Came in for a French tip pedicure while I was in the area. My pedicure started off with cold water, which the nail tech changed to scalding hot 2 minutes later. Sounded like there was a family of live crickets in the place. Nail tech seemed very new, but polite. Did a fine job overall, had to point out that the tips were too thick and not straight a few times. Was in and out in an hour. Nothing spectacular, but not horrible. I went in for a manicure and an acrylic overlay. Not only did she skip the manicure, she didn't even push my cuticles back! She just dove right into the acrylics with no nail prep at all. I asked her to round the corners out multiple times. She didn't. I ended up with these stubby abominations. I hate them. Read Less

I have been here twice since I had a gift card here. First experience was awful. I had acrylics which needed to be removed. The lady started taking off my nails aggressively like she was in a rush. Then he split two of my nails IN HALF & I was bleeding. All she had to say was "sorry". Then she continued my nails with gel & I was in pain. Once she finished my nails, her appointment was ready so she was rushing with my nails & not taking her time. Second time I come in since I still have money on my gift card, I get my toes done & everything is fine. We complain about my incident the first time & all they can say is "sorry". I don't normally write reviews and ruin places reputation , and hey I thought I'll give this place a try . I regretted it ! Got a mani and was really disappointed not only were they done fast and whatever quality came with it but they ended up forming air bubbles on my nails . Which I have never in my life seen happen and during the whole process I knew we were headed a wrong direction when she wasn't even done yet and wanted me to pay . Yes, pay before she was done ?! Also went back to get them fixed because I spent money to have it look like crap ! To only hear from the manager " oh we've never had that happen"  And remarks like "you sure that was her ?" I would never just make a story make the girl feel terrible and tell her manager what she did wrong just for a fucken free mani . She made me feel like I was lying and just completely uncomfortable and of course the whole time she speaks in her language saying I don't know what and every one just stating at me . I came here with an appointment for the first time and man was I disappointed! I came in saying I had an appointment and I still had to wait 20-25 minutes. That's fine since I'm not a brat, but the service just made the whole experience that much worse. I felt like the nail tech was rushing, rough, and rude. I also got gel on my nails and I kid you not it all peeled off after 3 days. Yes 3 days! Again no exaggeration. First time, and I am happy that I have found my NEW salon! I am allergic to acrylic and gel nails so I have to get regular manicures and pedicures. My technician was Elaine and I loved her! Under new management!!! I am EXTREMELY particular about how I like my nails done and Elaine is phenomenal. I have been going to her for years and cannot recommend her enough. Paid for a neck and shoulder massage which I assumed would be during my manicure, but instead I was taken to an awkward back room where I was told to take my shirt off and I received the worst massage. It was just 15 minutes of me getting a gallon of lotion rubbed onto my skin and into my hair. I have never felt so awkward. Read Less

This 5* review is for Betty only!!  I have been going to her for years now and would go no where else.  These days with so many different styles of nails...squared, pointy, squoval...she gives you what you ask for, not just what she is capable of doing.  We have great conversation, she's a great lady!  My mani/pedis last for weeks, I typically go at least 3 weeks, I'm currently getting the "shellac" nails and I am extremely happy with them.  The only bad thing I have to say is that sometimes the manager books the apptmts and doesn't allow her enough time, she is a perfectionist but she takes the normal amount of time, I think he just really pushes the girls to get as many done as quickly as possible, don't worry, once Betty starts, she's not going to rush.  Her days off are on Thurs/Sun. Got acrylics on for the first time in a long time, and wow, I know I'm a noob but I also know it's not supposed to hurt that badly. He cut off cuticle that wasn't dead, not just once on accident but on FOUR of my fingers. Kept a cotton ball in his had to wipe up the blood quickly. Like, and it couldn't have even been on accident? On my ring finger (right side), when he went to cut the cuticle, there was a lot of resistance. Instead of stopping, he FORCED through it and cut my skin. Now I'm left with bad nails and painful showers. Won't be coming back for a manicure. The pedis are nice though. Read Less
