Jenes is a wonderful ray of sunshine and did a killer job on my nails. Not only were my nails beautiful, but she seems to go above and beyond for her clients. I went for the first time, and I was very pleased with my service. I was greeted the moment I walked in, and helped immediately. The woman who did my nails, Christine did a wonderful job and she even suggested a nail color that I was not sure of, but said to go for it. I am very happy I listened, the color is beautiful! My nails look great, and I will definitely be back. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I was happy they were not in a rush...being Christmas Eve and all. She took her time, and I am very happy with my service! EDIT: My polish literally started chipping the next day, and continued to peel off quite quickly. I'm really not happy about that. My first time at this place--thought I would just wait out the evening traffic & decompress by getting a pedicure since I was in the area---read the reviews through google maps "near me"---Now I understand and agree with all the positive reviews about this place. The ladies give it a nice, simple, friendly & welcoming atmosphere. TRISHA was so wonderful, kind & friendly. She was meticulous to detail and I never felt rushed-just relaxed! Trisha gave me the best pedicure I can say that I've had in years. She was very attentive and focused on providing me the best experience possible. All of the staff here are very friendly and the studio set up is very nice as well. The pedicure was very affordable and included a scented scrub of your choice and a hot stone massage as well as color. She also made a very cute design on my big toe as requested. @thepowderroom Jenes Jessica Carter did a beautiful job on my nails and made it so much fun. I have a cast on my left hand and said she didn't have to work on it but she was gentle and took care of the three fingers sticking out and thumb. Even gave ring fingers silver sparkles! Very dissapointed on the service I received. I arrived at 1pm, waiting to be next in line. A lady arrives 10-15 minutes late for her 1 o'clock appointment. I was asked to come back later? If someone has an appointment it is their responsibilty to arrive early or on time. Since I was there before her and she was late, I should've been next. I have always been a gracious tipper when I used to get haircuts there. I was not warned that there was a 1pm appointment ahead of me, I was told when my turn is up and asked to return. I have no problem waiting in line for my turn, but I have a problem when I arrive before someone else who is late and asked to come back. I do not have all the time in the world to go back and forth. I find it unacceptable that the customer gets pushed aside like that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND... You pay for a service and we as customers give them tips, we in return expect customer service.
