I give it a 3 because in all the nails aren't bumpy and they are smooth. How ever 2 are crooked, and she did not put the color I requested nor the chrome or the stones. She insisted on the glitter nail polish like why? They look alright but the glitter made them look tacky. I still paid because she was an older woman and I thought maybe she just CAN'T see. Worst mani pedi ever with pics to prove it. After a super rushed and lack luster pedi he started to drain the water - I asked if I could get some extra exfoliating-he said no, leaving jagged clips in the skin around my toes and twenty days of skin left unexfoliated followed by polish he smudged. Then same person on my gel nail- I asked him to please do a very careful job because I was unhappy with the quality of my pedicure but it was still a rushed sh!tty job very thick gel and uneven - HORRIBLE WORST( tried to check in on yelp but says I was too far away even though inside) Read Less

I will NEVER come back to this place! Long story short, i wanted my fake nails off, and a powder overlay over my natrual nails. I informed her at least 5 times until i had to stop her as she was starting the gel polish. Each time I said it, she mumbled something in chinese n kept on until I physically stopped her, n told her again I wanted the overlay. Then her ridiculous boss comes over and scolds me for not saying that earlier, WHEN I TOLD THE TEC 5 times!!!!!! She then tried to belittle me and let her continue but after noticing my nails weren't even shapes right I was ready to go! On top of that, they charged me $20 for this piece of shit ass manicure!!! My mom has been going to Sally to get her nails done since before I was born (over 21 years) and I have been going here on and off since I began getting my nails done. She always executes designs and takes her time getting your nails to the right shape. Kim has also been doing my pedicures for years now and she is so thorough in making sure my feet are beautiful (I'm a dancer, so it takes a bit of work). Overall great service! Read Less
