The lady who did my nails was really nice, but I wouldn't recommend coming here because the acrylic they used on me lifted up in a week, now it's catching on everything. The nail stylist who worked on me nicked my skin a few times and wasn't very gentle when it came to ripping off two nails to replace them. So I've gone here a few times with friends but this time the lady did a HORRIBLE job. She not only cut me a total of 3 times but complained about how I've been doing my toes originally. She had the polish EVERYWHERE And barely cleaned it up she just tossed my shoes at me when I was leaving and STILL expected a tip. Don't expect one if you cut me and are disrespectful. The only gripe about this nail joint is that they don't have massage chairs. As you might see from pictures, all along the wall is a very long leather bench that is decently comfortable. Here, they can do a pedicure and manicure at the same time (they put your hands on a pillow on your lap as a "work bench"). Service was good and the prices were fair. I only had a pedicure but my wife had both a mani/pedi and they looked great.How could a place named Club Nail not be an awesome Vietnamese nail joint that has everything you're looking for (Vietnamese chatter, smell of acetone, upselling you, watching people play on their phones, etc.). Place is dope! I called on a Saturday to ask if I needed to make reservations and how long the wait time was. The lady on th e phone was nice and said they will be ready for two manicures when I arrive. I left my name and headed straight over. Because I called, two ladies were ready for us when we arrived. We just needed to pick out our gel colors. My nails are really short so the lady took her time with me. I did not feel rushed and we were well attended to. Good find on yelp! I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was definitely quiet, calm, and relaxing for me. I did a walk-in around 2ish and since it wasn't busy I was helped right away. I had 2 tech (one for pedi and one for full set) working on me at the same time. Deluxe pedicure- One of the best I've had. The tech was so gentle and she cleaned my cuticles really well. It was so relaxing I could've fallen asleep. She took her time and my polish came out neat and even. I believe her name was Mary... Acrylic gel full set- It wasn't the best, but she did do a good job. She took her time to try to perfect everything and asked if I liked it, but I'm extremely particular about my nails. If you're looking for a nail salon that takes their time and pays attention to detail, then this is the place for you! I tried this salon out on a random Thursday and waited 30 minutes just for a pedicure. If you appreciate relaxing music, little to no conversation between you and the nail tech, and don't mind a fairly long wait, then give this place a try! I give this salon 3 stars as an overall rating - although I did love that they were very meticulous with their work, the place was awkwardly silent, yet nail techs would talk amongst themselves in Vietnamese. I have had a great experience every time I've come here to club nail. My acrylic sets last more than 2 weeks and hardly ever break. Wendy takes her time to be sure every nail looks perfect. They have a variety of colors to choose from and a variety of choices for pedicures at reasonable prices. The place itself is very clean and they have a modern chic look. She took her time and constantly made sure my nails were looking good. The whole process took about 1.5 hours and the prices are super reasonable! Definitely bringing my mom here! I know what it's like being skeptical on trying out a new nail salon so the expectations tend to be high but I was very satisfied with the service here. The vibe and set up of this place is classy and has this calm feel to it. You could tell they maintained their salon because it's so clean. I received a new set and a pedicure done for a reasonable price. Their pedicure prices *range from $20-$35* depending on what kind of pedicure you want to proceed with. I felt like spoiling myself so I did the $35 plus a new set with a design. (New set costs $40) I was very pleased with the overall price because I've had paid more for other salons in the past. A big shoutout to Tracy and Jean for doing my nails/pedicure. They both took their time and didn't rush through the process. You could tell they were gentle and careful the whole time. What is also nice about this place is that it's in a plaza so PLENTY of parking! May be a little different on weekends but regardless plenty of parking in my opinion. TIP: Its best to pay with cash if possible because they charge a dollar free for credit/debit payments. If anything you can go to the Bank of America which is also located in the same plaza.
