I went in to get my nails done last week. I got acrylic put on. I personally did not like how flared they were so I had to file them when I got home. Good note it's been a week and they are still on. They didn't confirm with me before finishing my nails up if I liked how they looked. I also some how got nail polish on the bottom of my fingers? Not sure how that happened when I left they were completely dry.. Now the other person who went with me got their toes and nails done. They broke two nails within an hour because the lady who did them left a few snags.. that's super annoying because that means they weren't paying attention when filing. Also whatever they used on my second persons feet made her Itch and break out! She had a rash for a few days and she's not allergic to anything???  I will NOT be going here again. FAVORITE thing was they kept trying to get us to get more and more done.. like relax your prices aren't that great to want more done and spend more. Read Less

I was out and about with my sister and we decided to stop and get pedicures. I'm pretty faithful to my own nail place on the west end of town but she was buying. It's not a bad place. The smell in there is odd almost like seafood, and I'm not sure why that is. The towels they use are older and kind of stained, I didn't care for that. Most of the place seems kind of run down. Most of my complaints were small things that I only notice because my normal nail place is better. The water was not very warm, they used a cheese grater instead of a pumice stone, and when I chose a glitter nail polish the gal grabbed another color to go under it without asking me. :( it didn't look awful but I didn't want a color I just wanted the glitter. I went in on Sunday & there were 2 women working, I got seated immediately & Nina got to work on my fill. I had a picture of what i wanted ( shape & color) & she had no problems getting it done. They didn't have the exact color I wanted but the 1 we picked out together I absolutely love & if you haven't tried gel color, I highly recommend you do!! Didn't hurt me once with that damn dremel which I can say is awesome when almost every other place I've been has .Will be back to see Nina again Read Less

This place is so disappointing!  Went in to get my nails done on a Sat, and by Sun night 2 nails had snapped in half!! By Monday morning when they had opened, a total of 4 had snapped off. I called, and she had the nerve to tell me that nothing they had done was the cause of them snapping off in half! WHAT?! She refused to fix them! I spent all that money for nothing. I had to remove the nails Mon night. I've NEVER had such experience. And I've been getting acrylics for 17 years! They were so rude to me. Even as I was getting my nails done,  she kept asking me if my daughter was mixed then would speak Vietnamese with the other girls, then would ask me something about her again, all while laughing at god knows what in Vietnamese.  So rude, unprofessional and talk about making someone feel uncomfortable!  Would NOT recommend this place at all!
