I've been coming to this place for 12 years and honestly love it. Love love love Anne!! I recommend her to every person that compliments my nails. She is such a sweetheart. The best thing is no matter what design I find online that I want done she does exactly that or very similar where I walk out supper satisfied with my nails everytime. I recently moved from LA and I went to a nail shop I found on instagram who's work looked amazing but the service and prices were the worse. I shared my experience with my co-workers and one of them recommend the nail tech Hang, they showed me her instagram and her work was amazing but I was a little suspect due to my last experience. I DM'd her to make sure she can do exactly what I asked for and the price and decided to take her word and the work on her instagram and make an appointment. I went this past Friday  (8/11/17) and I AM IN LOVE !!  I cannot stop looking my nails and I am so happy I've finally found a nail tech and nail shop to call home in the bay area. I have wanted to come to this nail shop for a while. Two of my friends have recommended me to see Ana. I made an appointment and Im glad that I did because Ana was booked straight! I had another lady remove my old set and she was nice and gentle! Then I got moved over to Ana. She was very sweet and did my shape amazzinggg!! I have gotten my nails done for the past 8 years at various locations and Ana did the best shape by far! All my nails are even and straight. She went a found the color I was describing to her and after she did one nail she made sure I liked the color before continuing. I will most definitely be back. I've been coming to see Ann for almost 2 years now! She's the only lady I can trust with my nails. And she's the nicest, sweetest person ever.  I found her when I was living in San Lorenzo, but now that I live in Bay Point, I still travel the 45 min to see her! Plus, she's always up to date with the new styles. I get compliments on my nails allllll the time. If I choose a rhinestone design, hers NEVER fall off! Seriously! Also, make an appointment! She gets booked up fast! She may run a little behind sometimes, but RARELY, and it's only because she always tries to please her clients to make her work perfect, which is perfectly fine with me! My boyfriend and I went in for a mani and a pedi and left so disappointed. We got there right when they had opened hoping we would be in and out but they took forever!! The lady that did my pedi was extremely rude. She kept getting up to look outside and was constantly on her phone. She cut my toenails way too short for my liking and now they hurt. Once she was finished she just got up and left, didn't say a word to me (I think she was upset that I didn't want the more expensive pedi). The lady who worked on my mani was a little better but the job was still bad. She filed my nails in a really weird shape and now they keep getting caught In my hair..eeekkk! She also left nail polish all over my skin. Now here's what really did it for me. When he went to pay I handed the lady her tip and we didn't get a thank you or anything. She just took the money. I decided to come try this place out after reading all the good reviews but man... maybe I came on a bad day. Who knows. I walked in and nobody acknowledged me at all. They were busy doing pedicures but just stared at me until I told them I was here for a manicure. My nail lady sat me down and started helping me. Everything was going fine until she started cleaning my cuticles. They did not look cleaned at all. She tried to fix it but she looked like she was having trouble. Maybe she's new I am not sure. The next thing that made me really upset was when she started painting my nails. It looked so messy and honestly I felt like my 7 year old niece could do a way better job than that. There were clear base polish all over my cuticles and under my nails. I told her there were bubbles on my thumb nail and she told me no, that's fine. When she was "massaging my hands," she just tapped on some lotion on my arms and said all done. The last thing that made me make sure to never come back was when I was paying. Why would you not notify me that there was a 50 cent charge on paying with a credit card? It's not a big deal but if I knew then I would have gave you cash instead.. Read Less
