The place was empty, people seemed nice and everything was okay until another customer walked in and immediately i was rushed out. this place can be hit or miss but overall the $20 spa pedi and mani is worth it.   the last time i was there it was a great experience.  the spa pedi on the massage chair was lovely and the technician also gave a short massage to my feet and calves.  the mani was good that also included a short massage and hot towel wrap.   previous i had come for a basic mani that felt a little rushed.  i think also when they don't soak your hands before cutting the nail is a little awkward for me since my natural nails are pretty thick.  but the best bet is the spa pedi and mani. This place is amazing. I can't tell you how happy I am after I got my nails done today at this place. The place was clean and neat. The manager and employee were all friendly. When I walk I was immediately greet. Even though I didn't make a appointment they would still do my nail as I was in a rush. *DO NOT GO HERE!!* My 16 year old daughter went to get her acrylic nails removed. After my daughter told the person she wasn't getting new nails, the person seemed upset and didn't even speak to her. She then began to cut the nails then rip them off without soaking them. She ripped 1/2 of her nail off and cut one way too short and caused it to bleed. My favorite nail place!! Not only do they do a wonderful and thorough job, they are very accommodating. My mom and I came in 5 minutes before closing for mani+ pedi and they did not turn us away, and still provided exceptional service! Not mention they are super affordable! Highly recommend this place! I've come here several times even though my friends tell me not to. Today really did it for me, I won't be back. This was my nail spot until today. The owner proved she is not customer serviced orientated. I took my daughter and two nieces in today. I told her all color change today. I will back Wednesday for a gel mani pedi.She was mad because I wouldn't upgrade to mani pedi today. She did a shitty job on my nails the paint after 2.5 hours is still smudging and looks like shit. And then She TRIED over charging me for my nieces $ 2.00 each and she over changed me for my daughter color change. She now lost myself my daughter nieces mom and all my aunts and my return in Wednesday for poor professionalism. Amd I will tell my friends who go here no more. i WOULD SUBTRACT STARS IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE! My daughter and her friend went in for a full set and 1 paint only. My daughter was charged $34 for a full set and they were too short, despite my daughter telling her 3 times that they were cutting them too short, paper thin and crappy looking. Her friend was charged $21 for paint only. When i called to complain and give her an opportunity to make it right, she said for $25 more she would fix! Then my oldest daughter called to ask what a full set and paint only costs, and she said," $18 for a full set and $4 for paint only. Then she said,"wait. I'm not sure, I have to see you first!" Stopped in yesterday, thursday, June 29th 2017 at about 11a.m. For a mani/pedi. I did not have an appointment as walk ins are welcomed.There were 3 empty chairs and a couple of nail techs doubled up on the few customers that were already there.I requested a classic mani/pedi for $31. A gentleman started on my pedi. Soon after he stared, 3 other girls walked in and suddenly things started moving... quickly. And not in a good way. Another lady quickly came over and started my mani and no joke, after a good nick on my toe and almost NO cuticle work on my finger nails, it was over within 10ish mins and they were off to work on the other girls... who also did not have an appointment. I get that you take a chance as a walk in but i wish they were honest about a timeframe. Or focus on whats in front of them... i would gladly wait for them to take their time and focus on the costomer ahead of me as long as they show me the same courtesy.Very dissatisfied. You really do get what you pay for ): $20 seems like a good deal but they are very careless about doing your nails and rush right through it. Nail polish quality is not the best even though they have good brands like Essie and OPI. When they finished up with my nails it took more than normal time for it to dry. HORRIBLE!!! I've came here a few times before and was always happy with my outcome. Gel manicure and awesome pedicures . Today I decided to try the acrylic nails and I am beyond upset. When she was painting them I asked her to redo it because they were coming out very lumpy , "yea the nail polish dry" was the response; she put some of the thinner liquid AND KEPT ON PAINTING MY ALREADY BUMPY NAILS!  She refused to redo them . When I went to pay I asked for a discount because they are all lumpy , and uneven she said no then said $2 off only . I spent two hours to get a job that looks like my four year old nephew did it. I shouldn't have even tipped but I did and the lady had the nerve to ask if I was unhappy with what I got ! She then said that she could redo them for me . Why couldn't they redo them when I asked ?! OH MY WORD!!! THE WORST POSSIBLE SALON ON EARTH!! First red flag was when I walked in and nobody was there. Second red flag was when I asked her how her day was and I got no response.... Third red flag was when she cut my skin and got mad at me for complaining. I called yesterday asking for prices and she said $12 + 3 for french tip fill and then she said 2 extra dollars to file.... I HAVE BEEN TO A MILLION NAIL SALONS AND THEY NEVER CHARGE FOR FILING. My hands are now bleeding and cut with a polish job that could be done by a 5 yr old. Crooked french tip and crooked/round/oval finger shapes..... It's unbelievable how this place even has 2 stars.... No tip and gladly will NEVER be returning to this place. This nail salon and the acrylic tech is really awful. I've been here 3 times and every time I've been really upset with the outcome. I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but it fails every time. I went in about a week before Christmas to get a full set and the polish only lasted a few days and started to chip. Within a week my middle finger nail popped off. I went back to get it fixed and get gel, but the gel only lasted a week and another nail fell off as well. Not to mention how rude the technician is. She gets upset every time she didn't do something that I asked for, and seems to just rush threw her customers. Their prices are not worth the job they do on your nails. Never coming back again. I gave 1 star only for the underarm wax I got done, however my nails were a nightmare! I had to change a color on my current acrylics, next day, the gel nail polish started coming off. I went in the second day to have them fix it, they didn't even take 2 minutes for gel polish to "cook". Today (third days), the top polish is PEELING off.  I am flying out of country and can't even go back to have them fix it. This is the worst place I have ever been to. I don't recommend. Read Less

I came in yesterday  to get gel mani/pedi and I have one nail with bubbly gel, an uneven nail that wasn't filed correctly, and one nail that has chipped. Absolutely worst service possible. Quiet, relaxing salon next to the best donuts in SGV! :) I typically get the Classic Manicure and Pedicure or Gel Manicure and Pedicure. My biggest pet peeve is when you get your nails cleaned and shaped just the way you want, if not better than expected.... And then they mess up on the polish!Unclean, not smooth, all up in your cuticles etc. Well so far I have NOT had that problem here. Read Less

If only if only there was ZERO STARS for a place whom 1) given that they are in the service industry are so incredibly rude to people who come in with gift certificates2) they hold up your certificate and asks who wants to do the job,then each of the employees give a stink eye, not wanting to do their job.THIS HAPPENED TWICEI thought it would be a good idea to give my parents some gift certificates so they could do their nails together and have an experience. IM SO EMBARRASSED to have given these stereotypical GREEDY business owners my hard earned money, who have turned away people who come in with these certificates, looking down upon them. They already have gotten paid and don't care about redeeming them. OH AND IF YOU ARE GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE TL;DR:THEY TRY TO DO IT ALL QUICK AND DONT CARE IF THEY HURT YOU IN THE PROCESS CONSTANTLY LOOKING AWAY FROM YOU AND MOST LIKELY ARE TALKING ABOUT YOU.
