Customer was the best I've had in the Bay Area. & I love how they offer you a free drink when you take a seat. But it hasn't even been a week and my nail already came off. If they were done the right way, my real nail would've came off too but it didn't so thank goodness for that. But the shape wasn't even close to what I wanted and they're super rough and bumpy. I love this place! They always offer a snack and are really good about walkins. The owners are so nice and have the cutest little baby that loves to smile and she is often there hanging out. It's been less than a week and my gel manicure is already starting to come off. I have a bad habit of picking at my nails but I think the quality of the manicure made it easy to pick at the nail polish. A few days in and one of the nails just peeled off really easily in the shower. The people working here don't have the best English so it's hard to get an explanation of the different types of services they offer. My mom was trying to explain to them how a previous shop damaged her nails but they were too focused on what color she wanted her nails. It's better to do your research beforehand so you know what type of mani/pedi you want. The ladies who worked on my nails were very nice though.I also got a signature pedicure but was kind of disappointed to see them toss in an orange slice and 3 rose petals into the water. The first time I came here, I definitely could understand the vibe and how great everyone raves about it. However, that quickly changed the second and third time I came. The lady who did my pedicure was cutting my cuticles and clearly was hurting me as I kept trying to pull my foot away. And the guy who did my gel manicure knew she was hurting me as he was fixing the nail he messed up on, didn't say anything to her. She then started to paint my toenails and they came out all messy and not smooth. I thought I had found a new nail shop for my toenails. I really love my nails. I paid $35 for an almond shaped full set and they offer you one beverage. If you're 21 or over you can choose an adult beverage which is another reason to choose them. They do hold conversations in their language which isn't that bad but a little rude in front of customers. A few of the workers could tone down their attitude and volume a little. I came in as a walk in, first time being here.. They took me in instantly, Rose did my fill and gel color. She's really sweet & made me feel really taken care of. I love that they take credit/debit card because I never carry cash with me. I really recommend them, they have a really big place and everything looks spotless.
