waiting, and another woman about to get her nails done.  As well as 2 other people getting pedicures. Instead of telling me "I'm sorry the wait is going to be x amount of mins" he basically told me to get out.  So I will NEVER EVER come here again.  You all are rude, the area is shady, like someone will hit your car and keep moving shady. This place is horrible. I just took off my nail set and went in for a manicure and they couldn't do it. Said that because I just took my set off and they haven't grown out they couldn't  do it. Worst experience ever!!! I have been to a lot of nail salons by far this is the worst. I was there Sunday mothers day morning. This was my first time there, the nail salon that I go to was closed and this was my closest option. everything was good until a lady gave a complained that her nails were messed up and there was acrylic all over the side of her fingernails and her trim was done wrong, the lady showed me her nails and she was right the job looked crappy. The two female nail techs that were there were extremely rude, they began to speak in their foreign language to each other, like most nail salon places, but the way they were doing it was so rude. The customer who complained said take everything off I am going somewhere else. after the horrible job the tech wanted to charge her for this messy trim that they did and it was an unreasonable price. A man that worked there stood by the door like if the customer was going to run out with out paying. After this customer left I was still getting my nails done and they were just talking awful things about the customer and about her race and how she was from Oakland and you already know how those people they want everything for free they said. I could not believe what they were saying I had to tell them how rude and disrespectful that was and that I will never be coming back. Worst experience ever!! My 16 year old daughter was paying for me to get my nails done for mothers day!! I have never walked out of a nail shop with half a fill untill today. I'm not the type to do that but..  the lady that has "been doing nails for 25 years" needs to stop telling people that. I had acrylic all over the side of my fingers when I asked her to fix it after they had already started painting them, she put oil on my fingers and said the oil will take it off??!?!?! There's no way that oil will take off acrylic that was hanging over my nail on to my finger sticking my fingers in my nails together. When I got up to leave and said I will get them done some more else she said that I still need it to pay for the full service. I thought. I gave her $5 and walked out!! Thanks for cutting them uneven and doing a half ass job.. Don't ever go there!! Luckily we found a place two blocks down the street they did my nails beautifully. My mothers day has been recovered!! I cant believe I didn't check yelp prior to going to this shop. I was in the area and decided to just wing it. BAD IDEA!!! First my pedicure was horrible. She snatched an ingrown toenail and caused my toe to bleed. I went there Saturday afternoon and today is Monday, my toe STILL hurts. My nail polish is already chipping, some are thicker than others have space already between my cuticles. I am so dissatisfied and will NEVER go there again. Read Less

This is not a review of the allegedly horrible and notably creepy nail salon, rather it is praise for barber/stylist Henry who runs a chair in the back and spends a lot of time trying to make me look good - just the best men's haircuts. A couple of friends follow him loyally too. Ignore the old guy with the racking cough giving you the hairy eyeball by the front door and go see Henry, he more than makes up for it. If this isn't your regular nail shop DO NOT I repeat DO NOT GO THERE!! They did a horrible and rushed job on my nails. I had to remind the lady to paint my whole nail and to remove the polish from off the sides of my fingers smh. Bad service and I will not be returning. I took my gf here because it was close to our house but that was a big mistake they didn't give her the "works" from my understanding an experience they are suppose to massage and clean etc but they hardly did any of that. WORST NAIL PLACE TO GO TO IN SAN PABLO, I went in for a full set it took them forever to help me and it wasn't even customers inside. Then when I finally got help a lady that didn't even do nails started me off and then told me to wait cuz the other lady was on her way..So then when the lady finally came, she was rough, didnt shape my nails right nor did she cut them down like I asked, and to top it off she cut me really bad and I was bleeding, she kept doing my nails as if nothing happen, i was like WTF!!! I walked into this salon after having a blah kind of day and very clearly explained what I wanted to have done to my nails. I was given a price and the reassurance that my needs could be met. Once the process started she became very rough and by the end of the visit she had cut herself, bled on me, shaped my nails wrong, forgot to do the design, tried to recover for the mistake but also told me that she has been doing nails for 20 years and that I did not know what I was talking about and continued to talk to me as if I were incompetent.
