I came here two weeks ago for a first time full set of multi color nails ($40) and today for a fill of one color nude ($25). She was very kind both times but was clearly over booked and busy this second time. I'm too shy to ask her to use new tools which is my own fault, but when my sister had issues with her nails and hannah fixed them quite happily. My biggest problem is since she was so busy she was more careless than the first time and my nails are a little warped and my pinkie got cut with the drill and starred to bleed. So glad I came here! I was in desperate need of getting my nails done before my trip. I leave early tomorrow morning, yes I procrastinated to the very last minute I know lol. Also, I just moved to the area so I had no idea what salon was good or not especially because I get long acrylics so I can't just go anywhere. Anyway, initially I had called a salon called K3 and they were completely booked plus the lady on the phone was quite unpleasant when speaking to me so i'm glad I didn't end up going there!Luckily Hannah was available and I came in and waited about 5 minutes. It's a small salon so i'll assume if you want to come here, it's best to call ahead. Aside from it being a smaller salon it's super cute and clean! The ladies are welcoming and so sweet. I enjoyed my entire experience at the shop. Hannah did an amazing job on the shape of my nails and I will literally say it was the best set i've ever had done. She took her time to shape them perfectly as well as keeping them thin and natural looking. Another lady put the polish on, but she was just as wonderful as Hannah! I recently heard about Hannah nails spa from some coworkers of mine, and the nail place that I was previously going to just wasn’t making me happy anymore. I was hesitant to try something new because I had the same lady doing them for a while and I didn’t think I could find anyone better, but i did and I’ve never been more happier! I have came to Hannah's Nails Spa officially 3 times now, and never will I change locations. This by far the best Nails Spa I have been too. Starting they have great hospitality. They have refresh drinks such as water and tea. Which was greatly appreciated. It is at fair price, the owner Hannah and her work associates work really hard. They make great conversation, ask about my day. What I'm planning to do for the holidays. They're just sooo sweet. It is a small space but the environment is sooo beautiful. The ladies at this salon are lovely! I was able to make an appointment using Yelp which was nice because they had already closed so I couldn't call. I showed up the next morning and had Nancy do my nails. I was disappointed because I wanted Hannah, but Nancy did a great job.I have super thin nails and hate when nail techs buff them a ton and aren't careful with them. Nancy said she also had thin nails so she was very careful. I also had a couple of nails that were broken and they put acrylic on them using a nailform so I didn't have to get a full set. Loved it! I love this place!!! I had come in to fix a crappy nail job that I received from a different place the night before, and Hannah wanted to take care of my nails personally so that she could make sure I left happy ( but it seemed from the other customers there that all of the ladies there are pretty good at what they do. People left happy ). Anyways she squeezed in my niece for a full set too even though I did not tell them I was bringing her when I called. I wish I got the name of the girl who took off my crappy nail job that I got from a different place the night before, because her service was awesome. She knew I was going to be sitting with her for a while taking off my tips so she had me take off my flip flops and set a towel down for me to put my feet up. She was very gentle and knew what she was doing.Hannah is very knowledgeable and walked me through how the shape I wanted would look on my nails and what she recommended. She took her time, and she even apologized because she's "picky on the shape" she said. I'm just thinking, please don't be sorry about that, I was happy for it. My nails are literally identical to each other on each hand. They look amazing. Anyways, my niece loved her nails, and I love mine too. I only tipped $20 for both mine and my nieces because it's my usual tip and I left in a hurry, but now I wish that I tipped more for the service and great job. I've been here several times but usually for a pedicure, and today was my first time getting a gel mani here. I remember my first pedicure here was amazing but I never got the name of the woman who did it, and the next couple times I came back after I didn't get her again and wasn't too impressed. However, I decided to come in for a gel manicure today and omg I finally found the right technician for me. Tina did an amazing job on my nails as she was very detailed and gentle. I really appreciated that after filing one nail, she stopped to ask me if I liked the shape, then altered it to my liking! I can't wait to come back to ask for Tina to do my nails again. My sister also never agrees to get her nails done with me but she agreed to get a pedicure today and she said she really enjoyed it because of how gentle her technician was too! Overall, I love this place after finding the right lady to do my nails. I recommend calling ahead to see if they have time to accept a walk in (which is what I usually do & most of the time they have been able to accommodate), or to make an appointment. Been on the search for a new nail spa that was closer to home and stumbled upon Hannah's Nail Spa. I used the Yelp messaging system to request an appointment and Hannah replied in less than 10 minutes. We set up a time and when I arrived, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The store is small, but very clean and cozy. I'm usually seated immediately, but in the case that I don't. I have extra time to pick my colors at the seating area by the door. This is about the 4th times I've been here and every experience has been pleasant. I had Tina and Hannah as my nail techs only so far and they really take their time when working on your nails. Came here trying to find a new place close to home and I've definitely found my spot. It's right off of Blossom Hill which I hesitated at first but it's such a nice place, I  walked in to a very clean, sanitary, and cool salon. I called ahead and they were able to fit me in same day- but I would definitely make an appointment moving forward. Hannah did my nails and she did such a great job! I showed her a picture of different nails and I told her what I liked and what I didn't, and she was able to pull through! Walked in based on other yelp reviews to see 6 staff sitting around. Good timing on my part as one chimed up to ask what I'd like, smiled, and two of her girls got to work. Then in quick succession following me the entire small space filled with other clients, both walk in's and appointments.I haven't treated myself in a long minute so I opted for deluxe everything. The gel nail is +$10 for hands AND another +$10 for feet, FYi. Not a problem and also kudos to them for saying so in advance. They offer you a printed menu booklet of services and ask you to point out which items you're selecting. Helps to ease communication barriers. Good idea.So I was body scrubbed with lemon, mint leaves and rose petals. My manicurist was better at small attention to detail than my pedicurist but after two decades of getting my nails done I'm basically used to this... In general I prefer to only have one person do both services (consistency of brush strokes, for one) but they seemed to work ok together and not mind when my leg massage caused my body to move but my hands didn't look messy as a result...Ok so I'm all relaxed ready to take a nap at 3:30p LOL Then some other nail tech with a full medical face mask tells me "eighty"... I hand her my card and she comes back with a receipt at $90. I legit don't care about the cost as I mentioned I came to pamper myself and knew full well I was racking up my bill. *Just really want to suggest that if someone other than the two people that worked on me is going to serve my bill that she should remove that face mask. I know she said 80 because I repeated it "$80?" And she confirmed. Literally the only 'meh' part. Remember to tip your nail techs. In this case they had to split that tip so 5 for each. If it had been one person working on me then more for her. Not bad for $100 overall. Several other clients requested the basic pedi and seems they were repeat customers. They also gave me a loyalty card at the end and the lady that did my nails was super gracious at the end, also made small talk during... they didn't share their names so can't confirm that detail.Verdict: I work in this area so likely to return. Oh! Also the gel nail colors are off the chain!! A LOT of options and variety from solids to glitters and varying shades so it took awhile to sort through them all but when I saw they had a real shade of nude in 2017 I was geeked and ready to commit. Loved loved loved my experience. I made my appointment here on yelp and she got back to me really quickly. I had a picture ready of what I wanted because I wanted acrylic nails. And she matched it pretty closely. I got them oval-shaped an a little bit longer than my natural nail was. I got both my toes done and the acrylic nails which only took about an hour and a half for me that's not that long. I'm super meticulous about how my nails are done, but Hannah's work is great! She listens to what you want and double checks everything. I've gotten a full set and a fill from her and a pedicure from another technician (who's name I didn't catch). One star off because I wish they had those massaging chairs and offered beverages. Came here twice and both times I got random people that were just trying to squeeze in as many people as they can to get more money (she even said so). My friend was lucky enough to get Nancy, the first time, and Hannah, the second time. I loved how my friend's nails turned out both times.Mine: the first time, the girl put on too many layers so by the end of the week my shellac peeled off on the shower. Second time, I wanted a simple (clear) design but she messed up and painted my whole nails so Hannah couldn't do the design for me. The lady just laughed and said "sorry" and walked away, but she clearly saw that I was disappointed. I even questioned her when she was painting my nails and I showed her the design multiple times. Overall, I'd make an appointment with Hannah or Nancy, they do a really good job and spend a lot of time with their clients. The rest....I could probably do a better job on myself at home for free. I had made an appt. through Yelp the night before for just a full set. I came in a few minutes late but Hannah was understandable. While waiting I decided to get a pedi as well since Hannah was the only one working on mani's/sets & had everyone else (4 other woman) working on pedicures.I didn't quite catch the name of the lady doing my pedi but she was very attentive and made sure they were clean and proper, & let me tell you, I've never had my feet scrubbed with a lemon wedge before but it felt kind of nice lol. Only thing that I thought odd was she never asked me what type of pedi I wanted, she just went on with her job: (turns out she's new). I live in the area but had been traveling to Los Gatos to get my nails done by my regular nail artist. I had tried a couple of places in SJ but no one was up to par with her skills, and I was always disappointed. I needed a quick fill and design today so I decided to test my luck and try Hannah. Wow! So excited I decided to reach out to and make an appointment! Hannah was able to get me in right away and she did an amazing job on my nails. I had a Pinterest picture I liked and she replicated it exactly! She also got my desired shape right on the first try, and was very gentle. I have thin cuticles and she was careful to avoid them and not cut me like other manicurists have. Plus, I found out that her salon is certified by Santa Clara county as health conscious, which means their products are safer for clients, workers, and the environment. I requested an appointment on yelp and got a reply within a few minutes. I appreciate the fast response that I was given. Parking space is limited but I was lucky to have found one right away. Walking in, I noticed how friendly everyone is. Being a fairly new salon, everything is still nicely kept and clean. The decoration is very chic and cute. I also liked how they allow dogs in here. I think. I saw a customer bring her dog in, and the dog was waiting patiently for his owner. So if you have a well-trained dog, maybe they will allow your dog to come in. Any place that is dog friendly is a plus for me The results of my nails was good. I forgot my nail technician's name but she took her time to get the job the done which I like. She also gave me recommendations for what she thinks what work better with the nail polish I picked which I appreciate the honesty. From time to time, she would ask me if I like what I see to keep me satisfied. I also like how she painted my whole nail rather than leave empty gaps between my nails and cuticles.
