Got the most rushed, rude clumsy pedicure service here. After a pretend foot massage and brush of a scrub (barely 10 seconds), i got the most uneven coagulated nail polish. Had to argue for a minute that my nail is cut unevenly and finally got it straight by basically cutting it myself. Then was rushed out of the chair, putting on sandals with absolutely wet nails. of course, 2 of the nails got smudged and she couldn't fix it afterwards. I still have the foot mask residue on my foot.
Do NOT recommend this commercially busy station

I want to like this place for the ladies who do the pedicures but this is the second time I had a bad experience with management. I just can no longer support a business who treats customers arbitrarily and in a deceiving manner and is disrespectful to their employees. I paid cash and they didn't honor the discount they advertised on window for those who pay cash. Poor customer sevice. Their yes doesn't mean yes and their no doesn't mean no. Which leads me to believe they are not a business I can trust.
Long story: I called ahead to make sure they were open and to make appt. No answer. Walked in. She said they had time but I would need to wait 30 minutes. They fit me in pretty quick. Awesome. They advertised on Yelp that they closed at 4:00. I arrived at 3. The woman who checked me in said yes to a pedicure and manicure. I wanted my gels removed. I got the $50 pedicure. When my lady ( who did a great job with my pedicure) brought me to manicure chair the original lady said I needed to leave and come back because they no longer had time for me. I told her she said you did and she said "she doesn't know what she is talking sbout." ( That is rude) I said, "well, actually you said you had time when you check me in." She said, " I didn't hear you." (Not true since you repeated back to me the services I requested when I checked in. ) Meanwhile two people walked in without appointment and she told them it would be 30 minutes. I said, "so you can fit them in and yet I am already here and you are asking me to leave? " She just ignored me and walked away. Rude. Arbitrary. I won't be going back. Go to Perfect 10 nail salon on the next block. They know how to be kind to the customer.

Tammy, the manicure lady, could not get my manicure done fast enough. Not even a smile. Nails were not buffed and the polish dried uneven and bubbled.

Been here a dozen times and to be honest my experience is mixed and today is a perfect example. Came in, rainy day no issue making an appointment and it was steadily busy. Had a picture from Pinterest and they said it was no problem. Bella did my nails she was very attentive and flexible, matching the right color. But Mimi who did my pedicure was the opposite, and the outcome was really disappointing I'll have to go some where to get a polish change. Btw my pedi and mani where suppose to match check out the pix and it was $95!!

I'm giving this place 5 stars! I had my nails done at a different nail spa, and they were AWFUL! I googled "highly rated" nail spa's in San Jose, CA, and this one popped up. I figured I'd try it out. My technician was "Emmi" and she was SO sweet. I kept bumping my nails on the UV machine that cures the nails. She would just laugh and fix it. No biggie. She took her time, and really listened when I told her my preferences. I accidentally told her I wanted my nails matte, and when I realized my mistake she corrected it quickly and efficiently. I really wanted 3 glossy green, and 2 chrome. But I accidentally said "Matte". Anyway, she did an AMAZING job. I am in LOVE with my nails. Literally can not stop staring at them lol the only downside is that there are spots on my nails where there is no chrome. Its 100% *not* her fault though. Under the lights where she was doing my nails they looked completely chrome. It wasn't until I walked into sprouts and the lighting changed that I noticed the chrome-less spots. It's no biggie though. I'll just go back and see if theres anything they can do to fix it 😊 I'll be recommending this place to everyone from now on!!
Also, on Wednesday's, there is a "happy hour" where they serve glasses of red and white wine.

This nail salon is the most professional nail salon that I've been to in San Jose. The interior is clean and modern. The supplies they use are new. I came for a manicure and was super happy to see that they have dip powder manicures. I've been looking all over San Jose for it for the past year and only found one place. The place I went to did not take their time while doing my nails and it lifted the next day. At this location, the nail attendant, Lily took her time to make sure she got the edges of my nails. I also had my nails done a few weeks prior and at the other nail salon, they did not cut my cuticles all the way so Lily did a great job cleaning that up today. The only reason I didn't give a 5 Star is because Lily did not do a hand massage and when she painted one of my nails with a different brush, it didn't completely shine my nail. When I asked her to fix it, she said "I told you not to touch it while it's drying" and I said I didn't touch it. Which I didn't. So that was slightly annoying. However, all in all, she did a very meticulous job and it looks nice! I am very happy to find a salon that has dip powder. I spoke to the owner and she stated that she purchased more dip powder colors! I am excited to come back!

I went to Blossom Nail Spa for the first time after reading multiple positive reviews. I'm completely satisfied. Staffs are very polite, they opened the door and greeted me. I was served water when they finished my nails. The technicians were professional and friendly, and my nails turned out perfectly. The staff even gave me my favorite nail color in gel polish! My girls said that was the best mail experience they've ever had. I will only go to this place. I get my nails done every two weeks! This place is a perfect place to relax.

They treated me like family members. Excellent selection of colors and brands of polishes. Very detail oriented and did a great job on my toes!My nails that is still going strong over 4 weeks layer.
Next time I'm going to try a shellac manis. and will recommend for everyone.

Blossom Nail Spa is the most beautiful and relaxing salon in San Jose.The whole experience was a 10 out of 10.Even though I walked in without an appointment, I only had to want about 5 minutes.They did an excellent job on my pedicure.They're very friendly. I am excited to say I have finally found Blossom Nail Spa in San Jose. I am very picky and always end up disappointed but this place left me with no regrets. Staff are warm and welcoming. My nail tech did my nails and I'm 100% satisfied. They were amazing and paid attention to every detail. The place looks gorgeous and so do my nails. Will be back again ! This place is a hidden gem.

The owner and staff were welcoming me very enthusiastic. They told jokes to me while manicuring. Staff also was incredibly friendly. The space is beautifully decorated.

I made an appointment here and they feedback to me was super quickly. The lady that did my nails was sweet and took her time to get my nails in perfect state. They was also a genius with color! It's always very natural.
The best thing I could do was refer them for anyone else. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

My first time was an okay experience, very pricey. My nail person was Nancy, she was very nice. I had gotten a new set (chrome). My nails were beautiful and sadly they didn't last on for long. One broke within the week and as I booked an appointment for a repair, whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional and the lady who repaired my broken nail was rushed and I ended up leaving with a crooked nail :(. Wasn't worth my money. The place was beautiful and clean but, just wish I didn't have to spend so much money on something that wasn't going to last.

I had my hands and feet done at Blossom Nail Spa for my bridal. They did a great job with pedicures.
I was welcomed or hadn't miss as to when they were busing. I did pedicure basic and got a shellac manicure for me. I'd tried the waterless method for nails and it was pretty cool. I always get so many compliments on my nails after leaving out.
I still will recommend to everyone. Thanks all! Can't wait to have my color done!

Affordable, friendly, and quick. Simple manicure and pedicure is very cheap ($15 each) and normal polish is only a few dollars more. Fun to go with mom or wife or daughter; or just man up and get your nails tidied (plus clear polish). Totally worth it - FYI dudes who have always been curious!

Got the most rushed, rude clumsy pedicure service here. After a pretend foot massage and brush of a scrub (barely 10 seconds), i got the most uneven coagulated nail polish. Had to argue for a minute that my nail is cut unevenly and finally got it straight by basically cutting it myself. It is the best spot for your nails and feet. They are so nice and polite. It is very clean. They do a great work. I've been going there about 3 to 4 years now.

I went to Blossom Nail Spa for the first time after reading multiple positive reviews. I'm completely satisfied. Staffs are very polite, they opened the door and greeted me. I was served water when they finished my nails. The technicians were professional and friendly, and my nails turned out perfectly. The staff even gave me my favorite nail color in gel polish! My girls said that was the best mail experience they've ever had. I will only go to this place. I get my nails done every two weeks! This place is a perfect place to relax.

They treated me like family members. Excellent selection of colors and brands of polishes. Very detail oriented and did a great job on my toes!My nails that is still going strong over 4 weeks layer.
Next time I'm going to try a shellac manis. and will recommend for everyone.

Blossom Nail Spa is the most beautiful and relaxing salon in San Jose.The whole experience was a 10 out of 10.Even though I walked in without an appointment, I only had to want about 5 minutes.They did an excellent job on my pedicure.They're very friendly. Multi talented. They did it all.What I appreciated the most is the quality of their products.I'll be back as a regular customer.It should be your regular spot.

I am excited to say I have finally found Blossom Nail Spa in San Jose. I am very picky and always end up disappointed but this place left me with no regrets. Staff are warm and welcoming. My nail tech did my nails and I'm 100% satisfied. They were amazing and paid attention to every detail. The place looks gorgeous and so do my nails. Will be back again ! This place is a hidden gem.

The owner and staff were welcoming me very enthusiastic. They told jokes to me while manicuring. Staff also was incredibly friendly. The space is beautifully decorated.
I'll come back here with my mom. I give them 10 points.

I made an appointment here and they feedback to me was super quickly. The lady that did my nails was sweet and took her time to get my nails in perfect state. They was also a genius with color! It's always very natural.
The best thing I could do was refer them for anyone else. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

My first time was an okay experience, very pricey. My nail person was Nancy, she was very nice. I had gotten a new set (chrome). My nails were beautiful and sadly they didn't last on for long. One broke within the week and as I booked an appointment for a repair, whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional and the lady who repaired my broken nail was rushed and I ended up leaving with a crooked nail :(. Wasn't worth my money. The place was beautiful and clean but, just wish I didn't have to spend so much money on something that wasn't going to last.

I was welcomed or hadn't miss as to when they were busing. I did pedicure basic and got a shellac manicure for me. I'd tried the waterless method for nails and it was pretty cool. I always get so many compliments on my nails after leaving out.
I still will recommend to everyone. Thanks all! Can't wait to have my color done!

Affordable, friendly, and quick. Simple manicure and pedicure is very cheap ($15 each) and normal polish is only a few dollars more. Fun to go with mom or wife or daughter; or just man up and get your nails tidied (plus clear polish). Totally worth it - FYI dudes who have always been curious!
