Extremely rude employees. While the owner witnessed the explicit rudeness, she did not intervene. The quality of work was sub standard and the employees were clearly disinterested in their work. The salon is also not ventilated well enough for its size and the chemical odors were excessive. Worst salon I have ever been to... terrible

Carolyn for waxing: She was awesome. She does a quality job and is really nice. She was so good and charges such an affordable price, I'm happy I happened to have cash on me that day so she didn't have to give any amount to a third party. Carolyn deserves every penny with the rates she charges! Will be a repeat customer without question.

*** Carolyn for Waxing***She is just an amazing and did a wonderful job on waxing. It was super fast and with almost no pain in comparison to other wax centers. Her wax room is clean, organized and the waxing itself is so soothing! The wax does break me out at all and I would highly recommend her.Oh Forgot to mention after taking services from Carolyn I even noticed hair growth was neither much nor quick and hoping to get more better results in upcoming visits.

I got my Brazilian done there. Her first time customer offer is a great deal. $23 for a full Brazilian wax. She did a great job and was very professional. She tried to keep me occupied by talking to me so I wouldn't focus on the pain. I will definitely come here again.

I love getting my nails done here since it's so close to where I shop and I can just stop by whenever I need a little makeover or cleanup for work. On another note besides getting my nails done, this salon also has a waxing service by Carolyn that I really reallyyyyyy love! Carolyn is so awesome and sweet. She is greatly attentive of my sensitive skin and always makes sure to not have me in pain in comparison to other locations. Usually I would feel super awkward and stay quiet whenever I get my services done elsewhere but Carolyn sure knows how to keep a conversation going. The wax room is clean and organized and the waxing itself is so soothing! The wax is nice and doesn't break me out at all. Oh, and did I mention? First timers get complimentary discount!!Seriously in-love with my visits whenever I stopped by because there are always warm welcomes and I'm never left disappointed!!!

Extremely rude employees. While the owner witnessed the explicit rudeness, she did not intervene. The quality of work was sub standard and the employees were clearly disinterested in their work.
