It was my first time visiting this salon and it will be my last. I went in to have a manicure and a pedicure but only did the pedicure. I had a color in mind and asked if they had it and she told me yes. 3 colors later I gave up n went with something completely different. I had asked for a swirl design on my big toe and the lady told me “I have to ask my manager.” she comes back and tells me yes she can do it. 10 minutes later the manager came over and tells me we cant do it but we can do a flower. At this point I Was super disappointed with them working on my nails so I said no thanks and left. I came here because of the advertisement of their nail art. I would not recommend this place to any one.

Overall, the salon cleanliness, professionalism, organization, and ambiance is a 5+. The appointments are scheduled and appointed like a well-oiled machine. I appreciated the politeness, the minimal banter amongst employees, refreshments, background music, receptionist, and soft lighting.
I did not care for the lack of ventilation, as I was getting a headache towards the end of my appt. My pedicure was maybe average at best. Pedicurist was polite and meticulous. However, the actual service was mediocre and the 5 minute massage worthless. We'll just say she rubbed lotion on my legs.
I was in and out in 30 minutes, which I loved. They were busy, so I would not recommend just walking in. Call for an appointment.
Prices were reasonable and a 5% discount is given as an incentive to pay cash. You MUST PAY TIP IN CASH even when paying with card.
I will definitely return for another pedicure with one of their many technicians.

This is my regular nail salon. The hubs and I hit this place up at least every other week. I get a pedicure and he gets both a mani and pedi. They have several message chairs so you can stay comfy. We generally get the "gold" pedicure, which includes a warm neck pillow, salt scrub, 12 min massage and a wax treatment (you put your foot in a bag of warm wax then as it starts to harden it removes dead skin and leaves your feet baby soft). The place can get really busy so make an appointment. Also bring cash for a tip. These folks work hard, they deserve it!

My favorite salon to get my nails done! I work right across the street so I usually walk in whenever I have time on my lunch break. I don't have a go-to nail technician since I always come in a whim but everyone who has helped me have been amazing. I believe it's $25 for a gel manicure and $15 for a regular manicure. I personally like the silver (regular polish) mani because it comes with a 7 min hot stone massage and sugar scrub. Overall, the staff here are always warm and welcoming. They take their time and the store itself is clean and sanitary. I won't go anywhere else but here to get my nails done!

I went here for over a year and have nothing but good things to say. I only stopped coming because I moved 2 hours away! I went in consistently every 2-3 weeks for gel manicure and/or pedicure, and every time, they greeted me by name - so friendly! Prices are competitive with other places in San Jose, if not a little lower, and the quality of work is awesome. My go-to gal was Kathy because she's a perfectionist like me. I've also had Bella and Anna, who did a great job. The place is always clean and sanitary (they open tools right in front of you, they Saran wrap the basins for pedicures, etc.).Overall, this is a great shop and I'm bummed to have to find another place as great as this one.

My nail person moved to another state, so I was looking for a place to go, and this place came up on yelp plus it was so close to my house that I decided to give it try. I did my regular mani/pedi for $34 which is not cheap twice at Bellagio, and I was not happy with their job( I still lots of skin left around my nail and toes) Well the actual Salon is clean and they offer all kinds of beverage which is very nice, but they rush to do your nail like an assembly line, so they can move to next person. I don't want to be unfair thats why I tried this place two time, and both were the same. Bummer I was really looking in to find my new spot

This is my go to salon! The staff is very friendly and I've referred all my friends and family here. Unfortunately, the prices seem to be increasing over the past couple of months.Kim is amazing- no pain when taking off a gel manicure. I usually get gel on my nails, but I decided not to this time. At the end of the appointment, I messed up three nails, and Kim redid all of them without hesitation. My friend also had a lavender gel manicure and was pleased with the job. However, I was bummed they didn't offer any beverages to us.

Came in today for a full set of nails and pedicure. My appointment was at 11:00, came in and sat right down. Joanna did a great job and was very patient with me picking out a color. She did a great job on my nails, which I have not have had nails done in a very very long time. Found a color for my pedicure that matched my gel manicure without having to pay the higher price for gel on my toes. Shop is so nice and clean and all the ladies are very sweet. The front desk girl is very nice and does way more the just answer phones.Prices are very reasonable.

Front desk was friendly and apologetic for making me wait for a few minutes (not her fault as I was early). My nail tech Kim was also really nice and took care to roll down my jean cuffs when she's done with the pedicure, which I really appreciated. I'd go again for the efficient and pleasant service.

I went to Bellagio today for the first time. I had a Silver level French pedicure with Nancy and Classic French shellac/gel manicure with Mindy. Both ladies did a tremendous job and I am so very pleased with my nails! Both ladies were very skilled at hand painting my French manicure and both paid great attention to detail and cleanliness. As a Registered Nurse, it is extremely important to me that any salon I frequent be clean and well kept. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. I will recommend this salon with these skilled and professional ladies to everyone I meet. Fantastic job ladies!

It was my first time visiting this salon and it will be my last. I went in to have a manicure and a pedicure but only did the pedicure. Overall, the salon cleanliness, professionalism, organization, and ambiance is a 5+. The appointments are scheduled and appointed like a well-oiled machine. I appreciated the politeness, the minimal banter amongst employees, refreshments, background music, receptionist, and soft lighting.

My nail person moved to another state, so I was looking for a place to go, and this place came up on yelp plus it was so close to my house that I decided to give it try. Unfortunately, the prices seem to be increasing over the past couple of months.Kim is amazing- no pain when taking off a gel manicure. I usually get gel on my nails, but I decided not to this time. Came in today for a full set of nails and pedicure. My appointment was at 11:00, came in and sat right down. Joanna did a great job and was very patient with me picking out a color. She did a great job on my nails, which I have not have had nails done in a very very long time. I went to Bellagio today for the first time. I had a Silver level French pedicure with Nancy and Classic French shellac/gel manicure with Mindy. Both ladies did a tremendous job and I am so very pleased with my nails! Both ladies were very skilled at hand painting my French manicure and both paid great attention to detail and cleanliness. As a Registered Nurse, it is extremely important to me that any salon I frequent be clean and well kept. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. I will recommend this salon with these skilled and professional ladies to everyone I meet. Fantastic job ladies!
